I got nothing but Love for these franchises. I do get quite a few tools, accessories, and equipment from here. Gonna put it like this, they may not be named brand like we like to use, but they get the job( nah) jobs done. Been using these materials for several years now. Im not disappointed.

The customer service at this place ROCKS!!!!Some of the most EXCELLENT customer service weve experienced in a long time!!! The store manager was AMAZING and thoughtful. He helped us decide on so many things today and he was a pleasure to meet. Very nicely organized and clean store. The shelves are usually always stocked and you can expect to find what you need. 99% of the time you find stuff you didnt know you needed.

You can get some great deals here, especially if you get coupons which are always easily available online. Major problem is in store customer service. If you ask where something is located, they simply tell you what isle. Well, it would be nice if they actually helped you find your item. I always have to spend a lot of time in the store.12/31/2020: Upgraded to 4 stars because you have a 90 day return window even on power tools; so even if you make a bad choice, you are covered. Some folks like the 1 year warranty trick (yes, you pay extra but you can grab a new tool every year.) Most importantly, there are some things that are just unbelievably good bargains especially if you have coupons. Download the app and screen shot some coupons or try one of the H Freight Coupon apps. Be sure to find a 20% off super coupon! But... in store customer service is truly horrible when it comes to helping you find items and being knowledgeable about the products. And of course, dont go in for a great bargain and go hog wild buying stuff you dont need.

First time in their new location, took some time to look around. Tool wise they have about anything youd need, but finding it is almost as hard as getting help to find it.Dont think too many of them are too happy with their job, just my impression

Very clean and organized. Social distancing and masks were required. A great place to shop. Accessible location with ample parking. Up the hill from Lowes which sells similar items from same country of origin at higher price point.

The manager was very helpful even though the store was packed and they have handicap parking by the door which is great for me.

Harbor freight is awesome. Bought a new vice, it broke on day 3. Other than the hour lost getting to the store and back to work, it cost me nothing to get it replaced no questions asked.

HF is my store for tools, the price is good, fits my budget and seems to be getting more and more locations around. I live in a rural area and 45 miles is not to far to travel for a good selection of many types of handymen tools. Lots of coupons helps my budget too.

Just called today wasn’t to please with service asked to speak with a manager and he had an attitude didn’t even continue my conversation wouldn’t recommend

This is my boyfriends (who is a mechanic) favorite place to shop. Nice place and decent prices. I go with him often to this store & even find things like small flashlights, keychains, small tools & mics items to keep in my car & truck, etc, for myself.

You can but it other places as cheap... dont buy the discount card it never covers anything except close out products

I love this place. Not only do they always have what Im looking for, but the customer service is super. I will always come here as this is the only place to get some supplies that I use often. I highly recommend coming here for any construction job, even crafting tools.

This is my toy store. Have been buying tools from HF for many years. Still have tools I use that I bought when I lived in California over 30 years ago.

Love this new location!!! The store is clean and not cluttered up with junk. They have awesome variety of tools and consumables. The price is always great and when thr super coupons come out you get great tools dirt cheap. Great for hobbyists or professionals.

You cant get all the stuff you get at Home Depot, Lowes or True Value here, but if youre a DIY kinda person, you can get a lot of comparable tools and equipment at a non professional grade at a lower price.Though this store is not intended for contractors, it does carry a lot of products that contractors find useful.

I love to shop here as much as I love Wal-Mart.

We love going to Harbor Freight in Macon, GA the associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the prices are fair.

Great deals on okay tools. One staff member gets a B, one staff member gets an A+. Friendly and professional, knowledgeable. Newer clean facility with a large inventory. Predator Inverter Generators are awesome and at be least as good as Honda for half the price. Store layout could be improved but its not terrible.

My dad does more shopping here then myself, they normally have an overflowing amount of tools for sale alot of their stuff is store brand but still decent enough to get the job done when your in need!

Item I went for was not in stock but I took the second highest rated hammer drill.

The manager was at the register and made us wait while she took 3 calls on the phone. she didnt try to ring us up while on the phone either. then after she finally rang us up she took another call so I had to wait for her to be done so she could tell me the total. I couldnt even pay and leave bc she didnt hit some button so I could start the payment process. I felt very undervalued as a customer.

Its great ! Just be aware that some products are of a lower quality because everything is cheaper than elsewhere. But mostly its good stuff. I always read the reviews online before buying anything big here. Their returns policy is good. Nice place to just browse!

It is not a sketchy place. Very nice store and the employees are nice and polite and will stop what they are doing to help find something for a customer. The tools are fairly priced and they have a great return policy. My husband and I lived 60 miles away and went only a few times a year. But we got a lot of stuff every time. We love Harbor Freight.
