The buying experience was fine. But I wouldn’t recommend purchasing the warranty. Service department is horrible and rude. Will do anything they can to get out of fixing what the warranty covers. Customer service and automotive knowledge is truly lacking in their service department.

My aunt was in need of a car, after working with other dealerships and them making promises on prices and not following through we almost gave up on getting a car in the Lynchburg area and was planning on driving out of town/state to find something. This place is amazing and the workers. We couldn’t get approval and they spent 2 days and got us such a amazing car we were not even expecting. Plus service work is cheap. Oil change on a 2017 car is 30 bucks so when you get a car for them they take care of you fixing it being honest and upfront and cheap. In virgina this is the place to go.

Wonderful experience! I got a car from them today (first one without needing parents help) and I am so happy! We arent exactly close, so they made sure to let us know the car we were interested in was still available last night, and had it ready for us when we arrived this morning. Justin (our salesperson) was great, and earned the nickname Dallas during our visit. He didnt push me on anything and answered all questions we had.
