I had my airpods to be fixed and they didn’t even fix them they still don’t work. I feel like they didn’t even look at them.
First of all, it isnt located at the address listed. I drove an hour to get there and the staff was kind of rude. I just wanted a laptop battery. They wont sell me one unless I let them install it though. I dont need them to install it...just need the battery.

Took my phone home for a cracked screen. Kept it for 3 hours. When I came back they brought it out and argued amongst themselves as to why nothing had been done with it, still had cracked screen. Told me it would be an additional 30 minutes. Then they somehow decided it had water damage and they couldn’t do anything but send it off to Apple. Totally unorganized and unprofessional.
My wife and I recently had her iPhone battery replaced at a mall store. Afterward, her iPhone powercycled every 3 minutes. The store replaced the battery, yet the problem persisted. My wife then decided to choose Simply Mac, since it was an authorized Apple dealer. We were assigned to Larry as our technician. He diagnosed her phone and replaced her battery with a genuine iPhone battery. Within an hour, my wife and I were leaving Simply Mac with her iPhone back to normal. Larry was extremely helpful to us and knew his craft. In the future, we will only visit Simply Mac for Apple repairs and well request Larry. Hes definitely an asset to Simply Mac and a pleasure to work with.
I ordered a replacement battery and was told it would arrive 5-7 days to arrive. I was told when it arrived I have 2 days to return to have it installed. (I am an hour away) I was told I would receive a text message when it arrived, have it installed. 11 days passed, went online to check the status, and in progress. Tried calling, no answer. Sent an email, no answer. Called again, someone answered, Said my battery would arrive in 4 days on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. Called on Thursday and now told the shipment was sent to the previous store (they moved). Was told they were waiting on instructions as to what to do, and trying to locate the shipment. I was told I could keep my laptop charged with plugging it in. Really? That is the problem, I am tied to a charging cable.A store whose business relies on parts and they dont let UPS know to redirect their orders for repairs? Was told it was beyond their control? When I asked what to expect, was told they cant say. By now my lap top is blacking out, unannounced, tied to a cord to work from home. When I asked for a refund and they cant tell me anything about my battery, a timeline, I have to travel 2 hours round trip again to initiate a refund.I am exasperated working with this store. And unfortunately, I will not be dealing with Simply Mac anymore. Wasted my time, nothing they told me has been true, and their orders beyond their control leaves me without a battery, almost $200.00 paid out, but no answers. I get the impression they dont know what they are doing. Still baffles me that a repair entity that relies on parts for their business did not coordinate the shipments during a move, leaving clients without service. Sorry but unimpressed and cannot recommend. Way too much trouble.
Broke my phone and went through them for the replacement under warranty. It was okay they were nice however the replacement took much longer than what I was quoted and when you’re living without a phone you really need them to be fast. They didn’t even call me when it came in, I had to keep calling to find out any updates which I find annoying. The store was tidy and the staff were pretty decent other than the issues I named above.
Worst costumer service experience ever. I went in for a battery replacement for my iPhone X. I made an appointment online because no one answered the phone. Then when I got there the guy says How do you know we even have that battery?. I left and went to CPR cellphone repair where they were friendly and saved $20 on the repair.
Great service! I took my sons Macbook Pro in because it was beeping every 5 seconds and wouldnt boot up? Was going to cost around $79 to re-install operating system and get it working again, but wouldnt stay powered up? Didnt want to spend too much money on a six year old laptop, so the tech recommended not to since he didnt know how long it would last? The best thing was NO CHARGE! Awesome customer service and highly recommend!!
Once I was seen it was awesome. However, I had an appt & when I arrived there were a few disinterested associates & a store full of customers. If I’d not pushed forward & inquired after almost 15 min I may still be there. Seemed to be understaffed & no one was concerned, I saw customers walk out in frustration. That being said, my device issue was addressed & I was contacted for pick up sooner than promised. My keyboard case & screen protector were returned also, although the latter was destroyed.Overall I’d go back.

