Absolutely a great experience. A simple slow leak they took immediately spend time checking it out then I left but it was still leaking so I brought it back and they immediately checked it out again and found out my computer and not set the tires correctly so they found the correct leaking tire plugged it. 10 minutes. Im going to be bringing them my business from now on because they did what was necessary to make the customer happy and a quick period of time and were conscientious enough to figure out its a quick job in and out. All the other tire dealers I called had a two-week wait for a simple tire inspection, which is pathetic. Im looking at you Belle tire. Anywho go to JRE.

Horrible customer service left me standing at the çoumter unattended for over five minutes, I wasnt greeted by a single employee not so much as even acknowledged my presence. Then I go back to my vehicle to search for a alternative and sat there for another 10 mins and still no service. Who treats there customers lie that? Only way il ever stop there again is if Im asking for directions to a real tire and auto shop smh.

Cant write a positive enough review of JRE. I had a Mustang that needed clutch work - badly. Wetmores in Ferndale referred and recommended JRE. Jason is kind, polite, and patient - dont be afraid of calling him up for a chat about your needs.These guys took my car and my supplied parts and fixed my issues and all the smaller complications that arose. They were smart enough to install the rear main seal I left in the car but neglected to ask them to install.The day I picked up the car, one of their guys, Sam, remembered to replace a broken rubber elbow and fixed a vacuum leak I wasnt even aware of.If youve got any kind of clutch or transmission issues, try these guys out first. Their labor rates are very competitive and have been willing to do some smaller tasks included.

People there were very helpful. Went to get an oil change the other day at my local dealership and they said my brakes were fine. Today I was show my brake pads after getting a good deal on my tires and saw the pads were nearly gone. Got my options, prices, got everything fixes, and was out in less than a hour

I got a bolt or something in my tire with my dog in the car! I called them up and got fast, friendly phone service and they were ready when I got there 5 minutes later. I mentioned my dog was in the car and they immediately said he didnt need to be breathing anything in the garage and let me pull up close instead. I was in and out in 10 minutes and 10 dollars and was impressed that he didnt just refill the tire in question, but made sure they were all filled and sent me on my way! Definitely my first call for any tire issues!

I gotta give these guys props where props are due. For one, they work with a company that will finance what ever your repair cost and that’s a nice thing to be able to use if you get in a jam. For two, they were able to get my car fixed within a few hours, same day without pre scheduling anything. All around a good experience!

Sammy will take care of you he is to the point and honest. these guys do great work and if they cant do something theyll let you know but they at least try before they give up. I needed suspension work on my car and there were able to help me at a reasonable cost.Edit: they also honored their warranty when I needed a mount replaced one year later.

I have an extremely busy schedule that makes it often extremely complicated to take care of things. Have a short gap for a replacement of four tires and they got it done. Jason was extremely helpful, fit me in and all was solved efficiently, effectively and at a better cost than many places I checked with.

My 2001 Toyota Tundra needed some work regarding an oil leak...I took my truck to a couple other places for free quotes...some places were charging to just check things out (ridiculous)...compared to what the other places prices the work at...i saved about $900...these other places tried to take advantage due to me being a female and PROBABLY not knowing...but I knew enough to shop around...Jason and his mechanics (Sam and Nick) are honest people and Sam knows his stuff!...I will recommend JRE Tires for any kind of repairs...I have NEVER trusted mechanics...until now.Thanks guys for getting me road ready for my trip back to Texas!!...God Bless.

Jason and the crew are all very nice, no BS about what you need, and fair pricing. I took my car in to get used tires and one of them had a quality issue a couple weeks later. They replaced it no problem. I will happily give them my business and recommend to friends and family.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They examined my car 3 times, and gave me estimates for what needed to be done. I was fine with it, so I chose 1 option off the list and paid to get my brakes fixed. When they finally got my car in there and started trying to fix it, they didnt fix my brakes all the way. They said its too hard to fix this and itd take a lot of time to get it done, probably 4 hours of work. So they offered a cheaper price and said theyd do the brake pads but not the rotors. While they were doing that, one of the guys came out and called me into the garage while my car was up, and it was leaking! Of course it got all over my jacket. I dont know why he told me to look at my car and get under it, but he pointed to the brake lines. He said they were rotting and burst But like I said, they had 3 DIFFERENT TIMES to check my car! Not once did they say my brake lines were rotting!! So then they charged me twice the amount I was supposed to pay, because of them bursting my brake lines, and they didnt even fix the whole job because it was too hard JEEZ I shouldve just done it myself!

