This store is a joke and they are so sneaky. Don’t shop here it may say no refund on receipt but they don’t hand those out without requests and when you leaving the store their policy is only shown above the front doorknob very hard to read print and it has no real visible view their con artists tried to still keep my money even though they didn’t have a good stock

This store has an amazing selection of wigs and hair care products.the only reason I didnt give them a higher rating was that that wasnt what I was there for.They were also unable to help me figure out if they had what I was looking for.

Ive been shopping here for FOUR YEARS. today I returned a unit that I purchased, but NEVER WORE. When I opened it I realized it was too light, so I brought it back unused. The bill of sale says returns accepted for amount of purchase. However they REFUSED to accept the unit. I WILL NEVER shop here again. They take our money, and our business, yet treat us disrespectfully..SHUT IT DOWN.

Nice variety of hair products at reasonable prices.

The man and lady who were working were both very helpful and were also very nice & personable. I dont know much about extensions and the lady was very helpful and gave me a lot of info on how to and helped me pick out the right tools and products. Prices were fair- definitely cheaper than Sallys but average or slightly more than some other beauty supply stores I have been to depending on the product. The store is organized and clean. On my way out, I dropped my wallet & was about to drive away but the guy caught me in the parking lot and gave it back to me (thank you!). Ill be back for any of my beauty supply needs.

Ive been coming to this store since they opened in madison heights down the street on john r been a rewards member as well with the same number. Ive gotten about 8 of the $20 rewards. Tell them I didnt use the $20 i earned on it guy starts saying he remembers when I did Im asking when keep in mind I havent been to the store in over 3 months and the last time I was i had 19.70 30cents away from my $20. He catches an attitude and walks away because he says he isnt the only one that messes with the machine so it messes up and he cant do anything about it. The lady at the counter was nice and tried to fix it but he did nothing. Guy with the man bun. Go to the beauty supply store in the mall at least they are helpful.

Small little nice beauty supply. The guys that work here are funny, helpful, friendly, and very informative. Its rare to find sellers who actually know about their products and their customers. Most are just in it for the money, but these guys know their stuff, and if not they find out and learn. Love them! They also have a mad, crazy, huge supply of Shea Moisture products. I always hear someone not finding that one particular item... They just might have it here.

I love this place. They usually have what I want and the staff has always been helpful.

They have everything you need. I bought shears for my hair and I needed faux goddess locs and she showed me where everything was and gave me recommendations as well. I love this beauty supply and it beats now having to drive to the inner city just to go to a beauty supply.

They have some good stuff but the selection is not that big; and the customer service is satisfactory.
