This shop checked out a minor issue I had for free. Came to them to get new brakes a few months later, and was charged a great price that came with warranty.

Honest and knowledgeable! My muffler was making a slight rattle noise. They gave me options and honest opinions of different brands. The issue was a baffle, but was causing no harm. They said I could leave it alone for now if I preferred and by the time it gets bad enough where it needs replacing, the cost will most likely go down! It’s a Ford Fusion with only 40,000 miles. Then I asked how much did I owe them and they said nothing! I wanted to pay them for their honesty but they said not necessary. I snuck a little tip to them though. Most places would not have been nearly as honest and most definitely would have sold me a new part. I am promoting them to everyone I know now. Amazing experience. Thanks, Madison Muffler!! Being honest brings in more business in the long run, I’m happy they understand this.

I had an issue with my muffler and they also noticed that my tie rod was shot so I had them take care of that as well. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. They made a customer for life and I will happily refer them.

I went there yesterday at 1 p.m. I have an appointment because my resonator pipe broke off and was dragging the ground. And then when they finish the mechanic pulled the car around front. Then he asked me if my steering wheel was always that hard to turn I said no so I went outside and try to turn the wheel and it seems like I had manual steering instead of power steering. So he put pulled it back in to the garage and he started checking everything he could even checking the computer with his diagnostic box and everything checked out okay. After he put the muffler on and he went to start my car to pull it out the first time my battery was dead and he had to jump the battery. I knew I need to get a battery but I wanted to have the muffler fixed first. So apparently when he went to jump start the car and pull it around front somehow it blew the fuse for the electronic power steering pump. He was calling auto parts stores couldnt find it then I asked if he called Matthew Hargraves on 12 mile to see if they had the part and they had it only cost $4 for the fuse. But since I had to wait so long for them to check it out and then go get the part he didnt even charge me for the fuse for the power steering unit. I know if if I would have went to any other repair facility they would have charged me for checking the car out going and getting the fuse and then putting it in.THAT WHY IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF SERVICE ON YOU CAR TRUCK OR VAN, ESPECIALLY MUFFLER WORK. OUR ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE REPAIRS TAKE IT THEM. I RECOMMEND.THIS COMPANY 100% AND WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

Friendly, helpful, and good explanations from the staff, both over the phone and in person. Fast turn-around, great price. Quality seems good - my exhaust is fixed - but its only been a few days so I cant speak to how it will hold up long-term. They warranty their work for a couple years, however, so Im not worried.

I originally had a generic fits many body styles exhaust kit on my 1978 Camaro that didnt quite fit right. Steve was able to bend the pre-existing tubes and firmly mount the system which allowed for better packaging, eliminated exhaust leaks, and gave the car a way better sound. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get a quality custom exhaust at a great price.

Had them do my brakes on my 2014 Ford Flex. It has very large front and rear rotors due to having the 365 HP twin turbo V6. The rear rotors were very difficult to face off. They rushed the job since I needed my car, and had it finished in time for me to pick it up when I needed it. However I noticed that the brakes didnt feel quite right. The next day I went back, the same service tech tried to adjust them, but they still werent right. They had me drop off my car that Friday evening so they could get on it first thing Saturday morning. By 11 am Saturday morning they called and said it was finished. They had to order and install new rear rotors, AND changed my oil.....with no additional charge!!! They were courteous and professional everytime I went in, and made me feel like a valued customer. My brakes feel better than new! I am totally satisfied and completely happy with the service experience!! They will be my auto repair service of choice from now on!! GREAT JOB GUYS, THANK YOU!!!

Great family run shop that has performed exhaust work on 3 of my 60s/70s era classic vehicles. Beautiful stock-looking exhaust with perfect bends and fits--try to get that somewhere else! Also have very talented mechanics who were able to align the front end on one of my cars that had a very crooked rear axle. Somehow it now tracks straight and true with a centered wheel. Lots of experience and family friendliness in this shop.

This place is awesome, they tell you exactly what is wrong with no deceiving add-ons. Very honest and do great work. I have nothing but good things to say. Thats a lot coming from me because I usually do all the work myself. I very highly recommend them. They go above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied!!!

Went to the dealer 4 times for a rattling exhaust. They wanted $1,700 to fix it. Took it here and they fixed it in 20 minutes. It wasnt even the part the dealer wanted to replace. They fixed it so easily they didnt want to charge. I insisted they take at least some money. This place is top notch. Customer for life!

Super nice, brought my truck for a leak and found it instantly, now I have to take it back to the shop that originally did the work and have them fix it! Madison didn’t even charge me for the find, which really only took a few seconds, on and off the hoist! Thanks guys and happy holidays!

Came in today for what I thought would be an expensive repair. The mechanic showed me the problem and had me out of there in about an hour and for a lot less $$ than I expected. I highly recommend them!!

Hate to see this 5 star place get its first one star but I have to report it as experienced it.Brought my car in to have a pipe repaired which needed to be rehung. They hoisted it and told me it would need to be rebuilt from the cats all the way back. They said it would take a couple hours and a couple hundred bucks.I took it to Wear Masters and found the one pipe needed a quick five minute weld which reset the entire exhaust and fixed my issue. Cost me 40 dollars.Either this shop is incompetent or were looking to squeeze the most they could out of the job. Either way I wont be returning.

Nice staff. They dont do engine work, but you have to leave your car for the entire day just to get the oil changed, if you work its very inconvenient. I used to come here all the time, but not any more.

We just had to replace the front rotors and pads on our Ford Escape that I’d paid this place to do just over a year ago!The pads they had installed were very cheep quality! And the rotors were the originals!!!In other words we got ripped off!Sorry to say, but this place are in my experience totally dishonest and I wouldn’t recommend them!
