Corporate needs to run this place better. Yesterday, today and tomorrow theyre drive thru only. There is a line going out the parking lot. If you only have one window open(the drive thru) it is not possible to do the work of having 3 open(two inside, and the one drive thru). Meanwhile they have been hiring for a pharmacy tech(for over a month). This implies theyre short handed. If corporate were to offer a competitive wage and an ideal work environment perhaps theyd be able to retain staff.My guess is theyre short handed and cant cover things like vacations or training. So, they reduce service instead. If they were to add staff and or increase their operational capacity, theyd be able to do more business, and give better service to the customers they have now, but they probably wont.Also, there is now a sign on the main door that the Pharmacy is now only 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. again this presents the idea that they cant retain staff and so on. Less staff, less hours of service and so on. Corporate, get your act together. If youre winning over CVSs customers, that is an increase in business, which means you need more staff.

A 2 hour plus wait for meds is unacceptable (after 3 days of trying to get them and being told they weren’t ready despite texts that they were) if you have prescriptions here, I highly recommend you change stores.

If they would fix their leaky roof they would be more likely to hire people into their pharmacy. Walgreens should be embarrassed.

Pharmacy is under staffed and way too slow. HORRIBLE SERVICE PHONES DONT WORK AT ALL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My wife had a vaccination appointment for 230 on oct 16 2021. We showed up on time and waited in line for a half an hour before we could even check-in. The manager on duty refused to help ring people up in pharmacy and claimed that she wasnt able to do that. I worked at Walgreens for a number of years. And the MOD is allowed to ring people up in the pharmacy. When I confronted her about this she just went back and hid in the office. Why are there vaccination appointment if you cant even check-in on time? Why is the manager refusing to help ring up customers? There was 5 people working in the store at the time that I could see.

Probably the worst pharmacy Ive ever been too. I have no choice but to fill my script somewhere else. Always something: my doctor sends in a script and they dont fill it even tho im coming in days later and then I have to wait. Right now its 4pm on a Thursday and I just got put on hold for a meal break after being on hold for an hour and a half already. Meal breaks are at 2:30!!! I have to complain to corporate!!

I had a script called in on Tuesday at 12:30, I called them at 1:30 they said it would be ready by 6:00, I called at 6 and they said tomorrow (Wednesday) at 3:00. I called on Wednesday at 5:30 - 2 hours and 30 minutes past the time they said and now it is supposed to be today (Thursday) at 11:00, i called at 11 and they said within the hour, I showed up at 12:38 (38 minutes past the time given) and it was not ready… I finally got it at 12:45. This is ridiculous to wait 3 days for a script. I don’t think I’ll be refilling here again.

If you can go anywhere else go there... I called to make sure they had my medication in stock they said they did my doctor called to make sure they had it they said they did they got the prescription and said it would take 4.5 hours to fill 4.5 hours later they said they didnt have the medication and there was nothing they could do no apology just what do you want to wait till tomorrow or call your doctor after I expressed my concern the girl simply repeated her self what do you want to do.. its no wonder they only have 2.9 stars on here

I called in to have a prescription transferred over. They asked if I needed it today--I said Im not going to die or anything, but shouldnt miss doses. They said that they would fill it as soon as possible and that I would be texted when it was filled. I called back 24hrs later as I had heard nothing; they had not called the pharmacy that they said they would and had not begun to work on the process.This was a 7-day emergency med fill as I was stuck out of town without medication.

They have the WORST pharmacy serivce. also I dont Know why they have phones since they dont answer them.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! It ALWAYS takes hours for prescriptions to be filled. Nothing worse than having your child sick needing meds and it takes hours to get it.

Very rude. Appear very short and frustrated. Had to at one point remind a staff member how to do there job. I expressed how dissatisfied I was with them and one of the representatives just said, “Ok.”

