The store in unorganized nobody knows who did what or where anything is. I did my application and a week went by nobody got in contact with me. When I call them nobody knows my name or what’s going on. Somebody say they will call me back and then nobody does and everybody acting like they do not know anything. Nobody apologize nobody was trying and I felt like I was chasing them to give them my business. I have been in customer services since I started working this is not how it is done.

Good deals. Just slow on the deliveries. But I have to give 5 stars only because of Ms. Ruby. Great customer service. She went out of her way to help me and find exactly what I wanted and was looking for. Thanks Ruby.

The entire staff is rude they don’t do follow up they don’t great customer satisfaction Ruby Regan district manager at this location very rude I wouldn’t recommend no one to do business at this store the staff throw each other under the bus they discuss in house business in front of customers about other customers, the entire store needs to be trained including the General manager Derek or Dexter he comes off rude before he even knows if his staff has completed there job he will apologize but at that point it’s to late

The Manager Tammi is absolutely rude! And lies on great customers. Everyone else is amazing.

They have some nice furniture, and electronics.

We had some miscommunication at first but the DM Manager made everything better. Now Im back a happy customer with this location.
