They came and put my roof on 5 years ago. I have had them out 3 times. Had to redo my whole upstairs cause of the leaking roof Now it is leaking again. It takes forever to get through to them.So you said i have not called and lefr messages. So why did Eric the General manager have to come out 2 times. Also Kurt has been out 2 times. I can prove to all I contacted you guys and i have tons of photos and invoices from all that came out. So to be a good company do not say people lies like you did out post under this. I can put pictures and evidence on the site. As a company it is about respect.
I needed a couple of new windows put in after having my kitchen renovated. YES Home Services did a terrific job. From Jay the salesmen to the gentleman that came out to measure and especially the crew that came out to install this past Wednesday. Everyone was very friendly, personable and professional. The install crew was very careful with putting the windows in considering it was a brand new kitchen. I hope to use YES Home Services in the future. Thank you to everyone involved in the process, I very much recommend them for your home improvement needs.
Yes Home Services did Insulation job . Crew was knowledgeable. Willing to assist when ever we need something . Willing to interact in a very positive and constructive way. Work was completed professionally with a high amount of efficiency. When we had the carbon monoxide issue they understood the seriousness of the situation and reacted appropriately. They were concerned about the quality of the job and completion in a timely manner. I was especially pleased in their willingness to help clean the area upon exiting.They make sure that all was handled safely.
The entire office staff and sales force of this company lacks professionalism and basic business standards. The wait is long, communicating and scheduling the company is beyond frustrating and inconvenient. They tried to authorize a payment on my debit card the had on file for a deposit without consulting me and ended up over charging me. Save yourself, just don’t do it. Yes Windows should be out of business. Let’s make it happen.

I had some siding done by Yes! And Im extremely satisfied. The salesmen Alex who initially came to do the estimate was beyond remarkable. Initially we were told the project would take 4 days but it was done in only 2 days. Very happy with the service and quality of work from their contractor. I would suggest that with whatever company you decide to go through read the contract and information you are signing thoroughly to make sure it meets the services you are requesting. Have a list of questions to ask during estimate. This should help alleviate any issues when attempting to get a project done with any company.
We contracted with Yes Home Services in 2018 to have our gutters replaced and gutter guards installed as we are senior citizens and no longer felt safe climbing to clean our gutters. We were told by the sales person that what we were purchasing were maintenance free gutter guards and we would get a free inspection once a year after purchase.The gutters and guards were installed by a man named Mike and it looked as if he did a good job on the installation. However when I called to get an inspection, I could never get anyone to answer the phone. I left numerous messages and eventually just forgot about the inspection. Then in late 2019 our gutters began to back up and there was a lot of debris in them. I again contacted Yes Home Services and again had to leave numerous messages. I started keeping track of my phone calls on June9, 2020 because I felt that if I did not get any answers, I would at least have proof of my calls. Finally after leaving a message threatening to leave a bad review, I received a call on June 13, 2020. They explained that due to Covid, they were behind and unable to do all their work. I did understand and asked why my gutters were backing up. The lady on the phone explained that we didnt purchase maintenance free gutters, but that we just had guards up and that leaves and debris would accumulate and we would have to continue to climb up and clean the gutters. I asked her why would senior citizens pay money to have gutters and guards installed that gave them no better than what they already had. She seemed sympathetic and explained that she would have the installer contact me about getting the gutters inspected. This man, Mike did call us, but only after I made at least 2 more calls to Yes Home Services wondering why I had not heard from him. Mike told me that he was very busy, but would be out within the week to do our inspection. He also explained that we had not purchased what we thought, but that our gutters would continue to block up if we did not climb up and clean them. By this time, my husband, who suffers with early dementia, had already climbed and cleaned out the gutters. We never saw Mike nor heard from him again.So, there were at least 4 more calls to Yes Home Services and again I had to leave messages. Once, in mid 2020 a lady called me from there wanting to know if we wanted to have the gutters we had an estimate on installed. I explained to her that we had installed them and that the company was not standing behind their product or warranty. She explained to me that she was just a person making sales calls for the company, but that she would make sure someone contacted me within the next few days. That was close to a year ago now. I have made numerous calls to this company and again leave messages but never get any phone calls.We are truly sorry that we ever contracted with this company. With the cold and snow these last few days, our gutters are backed up and ice dams have formed. Hopefully we wont have any damage from all of this.All we wanted was to have maintenance free gutters (which we were lied to from the salesperson) and our yearly inspections. If I had it to do over again, I would never have hired them and now after almost 2 years of trying to get answers, I feel that I have no recourse but to make a bad review. This is something I tried very hard not to do, but I dont want any other person and especially someone on a fixed income to have to go through what we have gone through. Now we will have to hire another company to reinstall what we thought we were getting and end up paying double what we would have paid in the first place.
So thankful that I found Yes to fix just a few of the messes that my previous Home improvement had left with my home refurbish. After too many bad experiences with other company, what a pleasant surprise to finally find a company with integrity. They were efficient, courteous, prompt and professional. My only regret is not having found them sooner to do my home remodel. Quality work and customer satisfaction matter to this company. And I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you guys for getting my home ready for closing.
YES (Your Energy Solutions) did a fantastic job on my home repair. I contacted Hire It Done and YES was one of three companies to respond. My roof was redone about five years ago and all of a sudden I was getting a leak in the family room. The company that did the roof would not even return my phone calls, but YES really came through. Gave me a fair price to fix the roof that wasn’t done right in the first place, and even came back to fix the family room ceiling where there was a hole from the leak. I highly recommend, as they were very professional as well!

