I waited 2 months before writing this review because I hate giving bad reviews, but after what they did to my car… I have to. I brought my 1978 Pontiac trans am to have a gasket changed and a radiator replaced (supposed to be real easy on these cars) I get the car back and it overheats on my way home. “I should have changed the thermostat” he says to me… bring it back. I do, after it overheats again upon bringing back the next day, 2 weeks later I pick it up and he’s making noise it never did before and upon driving it to work, it has NO power and it overheats again. I gave him $1100 to ruin my car. It ran absolutely fine before I took it to him… it only had a small antifreeze leak from the gasket and I thought I would get a jump on it before it got worse… WHAT A MISTAKE

I’ve been coming to five corners for a few years and have always had a pleasant experience. The gentlemen are all very knowledgeable and do a great job. They’re honest and fair with the prices. It’s the only place I’ll ever take my car.

I was a walk in for an oil change. Mike took me in right away and my wait was much shorter than I expected it to be. They were nice guys, quick and easy service. Chairs outside and inside if you choose to wait. I would definitely recommend them.

I came to this shop after being ripped off by another shop. These gentleman are amazing! I cannot say enough positive things about them. After reviewing the list of repairs that the previous shop said was necessary, they stopped what they were doing to look at my car, they were honest, their prices were fair, they completely explained the process and what was necessary. Even better than that their cost was $1100 less than the previous shop wanted. They told me the cost of the part and the cost of labor. I will be using them from now on!

Im gonna give them 5 stars even though its my first time going to them because they seem honest, which is rare for mechanics to be that way with customers. They filled me in on the condition of my wifes vehicle. I will be taking our vehicles to them from here on.

Mike and Neil are honest and upfront. I wasnt spoken down to our taken advantage of because I am a woman like with other shops. Neil showed me the parts they replaced and rates were very good. Very annoyed. Confirmed twice I wanted Early morning oil change, assured it would be done within an hr. Never got a call. After time quoted expired, I called and was told not even started yet.

Ive been using Five Corners Service Center since I started driving 11 years ago, and my father uses them as well from years and years before that. It doesnt get much better than Five Corners when you need a mechanic. Mike it very upfront and honest, and the rest of the team is very knowledgeable and skilled. There hasnt been anything they havent been able to fix in all the years me and my father have been going to them. Id give more stars if I could. VERY highly recommended!

I had a truly terrible experience here. Brought my car in after an accident because it was the closest shop and the guy was nice until I decided to have a friend do the work instead. When I called to have the car released to him, the guy claimed he had already started disassembling my car before the insurance had done their inspection. I told him I had seen the car just that morning as I drove to work and it looked pretty put together to me at which point he told me it had been moved later in the day to a different location to start work. When I asked for the address he refused to give it to me. I had my friend at north star auto go and get the car and they threatened to report him to the town if he didnt release the car, as per my instructions. It was never moved. What a skeez and a liar. Go to north star instead, they are good honest people who will take care of you.Response to owner: yes I have the right shop. I dealt with Neil. Body shop or not this is exactly what happened. Yall have been warned.

Phenomenal service and great prices! I needed new tires for my 2004 Honda Pilot, which Mike, Neil, and the rest of the Five Corners Service Center staff have kept running well for several years now. Mike gave me a price on both the tires--high-quality Generals that have already saved me from one or two skids in the rain--and their installation that beat Costco and most likely every other major tire vendor in the area. Moreover, Five Corners installed the tires within one hour.I would also note that the outstanding recent tire replacement done by Five Corners is very much the rule and not the exception when it comes to other services that I have received over the past couple of years. I have had a timing belt replaced, water pump and power steering mechanisms replaced, shocks and struts replaced, brakes replaced, engine checked (after a dealer botched a repair), yearly emissions inspections done, and multiple oil changes performed by Five Corners and have had no complaints whatsoever. My wife has also had similar services performed, has had no complaints, and has nothing but praise--as do I--for the business.In short, I cannot recommend the Five Corners Service Center team highly enough. Every business--automotive or otherwise--should aspire to run like this one.

I have been using Mike for the past three years. Five Corners is the most honest auto repair shop I have ever been too. I have had to send my teenage sons there on occasion, with flat tires and minor repairs, and Mike always says the same thing. Come on down. So fortunate to know he is always there.

Took the car there to get it checked out after the car shut off on me while driving. Mike offered to look at it for me and after finding the problem and not being able to get the correct part from the auto parts store he went out and found the part on his own. He did all this within a few hours even though it was already late afternoon. He fixed the problem and even worked passed closing hours to ensure i could get the car back the same day. He is a standup guy, very professional, honest and most importantly provided great service at a great price. THANKS MIKE!!!

I am very skeptical of most mechanics, but the workers at five corners were not only knowledgeable but they were extremely efficient and fair. They took my car in to plug two wholes in my tires, change a blinker, oil change and an inspection and was finished with in an hour. Never more pleased with the service. I highly recommend them!

Hello,I brought the car in to have a leak looked at on 10/08/2018. Receipt clearly states that there were no oil leaks, and late last week I noticed the car lost all the oil. Brought the car in and was told that the head gasket was leaking oil. Had a second opinion done by Subaru on 10/29/18, and they indicated that there was in fact an oil leak going on for months. Consumer be warned, as they misdiagnosed the car!

I cant say enough good things about this place. I was nervous to come in (Im new to the area and you know the concern about mechanics) and instantly my concerns were put to rest. What I came in for was a relatively simple job and the guys handled it quickly. Neil actually spoke with me about what was going on, teaching me. Even though I was there for an hour, the guys charged me less than half of their hourly rate and Mike said I could always call and get his opinion on anything car related I might need. They were smart, kind, and extremely good at their jobs. Do yourself a favor and come in!

My son’s van was there for 5 days and then he was finally told IT CAN’T BE FIXED! Another mechanic fixed it in one day. Turns out what was wrong wasn’t even what they said! Held up his trip cross country by a week! Disgusted!

An honest and upstanding guy! As a woman, you never know when a mechanic will play on your lack of knowledge, so Im always wary. I had my car at the Acura dealer to fix a recall issue. I left there with a laundry list of items that needed to be done. I stopped into the shop and questioned Mike about some of the items and he reassured me that half of the items were totally unnecessary, saving me a small fortune. The tires that Acura insisted I needed immediately, are still on my car 6 months later thanks to Mike! I can send my daughters into the shop knowing that they wont be taken advantage of.
