More than enough of these vehicles break down before the 30 tags expire. Ask advantages tires how many they had in their shop. When you see a car broke down with 30 days tags it probably belongs to BEST BUY.

If I could rate them a zero I would!!! This car place is very bad when it comes to selling cars and helping their customers. I brought a car from them and it hasnt been 8 months yet and its been giving me problems from day one. I left off the parking lot and the engine light came on, then tires kept going flat, now the computer is gone in it. Took it back to them and it needed a new transmission in it. Went there for and oil change and end up getting rotters, brake pads done just because that receptionist didnt clarify what was getting done. Now Im out of a car due to it needs a computer put in. I have been calling since two Fridays ago to see if I can get a burner car until mines got fixed. It was told to me that something was wrong with engine and the mechanics were trying to fix it, nothing else was heard from them. I went there on 8/26 and spoke with Autum and brought to her attention that I only had that car for 7 months and its been giving me problems every since. I asked her about the coverage and she stated that they was trying to figure out whether or not if the alternator fried the computers system in the car or was the computer already bad in the car but then stated that it wouldnt be covered due to mileage. Should they already knew this if they inspected the car upon getting it? Cant no business be that hard for cash where they sell their customers a limited car. I know that used cars has wear and tear but if it to go in months time is wrong.

Sold me an Illegal truck 2 years ago!! Entire frame is rusted out with holes all through it! It will never pass inspection!!! Spoke with the body shop who did inspect it (illegally) & best bet had them weld plates on the frame to hold it together!!! They are straight no good thieves!

Make sure you thoroughly look over the vehicle you are interested in before buying even if you have to get it reinspected. Bought a 05 Cadillac CTS and had to do major repairs on the rear end within six months and still found more problems. I had to get a new vehicle from another dealer.

Read all reviews carefully and pay attention to to the real accounts with pictures not the Google users where the staff just created random accounts to give 5 star reviews. Do not buy a car from this dealer unless you want to pay for a fixer- upper. After 2 months the car needed the transmission fixed. The warranty always make you pay. The owner takes his time completing the application.

Don’t buy here! Sold me a lemon! Sold me a Jeep with a bad transmission that messed up from the beginning and tried to tell me thats how new cars act. The warranty company put a used one in the acts the same way that cost me $1,600 with 4,000 mile warranty on it. I paid $13,000 for the Jeep and found out it’s worth $4,500

This review is in reference to a friends experience that I witnessed first hand. Buying the vehicle didnt go too badly but what happened after was ridiculous! His car began to make a terrible sound so he contacted them, since it had a warranty on it, and he was told to go to the Madison Heights location where the owner and shop are located. They checked out the issue and found what they believed it to be and set him up with a local mechanic. The process of getting his car repaired took 3 WEEKS meaning he had NO car to get to work or to transport his child. They made NO Offer to give him a loaner even though the repair was under warranty. They screwed up the warranty paper work which he found out form the mechanic, not Best Bet. Took forever to get that straight which meant they went to another warranty company .. and SURPRISE they messed up the paper work AGAIN !!!! they made NO effort to assist my friend at all. If the wonderful Mechanic had not kept him in the loop he would have KNOWN nothing and never had this resolved. He was promised over and over again the owner Sajal would call him AND HE NEVER DID! Also in the mean time he finds out they never submitted his paper work to the DMV to transfer his tags on his vehicle. He again had to take care of this himself. If you are looking for a place that will not care one bit about you once they have your money then this is your place. They do no keep promises at all and they do nothing to help their customers. OH and one more thing on more then one occasion he heard the owner fussing and complaining in the back ground of his calls about his situation. So lets add very UNPROFESSIONAL to the list. I will never send anyone to this business.

The gentleman was pretty friendly. It was clean and organized in there. They helped my wife get into a vehicle in a pinch. The only thing I didnt care for was they send someone with you on a test drive and they tell you what route to take. You cant really get over 50 without worrying about getting pulled over and a ticket.

Be careful!!! Make sure you have the vehicle checked before you buy. Friend bought a jeep and the vehicle was a water damaged vehicle and the airbags had been deployed. Also has corrosion all throughout the motor and the undercarriage...buyer beware
