The staff were very helpful and the ease of printing will definitely have me going back. It was so easy, Im thinking of what else I could get copied.

First I walk into the copy to get help was not very friendly. I told him I needed to send a package. All he said you have to go to the front counter. It wasnt a line or anything. So I went to the counter where the cashiers were standing there talking. The cashier then told me to go back over to the copy center again. They had no customers. I had wait another 5 more minutes. Im thinking am I going to get any help today. Then I tried to send my package only could get it their by Monday if Im sending it off and today is Friday. Only thing he said was well its the weekend. I found another place down the road where I overnighted it and my brother gets his package on Saturday. The service was horrible 😔!!

Had a line for a computer. Suggest learning and using the self print/copy/scan equipment. Got a little crowded in that area too. Other than that the worker was helpful.

Elaine in the printing section is a LIFE SAVER and is so sweet and helpful! I was so skeptical about taking my wedding invites into office depot to have them printed but Elaine CHANGED MY MIND. She took her time, and made sure the template truly fit my paper size and I would recommend her and office depots services to whoever may ask me about a printing company. Thank you so much girl!

Great selection and excellent service is all I have experienced at the Lufkin Office Depot. I come here for all of my packing supplies and have never been disappointed. They also handle all of my printing and they have always been on time. I have never experienced anything but excellent customer service from their staff. Some items are not priced very competitively so check around before buying something expensive.

Went in at 8:55 to get something printed and the staff didnt look at us like they wanted to kill us like many other places would.Brandi(?) was helpful and polite and let us know it was a small job and that she had no problems finishing it that close to closing time.Prices on other goods could be much better but I know thats not the fault of the local crew.

I went in to get a copy and print order that I made online. When I got there to pick it up, I had a cost question that the lady at the counter couldnt answer. I told her that Id come back later to pick it up when the copy & print manager was there who could answer my question. The staff member apparently got insulted that I wanted to come back when someone could answer my question and she proceeded to throw my copes across the floor of the store. The manager on duty (not the copy and print manager) didnt seem to mind her employees performance.This was in the spring of 2017 and I left a review then but it appears to have disappeared so i am writing it again. I was a customer who went in their almost daily. Havent been back and wont go back to this store.

The worst service ever has been waiting for a desk for. 2. Months still waiting for my return money for 2 weeks and counting never ever ever buy on line from them people right there chasing his tail

They force you to use a cover sheet and makes u pay $2 for it. And then the cashier was on the phone while doing the transaction. That to me was rude.

We brought a couple desk and misc items on 4/26/2017. We recieved excellent service from Chris. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and patience. Also, Tina was too.

Terrible customer service. I asked where something was very nicely. And he said omygod no were out. In a mocking nasally tone. Then the cashier that was checking me out was beyond rude. I will not be coming back.