Happy with my experience. My iPhone X was experiencing battery issue and shutting off. Prior to taking it to Simply Mac I went to Batteries + Bulbs. For $74.89 Batteries + Bulbs replaced my battery. When I had the phone it registered a 44% charge and throughout the night it continued to discharge. I used both of my Apple chargers to get some sort of life to my phone. Next day I go to Batteries + Bulbs and they blamed the software. I was issued a refund and called Apple who set an appointment with Simply Mac. Simply Mac solved my problem with am OEM Apple Battery!
Simply Mac was great. They were very friendly and went over and beyond to get the problem fix. I will definitely drive the hour distance again for their great customer service!
I recently went to Simply Mac for a trade in and I honestly can say that it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. The guy that helped me went to great lengths to ensure that I was taken care of and he was extremely cool and professional. I hate that I can’t remember his name. I just remember that he was a shorter fellow with shoulder length hair. I highly recommend this place.

The employees here were so helpful. I was looking for a new laptop for college and they directed me to the type they thought would best suit my needs. They also suggested buying a refurbished one so that it would bring the price down pretty much right away, instead of me asking to see a refurbished one. The associate that helped me was Alexandria, so if you need help ask for her because she is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find exactly what you need! I also appreciated her cheery spirit!

Absolutely great! Great customer service and quick turnaround. I dropped my MacBook and messed up the display. Had the diagnosis done in 30 minutes and ordered parts. Had it completely fixed in just a few days. They have a cool selection of accessories as well.

The service department is excellent.I have used them in the past for warranty work but just recently had an excellent experience Id like to share.The service manager, Nathan took a look at my phone and worked diligently trying several different things in the store to avoid a costly repair or replacement for me. The next day, Apple announced that batteries in my phone were defective and they were offering free replacement batteries for those affected. Nathan remembered I had come in and called me to let me know. I went in today and he was able to replace my battery and have me in and out of there in 20 minutes or so. This is the kind of service you hope for from any store, but having such a proficient Apple service desk in MACON is fantastic.This is a great store with excellent employees. I have bought several items from them over the past and they continue to earn my business. All the reviews about not answering the phone calls I am not sure about. I have always been able to get someone on the phone easily. I would say they may be busy doing an excellent job for their customers in the store, check them out.

I scheduled an appointment to have my battery replaced on an iPhone 6s. Everyone was polite and very friendly. They took care of my needs right away and made sure everything was up to my standards before I left the store. Definitely recommend to anyone!