They were very friendly from the beginning and took me out into the shop to personally show me what was wrong with my tires and why I needed them to be replaced before the winter season. I was in and out in 15 minutes! It was great service, I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely be going back there in the future.

I needed a used tire asap, called them up and they had the tire I needed (in almost brand new shape) at a great price out the door, showed up ten minutes later, was on my way back home in 15 minutes. Could not have asked for an easier experience, these guys are great.

Great service. Got my tires repaired there for $10.00 twice. They say they do oil changes for $25.00 and they will check other stuff while they do oil changes for free.

My mechanic told me I would need new tires before he could balance my tires. I went here and told them I would probably need new tires. They said they were a little low but didnt need to be replaced yet. They balanced my wheels for $20 and my car rides very smooth on the highway now.Ive also been here few times over the years. Great prices and they always had my tires in stock.Edit: Last visit was kinda disappointing. They didnt solve my problem, but it was complicated. Still 5/5 stars because they have done great work for my employers cars.

As the Owner of JRE I would never stick someone with tires that were not safe. I have all of my customers in a data base and upon seeing this review looked up the name. The fact is this customer was never at my shop and I did not receive a phone call, and I did not decline responsibility for tires that I sold. The only fact is that customer satisfaction is my #1 priority and everyone that comes here leaves happy. As far as the other reviews; I have only owned JRE for 5 months so they do not apply to the way I conduct business.

Very honest, fair, no B.S. auto repair shop. I have received multiple quotes from dealerships and competitors suggesting I need major repairs costing 1000s of dollars. These guys laughed and told me it was a $60 part and about an hour of labor. I refer everyone to them and refuse to bring my vehicle anywhere else. BEST shop in Oakland County PERIOD.

Huge shoutout to these guys for being lifesavers when I needed a tire change after a nasty run-in with a pothole this morning. Everywhere else was booked solid, but they got me right in and taken care of in about ten minutes, if that. The staff were super friendly and helpful, much-appreciated when I was incredibly stressed out!

Jason hooked me up for real I needed two special size tires ASAP mine had steel cords showing. Calling on a gut feeling he was able to get me in and swap at my tires the same day with in a hour at the best price I’ve ever seen I ended up with premium tires at a out the door price I could never argue with normally I don’t write reviews but damn they really amazed me. He let me see the tire which have about 70% tread left and normally cost $250 a piece for $100 out the door for two matching tires I definitely recommend them they don’t sell you bsJason thanks a lot man I told you I really appreciate it

Many years ago, I was a single mom. I went in with very bad tires all the way around. This company gave me 4 tires all the way around and cut me a huge deal when I didnt have money. They are a stand up company and Ill never forget them.

I took my car there for new (used) tires in the fall. They gave me a good deal, they were fast, and one of the guys even took a test drive with me to diagnose a noise. Then today I called and spoke with Jason, a very helpful and seemingly very knowledgeable mechanic who helped advise me on the cheapest and most practical way to approach my newest problem. He spent about 10 minutes of his valuable time answering all my questions knowing full well it was highly unlikely to directly result in a job for the shop. THAT, to me, epitomizes good service! In a business that lends itself to shady practices, this is EXACTLY how you establish trust!! Cudos, Jason and JRE!!

Bought a set of rims from the owner. Had damage and was missing center caps. After not coming to any resolution finally eBay paid to send the wheels back. Seller allowed so much time to elapse I can no longer get anything done through eBay or Paypal. The owner now has the rims I paid for along with the money and refuses to send me replacements. I now have to file multiple complaints in order to get anything done.Steer clear

Went to plug my tire for 20 mins. Came and said no hole just rust buildup. Sanded it down etc only charged 20. So I tipped an additional 20. Pulled up and got right in unlike everywhere else saying 2 hr wait time.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with JRE Tire. Ive gone to them for new tires, brakes, and the occasional oil change. They are honest and very knowledgeable!

I dont recommend this place. They broke my hub cap and tried to hide it, didnt apologize, then got mad at ME when I questioned them about it. All 3 guys were totally unprofessional. Plus the garage is dirty. They have couches and a game system and tv plus pots and pans and food items right next to the area they work on your car. It looks trashy.
