Cant even tell my car was hit and they detailed the inside incredibly well. They worked directly with my insurance company so figuring out the money aspect was easy. Would definitely go to them again

They communicated very well and always kept me up to date. I had a truck with the aluminum and I thought they would have to replace the whole panel. Instead they were able to repair and paint it and I cannot even tell where the damage was. Overall I was very satisfied with the work they did.

I had my car broken into early on in Quarantine and took it to Service King in Madison Heights. They were very professional and kind! Replacement parts took long because of COVID-19 related delays but I was always kept in the loop with updates/communication. I loved that they cared about my safety and would not release my car even though my insurance was refusing to cover my rental further. They helped me get into another rental for the time it took to get the proper parts and once the parts were found, it took a day for my car to be ready! I would definitely go back if I ever needed service again! (I hope I don’t)

I was referred to Service King Collision of Madison Heights by my auto insurance provider after I was in an accident a few days earlier. And I was very pleased. The prework meeting with the agent at the service shop provided clear and thorough understanding of what could be done with my car based on their assessment of the damages I incurred in the accident and what would be covered by the insurance. They were very honest and up front about what would not be covered. The work that they did to the car was completed ahead of the stated ETA and the work appears to have been done quite well. They also cleaned it quite nicely inside as well. I certainly do recommend them.

I was in an accident with my husbands truck and Service King was excellent- from the weekly update calls to the text updates, to the final product in bringing our truck back to its original condition- we couldnt be happier with our experience!!

I guess Im a person who never learned its lesson the first time, but I also believe in second chances, hence, a went back to have my crv repaired there for the second time on our second incident. And just like there first time I have to point out what they missed( missing screws, loose molding), and I have to clean my crv from hand marks and greases FOR THE SECOND TIME. Do they even inspect the car before the give it back to its owner? To think to the amount of money the insurance companies give them (In my case 7k+ dollars), they could recheck if they screwed or installed the clips right or see if it was clean inside out. I just just back in there a little less or aver a month ago since I noticed my crvs tire moldings are lose (I did try to fix it myself just i did the last incident but I could not because it needs a clip replace), for as tgey say it has lifetime warranty. Couple of technicians try to fix it with tools but they could not, because they say they dont have a clip for it and he has to order it and he will give me a call ones the parts are ready. As I said, it was almost a month or more ago and I never heard anything from anyone. I called there to follow-up, he said he will call me when the parts is ready, again, almost a month and more ago. I understand there would be delays because of coved, but one month delay for a clip, come on. Run for the hills guys, it not worth your time. I understand the ones who gave 5 stars for they were told to do so as was I, and I would not even bother to give a rating and a review, but, if they really had a good experience there, I guess I am just a very unlucky person.

If you need to take your car in for repairs, make sure you have Chuck Boldarini as your service advisor. He kept us up to date with our vehicle after it was involved in a hit & run. He was on point with communicating what was going on with our vehicle with out over-communicating. Our car was done a week early!

If I could give negative stars, i would!!! This location is ridiculous!!!!!!! I brought my vehicle in at my insurances recommendation. Once I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that two error codes code not be cleared as they were “unrelated” to the damage of my collision. However, my vehicle did not have any error codes prior to my accident. The people refused to further repair my vehicle and also refused to sign an affidavit stating why they refused to completely repair the vehicle. I have contacted my lawyers and have begun my lawsuit and informed them they would be hearing from my representative. About two hours after I leave, i get a phone call from the Madison Heights police stating that the guy Larry and his little buddy the progressive guy felt threatened by my boyfriend and that we are not allowed to return to the property!! So not only did they cause further damage to my vehicle, but they also play the scary card and don’t stand behind their work as promised!! Run from this place as fast as you can. They will screw over any female they deem unprotected and will hide behind the police when confronted about their poor service. No wonder the reviews are so poor!!!

I stopped by to get an estimate on bumping out a dent in my bumper (my other estimates started at $175). After looking at it, the gentleman said “let me see if I can save you some money.” He unscrewed the panel and pushed it out by hand. It looks great and it didn’t cost me anything. I’m so grateful he took a few minutes to help me out! I will definitely go back the next time I need work done!

I dealt with Chuck and am really impressed with his service and conduct. He put us at ease from the very beginning and we did not feel like we were a burden passed on to him by USAA our insurance company. He was willing to help us immediately after he heard that the Ferndale shop turned us away. He stayed in touch through out the time my car was in the shop. Heck he even got us in a rental sooner after determining that my car was un drivable. The last thing he did after service was done was helping me locate a spare wheel for my car which I did not get when I orriganally leased my car before buying it. If I am ever in another accident I would trust my car to no one else.

I went there today to get an estimate to fix my car and the service advisor tried telling how I got hit. I have pics of the accident but Chuck was telling me different. My insurance company sent me there. I dont recommend them at all

Service King said they would return a rental car, but left the rental car sitting on their lot for weeks costing my friend thousands of dollars.I’ve never actually felt with anyone more rude than the staff of Service King of Madison Heights.

Horrible experience they dont stand behind their work and use cheap materials to fix your vehicle. Had to take my car somewhere else to have it properly fixed. Very unprofessional office staff eager to get your money, they say they will warranty their work but they dont. BEWARE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE save yourself the headache. BIG COMPANY NAME but not good work take your business to a local place learn from my mistake.

I was hit in the back and my insurance company brought it here. They cut out my rear doors just to make an estimate that was 5000 over the threshold so the repairs will not be done and now my van is worse off than when I brought it in. I wish I could put the photos on here to show how they hurt my van. My license plate was cut out to force open the rear doors and they simply just placed it back into the hole thinking I will drive off with it like that. If I did the plate could fall out and I would be pulled over. As of this time they refuse to put the van back the way it was and simply intimidate me when I question the bill with some bald headed muscle guy that they have for people they screw over. Avoid at all costs. They work with Allstate to simply make themselves money. Go to an actual body shop if you want work done.