I came to this location to drop off my mac book due to a back light that went out. My appointment was quick and painless, I was in and out within 15 minutes.
I never thought I would be insulted by a store manager. My Wifes iPhone 6 screen was broken. I confirmed this by swapping the screen from my moms phone to her phone. I confirmed that the phone was not water damaged when I had it open. There are two indicators. Simply Mac told me on the phone that they could send it into Apple to be repaired for $100 if it was just the screen broken. At the store the employee was not sure if that was correct. She thought a $299 deposit was required. She took my phone into the back and said she was going to check. When she brought my phone back out. She said this phone has water damage. I questioned her because I just checked last night. She went back and had the phone opened and showed me that the top indicator was red. I said Im not sure if this is my phone you might have swapped it by accident I did not have water damage. She went into the back again. And the manager came out. The Manager started rebuking me saying that she will not tolerate customers calling her employees stupid. She said that she will call security. I tried to cordially resolve the issue. But she continued stating that she will not tolerate people insulting her employees. She said they had video cameras. I asked that she pull up the video feed. Because I did not insult or call anyone stupid. It is at that time she called security. Security said theres nothing they can do because this is private property and if Simply Mac request they remove someone they have to. I cannot prove that they made the water indicator red, but they did open my phone without asking permission. The manager did call security on me for me allegedly calling one of her employees stupid. I do not recommend.
They are very helpful. They helped me when I got a new phone and they put on the screen protector perfect. They even put my pop socket on perfectly. They also let me put my password on the phone. I would definitely go there whenever I have a problem on my phone.
Had a problem with my phones camera not working which they took care of. There was a problem with the billing that did not become apparent until i got home which is about 20 miles away. I got hold of the store manager Adrienne who promptly took care of the issue. She was very helpful in the matter and did not try to make excuses for the mistake just had a solution, which is getting hard to find in retail on a regular basis.As for the bad reviews about this place i would think that every thing should be taken in to context, this business takes care of repairinga device that the better part of the country can not fathom living with outand in turn there reviews suffer when there customers demands arenot obtainable.
Took my wife’s iPhone 7 to SM at the direction of my carrier. They took care of getting it sent off and returned in a very timely manner. Very friendly and helpful employees. They were very knowledgeable about my issues and will gladly return to shop there soon.
Great customer service! Just a tip that wouldve been helpful for me to know, too, if you are coming in with a broken product, in my case my Mac, you have to have an appointment. But, you can otherwise be a walk-in! I went in on Tuesday waited for an appointment, the damage couldnt be fixed by them so they sent it off to an Apple location in Texas and it was ready for me to pick up again that same Friday afternoon!
Basically, ordered a battery for a 6S. Nobody contacted, but said they attempted on a line that has had no issues (received phone calls before and after supposed call took place that day). No voicemail left, no missed call on phone. Only found out the battery was there through calling them. Caused us to miss the return date they have to send it back by with even telling them we were coming the next day with them saying they would hold onto it. Get them to add 2 (one AT&T and other Verizon) additional numbers to call when it comes back in, and though they called this time, but only to one of the 3 numbers and left a voicemail, of course they seemed to have gotten it delivered rather quickly as it was in the next day. Did at least waive the install fee. Would not go to again.
Workers were helpful, but the customers are rude and impatient towards the staff.

I do not recommend doing business with this Company. Simple Mac is not ethical or customer focused!I dropped off an Apple Watch 2 for repair. I was told they would have to replace it with a New Apple Watch 2. When I came back what I was given was what looked like a refurbished and damaged Apple Watch 2. I unfortunately didn’t notice damage until I left the store but called immediately. I was told bring it back in. I did and then days later I was told it’s my fault! I disputed with them about this but was once again told that the damaged happened after I left. Not only did the Watch not come in a box but also was not in any secure materials to protect while in their possession. The damaged portion of Watch was at the Watch band. Looks like someone was prying it open. I am stuck paying FULL PRICE for an Apple Watch 2 that is damaged and I will never recommend Simple Mac in Macon GA or any other stores they have until they fix this issue! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

To be honest it was bad from the start, first it took forever to see a tech. Then he told me it would be 5 days max for this repair, that apple had a glitch. 14 days later numerous phone calls to the store. I was given many different answers, phone will be there tomorrow. The Hurricane delayed it, THEY SENT THE PHONE TO CALIFORNIA the hurricane did not delay this. Just bad customer service. Then at the end of it all, my phone was not fixed and the sales rep tried to just hand it to me and said sign this without explaining ANYTHING! i will not go back there.
OMG I had locked and disabled my ipad! Before I drove myself insane I did a quick search online and I found this store!! The lady that helped me was very prompt and courteous!! She got my ipad back up and running.. Will be making this my go to store for Apple purchases and restorations!! I love this place 😁😁😁😁😁😁

