Tried to charge me 19 hours of time when I only used 14 hours. Then when I told them to double check they had an attitude. Once they realized they were wrong they then tried to tell me I didn’t fill up the tank which is true. I was never told to fill it back up or I would have since I am able to get free diesel. They told me I signed a contract and I told them I didn’t, apparently the driver was supposed to make me sign something? After having to argue with the manager, she then threatened me with paying for 19 hours even though I didn’t put 19 hours on it. She told me I was wrong even though her coworker already admitted she was wrong about the 19 hours. They said I should have treated the fuel thing like a rental car. Which is when you sign a contract stating you’ll fill up the tank when done. Although I’ve never rented a car, I was just supposed to assume that. Moral of the story, make sure you double check your charges and go to Yancey.

I had to go to three different locations. location 1 in Byron GA to pick up the trailer that was unable to be moved to the location where the skid steer was. location 2 (Hawkinsville rd. Macon) said the trailer was to small for the skid that was there so he called location 3 (mercer university drive Macon) to get me a different skid steer that would fit on the trailer. wasting 3 hours on driving around to get the right equipment to start my day