Had vinyl siding and gutters replaced in summer of 2019. The gutters are leaking. I called to have them come back out to honor their warranty months ago and as of yet no one has came back out to honor the work. They sold us on the warranty but what good is the warranty if they won’t show up! Great salesmen but terrible follow through. Please contact Emmett Lindsay to honor your service. Thank you
A salesmen for Yes quoted my house back in the late summer of last year. He was very clear with what I was getting and how the process works. I purchased a patio doorwall and small kitchen window. I wanted to see how the workmanship was and how these windows improve our home heating bill during the winter. I have no issue with the quality of the window or the installation of the windows. I can tell you that I will never be using Yes for anything ever and if anyone is reading this please read on before you give your money to this company.....When my salesmen was quoting my house he was very adamant that I would NOT need to use a hockey stick to lock my new sliding patio doorwall anymore and he showed me pictures of what it would look like. I was happy to hear that additional hardware feature when my windows get installed.After installation was completed during that first week of December of 2020 I noticed that my kick lock was never put in. I called Yes immediately and they had the installer call me. The installer called me that same day and said he will find that piece for me and call me when he can swing by and out it in.-A full month went by, I never received a call.-I called Yes in January 2021 and left a Voicemail, no returned call.-I called Yes and my sales rep back in mid February and left voicemails on both lines, no returned call.-I have now called Yes March 1st, 2nd, 3rd and again today (4th). No answer and no returned call.I do not know why they are not returning my calls.I must say that I am very disappointed.I will be leaving a review on all of their social media pages to make everyone aware.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
I had been contacting a few different home Improvement company and asked some of my friends. So my friend Laura recommend me Yes Home Services called them and told them I need to replace my roof. In short they were the only ones that said they would be out in the next day. We had hail and wind damage from the storm. The manager Stephanie was very helpful for all what we need. Yes did a very good job we have no problem from the beginning of the project till finished .Looking forward to hire them again for my next project !!!
This is one company I would recommend to anyone doing a home Improvement project. I contacted them for a renovation job after a strong wind destroyed part of my roof. They finished it earlier then the deadline they had given to us, and the quality of their work was so fantastic deserves a 5-star!👍👍

I hired Yes Home Services to redo our 1970 s bathroom. Marc and Stephanie was my project manager and they made the process as easy and smooth as possible. The crew did the work fast, and even with some hiccups in the process, I felt like it was easy. They pull all permits so no worries about unpermitted work screwing you in the future.I will be using these guys again when Im ready for some more renovation work, as Im confident that finding better is near impossible.Highly recommend Yes !

She worked with me several times because I had to change my install date. She was so kind and even made me feel better with all I had going on. A friend of mine had there roof done by Yes.And recommend them to us.So I called and set up an appointment .The salesman was very nice and professional .We were so impressed, we signed a contract to do our siding .It took a couples of weeks to start our job.But we did meet the crew that was going to do our house when they measured, they did a wonderful job we were very happy .We also recommend them to our friends.