I was very disappointed with the service here. I drove through Macon for the Thanksgiving week going home and left my computer to be looked at and hopefully fixed. I was called on Friday and told that they were able to restore my operating system and that potentially my RAM would run a little slower. I asked if it would be okay with the RAM in the computer and was told I would be good for the time being but would eventually need to replace the RAM. When I picked up my computer on Sunday, the service rep could not get it to turn on, so he took it to the back and then brought it back out turned on. He turned it off and restarted it and it came on fine. I asked what happens when this happens to me when I get home and was told to use a key command at start-up to keep that from happening. Then the service rep was asked if this was basically a band aid put on my computer and that the real issue had still not been resolve, to which he responded yes. I then asked about having the RAM replaced, but I was told that I would have to re-check my computer in and they may not be able to service it that day. I live 2 hours away from Macon, so this was not an option. I took my computer, and after not even 2 days, my computer crashed on Tuesday and will not boot-up and only boots directly into recovery mode.I was very unsatisfied that I was told that a band-aid had fixed my computer and that I was not told when I was called that more than likely I would want the RAM replaced and/or asked if thats what I would like the technicians to do so that my computer would be fixed. Bad all around service and no real fixes in my opinion. Your much better driving to an Apple Store in ATL.
Called to schedule a repair and no answer for over ten minutes. Called back and hit option 3 and got someone to answer! Only to be put back on hold for another ten minutes and not even being told your going on hold! Wow. Never calling here again

WARNING,do not let these people at this store work on your phone, I took my phone in to have the camera replaced because it was blurry and shaking, they did a diagnostic on it and said the phone checked out fine, but it was a bad camera, 2 1/2 hours later they said they damaged the display and power source replacing the camera, I had to leave, and I live 40 minutes from the location, I called back and was told apple will not reimburse them for replacing my phone, and they were checking with the district manager to see if they could get me a replacement phone at 329.00, the phone they broke was paid for.customer service is horrible, they dont show any concern, or urgency about the phone situation at all, just call us later this evening was the managers response .this store has 69 google reviews with a average of 2.8 out of 5,most are the same kind of reviews that I just left them.there is a reason for their review rating

Had my Apple phone battery replaced.Quick and helpful service.They answered a couple of questions I had about my I-phone while I was there.
I bought a refurbished MacBook Air from them. I was assisted by a salesperson named Precious. So far so good. I saved about $200.00 compared to buying a new one.Precious was professional and knew the product line quite well. A very good attitude and patience because I had a bunch of questions.The laptop wouldnt charge so I went back to the store about 3 or 4 hours later. They checked it, gave me a new cord and I am satisfied.I wouldve given them 5 stars but I could only use $400.00 on my debit card. I had to go to my bank, get the balance and come back to the store. But I understand and appreciate this safe-measure.
Staff was very nice but store seemed to be understaffed at the time of my visit. Only 2 employees to handle several customers. My wait for my purchase was 30+ minutes and most of the customers were experiencing the same wait time. This is the first time that I have had this issue at this store though!

They don’t answer the phone and the don’t return voicemails. Need to hire some customer service oriented personnel. Apple needs to know how they’re being represented in Macon, GA! Even the owner responses are canned.
Don’t waste tour time here. You’re better off driving to Atlanta. They’re going to tell you to call apple. They might mail it in to be fixed but then it still won’t work. The SIM card will be missing or something. They are understaffed. You will wait a long time and not get the answers you were looking for.

Great service and super staff. Was told by a store in McDonough I would have to go to Lenox Mall to get my iPhone fixed. Found this place in Macon - closer and far less traffic. Showed up at 10 without an appointment for a repair. They took care of me pretty quick. Very knowledgeable and instructive on what I can do if the problem persists. Highly recommend them
I made an appointment 5 days in advance in person for a battery. I drove over an hour the day the of the appointment only to find they did not have the battery in Stock. Wouldn’t this be something they would check? The employee asked what kind of phone I had when I made my appointment so they knew what was needed. This is poor customer service!!
I came into the store on Thursday with the issue of my macbook pro not powering on. I didnt have to wait long before I was serviced. They ran diagnostics and quickly discovered the issue. I needed a logic board transplant and was told it could possibly take a week, but my laptop was repaired earlier. Everything went well -- The employees are friendly and patient.
They dont answer the phone at all. I called multiple times and stayed on the phone for at least 10 minutes. That is poor service if u ask me.
My 2 year old MacBook Pro died suddenly. The issue fell into the no power silo at the Simply Mac Store with a fixed price of $604.00 for the repair, no matter how simple or how complex the repair would be. Non-negotiable. I agreed reluctantly to the one size fits all charge. After the repair, I was informed it had something to do with the backlight for the display when given a quick explanation. So, sounds like I paid $604 to have a light bulb changed (not much of an exaggeration). It works fine now, the repair was quick, and most of the personnel in the store were friendly and attentive - I just think the pricing should be restructured. It makes more sense and seems much more fair to establish a ceiling for the cost of the repair (in this case no power) with a guarantee that the cost would not exceed that amount, but charging only for the parts and labor required for the particular repair (not $604 for changing a light bulb). Smacks of price gouging.

