I brought my car in to repair some front end damage. The repair included a new front facia as well as repairing the fender. This was expected. Once they opened it up; they discovered that the headlight mounting bracket was busted beyond repair as well as fender bracket. Based on my experience this was consistent with damage I had. 🤷‍♂️ Bottomline, the job was well done, the service was good (Vince is great to talk with) and their COVID protocols include an advance air purifier for the office and I believe the shop as well. I did wear a mask 😷 there; thats just me. I believe in masks every where for now. Heres hoping you never need body work ... But if you do you cant go wrong with Dotten. Take care and stay safe.

Got in an accident a couple of years ago. They didn’t measure the hood so the left side came out every time to where I would have to try to push it in and then they didn’t bother to find the right door so it was different then the electrical wouldn’t work. They may do a good job on small cars but when it comes to suvs. They need to learn how to work on them. Maybe advertise for only knowing how to do to small cars.

The repairs were done on time as promised, the car it looks like nothing ever happened, the paint matching was exceptional. I know where I was hit and as I look at the repair from up close, I cannot tell the difference between the old and new paint as it was matched and blended perfectly. Not an easy task with metallic paint.The owner Vince has a friendly demeanor in addition to turning out quality work. He also had an arrangement with Hertz rental where you can get a car for $25.00 per day.

Dotten collision was recommended by my sisters insurance company when some one hit her bumper Vince and his crew did an amazing job not just that time but not even 3 weeks later when some one hit her again and damage the same bumper. Both times they made it look new. A year later just last month my car got hit while parked and I knew just were to take it to Vince of course which was not where my insurance wanted me to go Vince explained to me how to make sure everything was done right. I went to my insurance and they deposited half the amount and said thats what it would cost Vince took the time called my insurance for me went through the process and got the rest of the money to get my car fixed. He ordered all the parts before I dropped my car off as I learned I apparently did not have rental on my insurance. So he could get it in and out as fast as possible so I wouldnt miss work or kids appointments. It came out not only fixed but looking amazing they vacuumed my floor in my driver side they washed my car up and made it look like I was rolling of the dealership lot with it.

Called to inquire about getting rust fixed. Vince asked some questions about the situation which lead to the possibility of fixing the rust problem through a previous collision company that worked on the car after an accident. Short version.....I am working with previous collision company to take care of problem that likely will prevent an expense on my part for the repair. Vince took the time to explain and educate me on my situation. He could have easily taken the opportunity to do the work needed for himself. He is an upstanding, honest, and caring business owner. I was blown away by how nice everyone was. They offer to drive you home when you drop your car off. They fixed my car within a few days and gave me updates. They even did a couple of cosmetic fixes for no charge and helped me save money on repairs. They also took my car to the car wash down the street and gave me a coupon for a free car wash! I will be recommending Dotten Collision to all my friends and family. I needed to get a door replaced on an older Honda Civic. Vince (the owner) was very nice and communicated clearly to me what I should expect the cost to be based on various options.After getting and installing the replacement door, Vince informed me that I had gotten lucky and the electrical components (power windows, etc.) on the door were a match with my vehicle, which saved me several hundred dollars. He could have easily never told me this and pocketed the extra money. Very honest.He also installed the door very quickly and the end result was excellent. If youre looking for a place to get collision repairs, I dont think you could do better than this place.

I currently have my vehicle at Dotten Collision after an accident. What I didnt know until now is that insurance companies will try to force a shop to fix your vehicle as cheaply as possible. Vince is one shop owner that will fight for you as a customer. There is cheap and then there is right. Vince makes sure its done right. I will never use any other shop. Especially a preferred shop.

I am so glad that Dotten Collision was was there after my car was hit in a parking lot. I went to Dotten Collision to have them look at my rusting tailgate. After speaking with me and giving me a quote he gave me the advice that it may not be worth fixing since it was going to cost $700 for a car that was worth around 2K as is. He told me the repair wouldnt increase the value of the car enough to make it worth the hassle. Although he didnt make any money that day, he will definitely be the one working on my car in the future.