We wanted to get a quote from YES for replacement roof and windows. YES wants both spouses to be home for a quote which is difficult with our schedule but we found a day that works. We were told it would take 30 mins -1 hour max depending on how many questions we had and we scheduled our appointment a week in advance. Our appointment was scheduled for 3pm and we sat around waiting for Jeff ( I think that was his name) to arrive. At 3:20 we got a call/voicemail saying that he was running a few minutes behind due to traffic and would be there in 30 mins ... I think that’s more than a few mins behind but we were okay with that as we didn’t want to tie up yet another day of getting quotes. The new estimated time of arrival of 3:50 pm came and went, YES was still a no show. 4:00pm came and went. I had somewhere to be at 4:30 so I ended up leaving. YES finally showed up at 4:10pm. He told my husband he would measure then sit down with us to go over it. My husband informed him I was no longer here and he looked at his watch, acknowledged that it was his bad and said he would email the quote to us. Well we are waiting once again, as that was over a week ago and we never got the quote emailed or any type of follow up call. YES was a total disappointment and waste of time.
Kind of got a quote on fascia and gutters. The guy who gave me the total looked mad when I mentioned another company was almost $2,000 cheaper then what he was quoting. He just picked up all his stuff and left. Never gave me quote, never explained why his was more. He wasnt mean, just literally picked everything up and left.
I am so very disappointed in the service that I have experienced with this company. I should have followed my instinct and never engaged in any interactions with this company. My sister used this company for a door wall installation and informed me that the service and employees were less than sub-standard. From the initial contact there were red flags to disengage with anyone involved with this company. This company should be called NO, Don’t GO!First of all, the salesman that presented to our home on May 2020 was unprofessional, has a horrible dry sense of humor and inappropriate to say the least. He made inquiries of us applying for credit to have windows installed. We told him that we would rather not because we don’t want to acquire debt because we are debt free. He questioned it and said well I even have a house payment. As to imply how we could be debt free. He then went on to ask about our credit score. When we told him we gave good credit he asked “well, do you really have good credit or are you just saying that”? We were appalled by his boldness and disrespectfulness. He continued to make comments about our copper gutters, which he stated were “not real” in his opinion. We still were in shock by his comments and feedback. After receiving the quote for windows and a replacement door wall we decided just to get the door due to the price that was presented. My sister had informed me that if you can get past the rude, unprofessionalism, you will be satisfied with the door. Unfortunately, this situation continued to spiral north.After the door was ordered, we were told that installation would be quick due to the COVID-19 situation. Insulation was set up for three weeks later. During that time they had a second measurement for the doorwall. A male Named Mark came out to do the second measurement and set us up for an Insta which he canceled three times. The first time that he canceled, he told me that the “guys truck broke down and I don’t know when I can get it installed but I’ll call you back next week” and hung up. The second time he cancelled he said “well I didn’t want to call you and tell you that the truck was still broken and sound stupid, so I figured I just wait until I knew the guys truck was fixed”. So, Mark calls back the 3rd time to schedule the door for Friday June 26, 2020 between 9:30-10:30 am to install the door. I asked is There was a more specific time then he could give me so I could be there when they arrived. He told me well the guy has come from his house and drive all the way to my house so I’m not sure it might be 9:30, 10:30 or 11 o’clock Because there’s traffic. This was absurd to me! If you have an appointment you leave out in enough time to arrive at the appointment. Unfortunately on June 26 they never arrived for the appointment at all. I called the installer, Mark at 11:08 on June 26, 2020 and inquired to when they would arrive to install the door. He very sarcastically, informed me that “I called you at 10 pm last night and told you I would not be coming today and that my guy worked late last night. I informed him that he Did not call me, or leave a message on my phone. He did put the phone down and a young lady answered the phone and said I called a 210 number. I informed him and her that this was not my phone number, and all of our communication has always been on my 247 phone number. Mark continued to challenge me and tell me that he was t going to do anything and I can just have my money back and hung up on me. I called him back and told him that this was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I informed him that I wanted my money back today.This is the most horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful, encounter that I have ever experienced with a vendor, small company in my life. I would strongly advise against anyone doing business with this company. I don’t care how good of a deal you think you may want, customer satisfaction weighs more heavily. You pay for what you get. And in this case it was absolutely nothing!
Yes home services did our kitchen, fantastic job . All the employees were great to work with, from the salesman to the installers and office staff. We are planning another renovation to which we will reach out Yes again .
Awful estimate experience. Sexist nonsense about not being able to provide me an estimate without my husband home. The boss called it off whole the tech was literally standing on my porch. Please dont support this mysogineist company. Id give zero stars if I could. Also beware, I called Home Advisor to complain and they told me this company was terminated from their site and NOT a Home Advisor supplier anymore.
Ive only been in this country for two yrs .I didnt know anybody to fix my home up. I got lucky when I reach out to Yes .I needed a new roof and after shopping around with other company i decided to go with Yes . They gave me a great price and warranty .Now that I have seen there work I will be getting new windows as well .I highly recommend !