I have been a patron of this Walgreens since 2006 when I moved to Madison Heights at first I had concerns with a lady who was wearing way too much perfume it is a pharmacy where people come in with allergies I am allergic to Cologne, I made a statement to the store manager and it was rectified immediately! recently Ive been going in there and most of your store employees are extremely rude you have a lady named Mary who is constantly and forever complaining about other people she has yelled at me to stay six feet away from my own daughter who I live with! Today I went in there and yes, I did not have my drivers license however the young lady JaNisha told me too bad that I couldnt buy my cigarettes- theres a kinder way to speak to your patrons, again: Ive been a patron of yours since 2006 Im not accustomed to being treated poorly when I walk in there and Im paying my money she didnt have her mask on properly it was hanging down below her nose yes she just came in from outside it is extremely dissatisfying to live in a community or so many people are so kind and giving around here that I walk into the store where I feel comfortable shopping at now mind you I am not a person who can go into Target because of the crowds, I cant go into Kroger because of the crowds I have issues yes so I come there and I pick up groceries that I need I probably spend seven or eight hundred dollars in your store a month and thats not including my granddaughters prescriptions that I get filled there so to get treated with total disrespect! when I was walking out of your store she was still yelling at me! and for her to stand there and yell at me as Im walking out? yes I engaged in yelling with her Ive known Herb, for pretty much as long as Ive been coming there, you have a lot of turnover as far as employees you should be very thankful that you have some that have been dedicated to you because as of now I believe that I will stay away from Walgreens I wont spend my money in that particular store anymore Walgreens May occasionally get my money and another store but that particular store on 11 Mile and John R is null and void in our home from this day forward, when you swear at a customer and you start that initiation and the type of person that matches energies you treat me kind and I got more respect for you than youll ever have! You treat me bad and I got more ghetto in me than anybodys ever had! Its just the way it goes! So sad that you guys have gone downhill so far-Sincerely,I gave you one star because its the only way that I could give a comment but from this day forward you get less than a star I promise sad, very sad!

You need to change your business hours of operation if you since you dont actually let customers in before the actual close time

Went to pick up and The lady over there just want somehow to fight with! me, very rude and had a terrible attitude unprofessional talking, It’s across the street from me used to buy from it a lot but will never buy again, because of those employees I’m telling Walgreens that I will shop from CVS from now on

We came in the store to see if we could do a fedex shipping. Whoever the lady is at the photo print section and on the register were rude. Not only was she eating and unbothered about us being at the counter she had her mask halfway up leaving her nose exposed during a PANDEMIC.Super disappointed it looked like a nice store. They hire anyone nowadays I guess🤷‍♀️..

This is my go to store to get my prescriptions. Drew the pharmacist is top notch and the one reason why I continue to come here! He takes great care of his customers & always with a smile on his face! Definitely recommend this Walgreens pharmacy!! Thank you Drew! 😊

Highly displeased with their pharmacy. The short version is that I had dropped off two scripts at the pharmacy and the pharmacist got into an argument with my Dr. because he refused to fill the scripts. The pharmacists opinion was that I should not be taking what I was prescribed and argued that I should be on something else. I did not go as far as looking into the laws of a pharmacists say in filling scripts, but that is something that my Dr. prescribed me and has been working for me. It is none of the pharmacists business (as my Dr. told them) what I am prescribed, just fill the script. Extremely inconvenient.

All the photos I ordered were missing parts of the photos. Like they zoomed in on random spots.

I dropped off three prescriptions to be transferred and filled Monday. It was around lunchtime and I was told I could pick them up later that evening.When I stopped back later around 7 I was told that they hadnt phone for the transfer before the other Pharmacy had closed and that Id need to return tomorrow. So tomorrow came and I returned again around 7. After having me stand around about 10 minutes while they talked to each other, I was told that the person never made the call in the morning so my prescriptions werent ready, again...I asked them why nobody bothered to make the phone call at any other. Of the day!!! I was told, sorry sir it just happens. They then told me to come back the next day and they would have them filled. After venting my frustration towards them I walked out. After cooling off a couple hours I phoned them back and told them to not bother as Im sure I could find somebody much more convenient for me who would be willing to actually pick up their phone and do the job theyre paid for.Im never going to step foot inside this particular location again. They placed my life at risk buy nut filling one of my particular medicines thats taken to prevent seizures. Theyre not deserving of staying in business and I encourage others to avoid them!!!

