No calls from the service department for updates. You have to constantly call and no one is available. Youre being told that someone will call you back but it doesnt happen. The vehicle sits in the lot for days before they even pull into the shop to be look at. When purchasing the car youre treated good but when its time for service it becomes an issue. If you cant get to the vehicles, dont make appointments for your customers. Loaners are available if you schedule a month before but if theres a serious safety issue with a car I purchase than you should get a rental for the customer due to the danger. I have cars from different manufacturers and never had to go though this before. Very disappointed and I will be following up with the owner and or corporate.