This company goes out of there way to constantly harrass everyday people with there cold-calls. Why call people who didnt ask for your services? Then when I get mad because this is the 10th time in 48 hours theyve called me, they have the audacity to say they dont want to talk to ME anymore! I never ask to be spoken to in the first place about home improvements! Asking to be put on the do not call list does nothing... This company is unprofessional and intrusive!! If you havent done so yet please file a complaint with the BBB!
They redid my roof and its amazing it looks so good they were so professional the people I talked to on the phone were so nice they understood all of my questions and I answered them for me they got the roof done and a very reasonable time they worked with my work schedule and my husbands work schedule would 100% recommend them to anybody

I have a few friends in politics in Michigan so Ill see if we an get something done.These people use auto-dialers to call and sell their services which is illegal. Ill be reaching out to the State of Michigan to determine the best way to report this.
We recently had 3 different quotes . Some was very high and one lower .We went with Yes Home Services .We needed a roof and siding it was done in just 2 weeks .I will definitely recommend them .Next job to be done is our kitchen.I will definitely be using them .

I do not know about the quality of work or cost but do feel strange that they cold called me and said that they received my number from a friend or family member but could not give the name of the person who provided my number. I did, although, schedule a measurement because the sales folks assured me that they install style of siding i wanted - Shiplap. When the measurement/salesperson came out, he said hes didnt know what shiplap siding was and showed my wife a different style siding. I was running late and only my wife met the salesman. He left shortly after arriving because Yes policy is for both spouses to be present.

So bad. Advice - Never hire a company that cold calls you. If they were that good they would not have to advertise so much. I hired this company, they never pulled a permit. They said they did metal roofs -- They didnt. They subcontracted work to people who did not know what they were doing, and almost ruined my house.When I went to sell my house a few years later, I found out that In the end, the work was never inspected. They tried to finish/fix, but because the work was shoddy and done wrong, it could not be fixed completely. So bad. I am certain they will say they try to rectify the situation, but truly do your homework because this company is just not good.To add insult to injury, after all was done (and I was still mad for a long time), they kept calling to say they had someone in the area to give me a quote on whatever. Each time, I said something to effect of, are you kidding me????? take me off your list!!! I cant believe you are still calling me! It took a while, but they no longer call. Ugh.Some of the positive reviews sound like they came from from a marketing brochure -- aka suspicious.The YES! people are aggressive marketers, so Im pretty sure there are SOME people who are happy, but any new customers, I ask you, why take the chance????UPDATE: LOOKING AT THE RESPONSE BELOW. I KNEW THERE WOULD BE AN ANSWER -- FINALLY SAW IT TODAY.I CALLED THE TOWNSHIP AND THEY SAID NO INSPECTION HAD EVER BEEN DONE. YOU COULD NEVER PROVE THERE WAS ONE. I SAW NO INSPECTION REPORT. YES, YOU TRIED TO RECTIFY (WHEN THE SHODDY WORKMANSHIP FINALLY WAS REVEALED WHEN I WAS GETTING THE HOUSE READY TO SELL VIA AN INSPECTION I ORDERED TO MAKE SURE THE HOUSE WAS IN GOOD SHAPE). BUT AFTER A WHILE YOU SAID YOU WERE NO LONGER GOING TO DO MORE WORK -- EVEN YOUR OWN INSURANCE WOULDNT COVER THE BAD WORK.SO, MORE LIES. AND YOU CAN SAY YOU LOOKED UP ALL THE PHONE RECORDS, BUT AGAIN, NOT TRUE. I GOT SO MANY CALLS AFTER THE HELLISH EXPERIENCE, I WAS SHOCKED THAT YOUR MARKETING DEPARTMENT DIDNT HAVE AN IDEA OF THE TROUBLE.PEOPLE, JUST DO YOUR HOMEWORK. LESSONS LEARNED ARE OFTEN EXPENSIVE. THE MATERIALS CAME IN WRONG, ROOF LEFT UNCOVERED FOR WEEKS UNTIL TARPS WERE LAID OVER THE ROOF. AFTER IT LITERALLY RAINED IN MY HOUSE, THEY FINALLY PUT UP SOME ASPHALT SHINGLES TO STEM THE WATER, I SPENT A LOT OF MY OWN MONEY RECTIFYING ALL THE DAMAGE. OH, BY THE WAY, I HAVE PICTURES OF THE WHOLE PROCESS. TERRIBLE.
The individual that gave me the estimate was fine but when I called back for a follow-up that customer service representative wasHorrible. He was so rude I cancelled and decided not to use them. He gave a bad impression for the company.