Drew the pharmacist is very rude and over stepping the medical bounds by demanding patient information. I would never recommend anyone to use their pharmacy again.

This is based on my experience with the Photo Dept. 1. 3/25/19: dropped off two weeks of film to be converted to DVD (thumb drive was not an option); 2. 4.17.19: called to inquire; told it wasnt back yet and would get a call when it arrived ; 3) 5/6/19: I called and was told it was never shipped out; 4) went to the store to retrieve my reels and the box was there....and had been since April 18!!!! This is completely unacceptable! I will never use them again!

Not sure who the elderly black woman is that is working the front register but she needs fired immediately..... i watched her be extremely rude to two customers before me then proceeded to be condescending and rude to me about a process im all too familiar with being i worked for this company for 2 years in that exact same position..... absolutely disgraceful to a company i thought prided themselves on customer service.... if that was my store i would have been fired on the spot....

The pharmacy does not prioritize customer service. Give yourself a good 30 minutes if you are picking up a prescription. Even if it’s called in ahead of time and you’re going through the drive thru.

The pharmacy here is a joke. They can’t get it together. I am always so disgusted every time I go there. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS across the street! I wouldn’t even give it a one star but I had to in order to review and post.

Giving 1 star is generous! Took my friend to pick up his prescriptions. Kyra was the girl who started to help us but she was VERY RUDE and didnt seem to know what she was even doing. She came from behind the counter while telling us what was going on but didnt stop to actually talk she continued walking down an aisle with her back to us. My friend is hard of hearing to begin with so had he gone alone he wouldnt have known what the problem was. Then we went to get clarification of the problem from Mr Drew the pharmacist. Drew proceeded to ask my friend what he being treated for right out in the open. Then told my friend he was calling his Dr to discuss his treatment with him. Drew if you wanted to be a Dr you shouldve went to school for that instead of a pharmaceutical. You broke HIPPA laws and questioned a Drs experience and education! My friend has a relationship with his DR he just moved to the area and was looking for a close pharmacy. Way to make a first impression great! Like Kyra said my friend has 9 monthly scripts there 1 of which is $800 but he will not be coming back. I wonder how many other customers have left for the same reason and poor customer service!!!

Pharmacy is extremely slow. I cant remember the name of the pharmacist or one employee I dealt with but they were extremely rude and tried to refuse me to put Rx discount codes in for prescriptions I was filling for my father in law, finally after telling them another employee had done it before the lady they agreed. Not without laughing in my face and continuously speaking another language in front if me and my husband for the 30 minutes we were there. I only give 3 stars because the one Pharmacy tech Kyra. Kyra is the most polite, understanding employee there. She is the only reason I go back and deal with her exclusively. They need more employees like her.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff for most employees. Pharmacist are great. the service is always professional and understanding, and very accommodating when possible.

Istabrak the pharmacist was extremely polite and very good with flu shots. No pain. See him.

Hit or miss with the pharmacy staff. I understand that job can be pretty frustrating at times but the woman, who wasnt even helping me, was very rude and had a terrible attitude. Ive used this pharmacy location before but not very friendly, helpful or polite. The store itself is clean but the staff also seemed disorganized.

The wait in the drive thru for the pharmacy is beyond slow. By the time you wait in line and get seen youre already better and dont need the meds anymore!

Pharmacy is a laughable mess. Can never get my medications on time and they are pretty basic scripts. Issue most likely stems from incompetent management.

The pharmacy sucks anymore. I always have to wait for my scripts, I have been coming here for close to 15 years. The new staff is terrible, the pharmacy went down hill when Donna and Tammy got moved. Thinking about transferring to a different Walgreens.

Every month they give me problems getting my same script last month took them 4 days past my script date so I had to go through pain because they cant do there jab correctly
