SAVIOR!!!! Mathew is our savior today. Came in here almost at closing time with a customer in store that he was already attending. Driving from Charlotte to DC on a trip, with a toddler in the car and the tire would start leaking!!! Yep, needed a miracle with so many constraints involved. Mathew, though was the only guy in the store, immediately agreed to my request and understood my concern for my family. He is changing the tires as I writing this now, post closing time. He is the guy!!

I called them after 5 because another shop had their tire guy leave for the day. I get it, Im in business. But the guy who answered the phone agreed to stay late for me. Even though my car is a rental and I know rentals negotiate the prices. His name was Mathew (give that man a raise). Excellent customer service. Im bringing back another tire job because of this. They have my tire business if nothing else because they made my day with this. They were joking, happy, and genuine people. Anyone in the community should definitely check them out. It took longer than normal only because he helped other people do their pickups as well. I see that as a plus.

When in for drivers side valve stem leaking .Striped 1 lug nut then told me that they couldn’t find one to match anywhere. So I drove 2 mile down the road to Fisher Auto Parts they had 5 matching lug nuts in stock . I put it on myself

These guys are awesome! Several weeks ago I was in a bit of a bind during one of the snow storms. One piece of equipment was stuck and my only option to get it out was a tractor with a flat tire. I drove around trying to find an open tire shop before pulling into Mr. Tire on a hope and a prayer that they could help me. Sure enough after hearing my situation and seeing that I was very frazzled Mike told me they would try their best to put my tire back on the rim for me even thought it wasn’t the kind of work they normally handled. Long story short they got the tire fixed for me and took excellent care of me. I can’t thank those guys enough for saving my butt. Truly great customer service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of tire repair.

I have been a long time customer of Mr. Tire and my fiancé and I have gotten several tire rotations, oil changes, and tire replacements from here. Recently I got my tire rotation and oil changed and had a delightful experience with the technicians and the assistant manager. They always take such good care of my Nissan and make recommendations in my best interest. For Christmas I bought my fiancé new tires for his Jeep and the experience was phenomenal. The assistant manager recommended a spectacular tire brand that currently had a rebate special for $300 and saved me hundreds! He assisted me in lifting and loading them into my car, and Mr. Tire will definitely be the tire shop we go to in order to have them put on the Jeep as well as where I get my next set of tires. Looking forward to being back and getting this superb customer service yet again.

You wanna talk about a friendly and knowledgeable crew? This place has it. Matthew was super friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted a specific tire for my vehicle and they were able to order it for me and install it quickly and cleanly. The crew also noticed I was close to an oil change interval and offered to change it for me for a very competitive price. Very friendly. I came here because one of the employees at Walmart had a bad attitude as if I was bothering him asking to get a tire where they sold tires (it wasnt Jay, Jay was awesome). I had stopped using this location when the business was under a different name due to not having the best service experience. They are close to my home and I needed a vehicle inspection so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately for me my vehicle did not pass the inspection. They called and let me know why it had failed. They said if I dropped it off they would reinspect it the next day.It was around 230 in the afternoon when i picked it up parts in hand and went home to replace the defective parts. I took the vehicle back around 350 the same afternoon and they took it right in to check the parts had been replaced. I never had service this good during the years I had been here under the other businesss name. I had family that also left for the same reasons and will be telling them to give them another chance!

My review is they are on time and quick to responding to servicing work order even on a Friday. And friendly environment even through covid.

Mr Tire in Madison Heights Va, is very well managed. My first visit was right over two years ago and is when I first shook hands with a man named Scott. He always asks clearly what the customers needs are. Since that time, I have continued to go there for new tires, brake work and my yearly auto inspections, and strut/shock installation. Their prices are competitive and in todays time, that means much. Mike is another manager there that you may meet, so you can feel comfortable in having your vehicle(s) repaired. The mechanics have always done things correctly once, not having to do things twice. Final note: I drive 35 miles one way there.

After dealing with so many different auto service centers and many disappointments! I discovered the most professional auto service out there. Mr. Tire Service Center will be the go to for all my vehicle needs from now on! When I walk through to door was greeted with so much hospitality. I had the absolute best experience ever at Mr. Tire Auto Center in Madison Heights. Jerry Miller and his team went above and beyond to accommodate me on very short notice and quoted me the lowest prices in the area. Jerry’s assistant, Matthew, drove me home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop during my repairs and I was able to run my other errands while my car was worked on. Scott and Mike did a wonderful job with installing new tires and tie rod ends and even took the time to explain all the repairs to me in detail. This team worked really well together to make my car safer for a wonderful price. I’d recommend them to all my family and friends!

Great service from people who care! I recently brought my car in because I got an oil change from Jiffy Lube a couple weeks prior and they neglected to replace three of the four screws to the housing that holds my air filter, and the air vents suddenly stopped blowing air while the AC was turned on. Although the issue with the air vents subsided the next day, I wanted to get my car checked out just to be sure there were no underlying issues. The folks at Mr. Tire replaced the missing screws and ran diagnostics on my cars computer to identify the root cause for the air vents not working.

Had to get my oil changed on a weekend and they were will to work with to get it in to be done and even got it done faster than expected! Would definitely recommend them.

Had a tire blow out while driving down the highway, managed to get the spare on and stopped at Mr. Tire in Madison Heights without an appointment around lunch time. They were very busy with existing clients, but was also very accommodating to me, and managed to get me back on the road quickly while continuing to service their existing clients. Would highly recommend service at Mr. Tire and I will be a returning customer!

Awesome service came in with a screwdriver in my tire they tried to repair it with a patch and plug with no success . Helped me find new tires for my car that of course had to be order because of the size 315/35r20 on my Camaro SS then didnt charge me nothing and even let me order them myself and have them shipped to them at EXTRA charge !!! AT NO CHARGE ! just have to pay for new ones to be put on and balanced when they get there ! Awesome tire shop best experience Ive ever had with a shop PERIOD !!