Fast service. My iPhone 6 Plus had an under warranty repair. They repaired it in less than 30 minutes. Very nice staff.
It took over 3 MONTHS to get a TEMPORARY for a defective phone.. they said itd be a week. ONCE I EVER GET IT BACK (note I said 3 months for a TEMPORARY, I still havent gotten it) once I ever get my actual new phone Im never going back to this location. Completely do not recommend I would leave a 0 star rating if I could

I inquired about a battery replacement for an iPhone 6 over the phone. The customer service rep suggested that I either schedule an appointment with them (which they had none available) and wait a week to schedule it IF there was one available at the time or contact Apple. The employee was incredibly rude and almost seemed annoyed that I was asking a question. As we closed the brief conversation the employee didn’t say “Have a good day” or “bye”; he just slammed the phone down. Not sure if proper customer service skills are taught here, but judging by the other reviews others seem to share similar experiences. I won’t be conducting any business here. Good customer service is a very basic and vital component to any successful business.
I had my phone screen fixed, the attendant told me the price for fixing it is 176usd plus tax, when I came back after a week, this other guy asked me to pay 220usd! He said that previous guy that I talked to before had a mistake. That is so expensive! I think I got ripped off by this store, if he told me the first time that it’s 220usd then I should’ve gone somewhere else! Plus they fixed my phone for a week, when they said it will be fixed for 2 days. Beware of this rip off store!

At the store to have an iPhone 6 Plus battery installed after having to wait 2.5 months for its arrival. I’m in the store 15 minutes and no one inquired whether than can assist me... They just walk past without a word- sometimes within 2 feet of me... Once I get their attention- they’re very apologetic- but too late! First impressions are part of customer service. My battery was replaced, but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

You’ll be better off using someone out the middle of the mall for a screen replacement! Drove to Macon three times, and still got the same cracked screen! Customer reps got smart mouths, but can’t fix nothing!

Terrible customer service over the phone. I called and waited on hold 3x for the same simple questions. They continued to very slowly and incompetently say, “ oh yeah okay wait, hold on let me go check.” Seriously, how many times do you need to check ON THE SAME THING?!? And every single time put me on hold and never came back! Rude. I’d rather spend my money someplace else. Something for your owner to consider when hiring employees.

My iPhone just quit this afternoon and despite my best efforts to connect and restore using iTunes on my Mac it appeared to be bricked. I went to Simply Mac and within 20 minutes I was up and running. Alex was very patient as I restablished contact with the cloud and began the restoration process; never a rush, just a genuine interest in recucitating my Apple phone. I don’t know what Larry did in the back but I’m grateful for his expertise. Couldn’t be happier, my expectation of needing a phone transplant was reduced to a $19.99 service charge.
I sent my mac for repair in their store. They told me my logic board has corrosion, a sign of liquid exposure, and they need to send it to apple for repair but it will cost me $884. When i got home, i tried google to find any cure for my mac. Found some same issues with mine. So i tried, removing the battery. When i installed my battery back, my mac worked!!!I think they need to improve their technicians. If someone not familiar with browsing the internet for solutions and just listen to their recommendation, it will cost a customer a lot. My mac wouldve just end up in a closet if i listened.