YES Home Improvement randomly called, I setup an appt. with them to inspect my garage roof for installation of a top layer roof only. I was required to make a $100 down payment, I requested a start date after Good Friday, Yes H.I. called after Easter and we agreed to make a date for installation on May 2nd, well they showed up at my house 4dys early, unannounced in unmarked beat up pickup trucks at 8am I would not let them in and called the office, got the recording, Yes called 30 seconds later, the guy tried to get me to allow the work I said no he began yelling at me about what was said, I told him no one is allowed at my home unannounced, and canceled the work. Cost me $100 to deal with an unprofessional and rude company. How could I trust them after that.

No one ever answers the phone and does not return your calls. We have had our siding on order for over a month and need to begin making payments on the financing but have no installation date and cannot get anyone to return our calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The house I bought had the roof done by this Company in 2015. In 2018 a leak coming from the roof happened. The roof has 20 years warranty but they did not honor it. When I call them they say they will call me back but that never happens.In the process of getting legal help to destroy them. This kind of companies take advantage of people.
Like many others, I was called randomly. I accepted to get a estimate for a furnace, I was in need of a furnace. Alex Hasan was the sales man, he came to my home 3-2018 saying whatever I wanted to hear (NO INTEGRITY) & broken promises. He begins telling me that he would have the ducts cleaned, the chimney cover lifted, and was very convincing. The gentleman came with the furnace, I asked him why he was installing a new furnace without cleaning the ducts, he proceeds to say that this and the chimney was the only jobs he was aware of, not to mention this gentleman was not young and Alex inconsiderably expected him to climb on my roof, that being said he wasnt able to get to the chimney. I contacted Alex right away asking him why the furnace was installed before cleaning the ducts, and to also let him know that the chimney wasnt resolved. I called him frequently, his famous line, I told the Co. and someone is going to be in trouble With fall around the corner, I got more persistent, I was not trying to turn my furnace on without Alex holding up to the promising words that were coming out of his mouth. I believe the Co. should be aware of his mouth overloading his A**. Disappointed is the appropriate word that sums his incompetence, as well as the integrity of the Co. The commission was made and he had no intention of resolving this issue. I contacted the Co. and Ill just say they set up a appt. for 10-17-2018 with Steven, this rating doesnt apply to him, Steven cleaned the main floor ducts, and the machine wasnt capable of doing the upper level of my home Steven was apologetic for the actions of the others.Im waiting for the Co. to show some appreciation and contact me to resolve this matter. Lets see were 10 days in and I havent heard from anyone. Words of advice. Research any company prior to any contracts being signed.WARNING BEWAREOF FAST TALKINGALEX.
Refused my business because my husband was not available to meet with the estimator. When I asked why he needed to be present I was told because hes the one who would handle any decision making during this process. I giggled at first because I thought she was joking then said, Umm, no, no were good. I can handle this. I am the one who worked closely with our GC when our home was built. I know everything there is to know about it so itll be fine if just I meet the estimator, really. She literally refused to set up an appointment with me! News flash ... Its 2017 Yes Home Services. Get with the times!
We recently getting 3 estimates for our roof.All 3 were very close in price .We decided to have Yes do our roof.I am so happy we did .I would highly recommend them.
No idea how they got my phone number, especially since Im on the DNT, but they just called to get me to let them do work and I politely declined and they kept pushing to try and get a sale. Learn to take no for an answer, especially when youre already soliciting.

I’m giving one star, only to warn others to say NO to Yes Home Services. Don’t do business with this company. I wish I would’ve read these other reviews about Yes Home Services prior, shame on me.Avoid at all co$ts - pun intended.

Work was good quality of material leaf guards was very bad, had windows replaced the replacements are sweting in the summer time, had a shower put in and it was to small for comfort.
3 years ago I had to call the police to get them off of my property after they failed to come out on the day of appointment. They came a week later like it was no big deal. I decided to cancel my appointment.They dropped all building material in front of my garage and I couldnt get out. I got into an argument with the management. Soon as I called the police, they drove off. I had to hire someone to remove the material from my driveway. I just an over all bad experience.
Terrible experience. The person that came out and gave me an estimate made my blood boil. After giving me his price I told them what other places have offered me, he done close his book shop and aggressively Manor and sad it looks like my work is done here. Not a good way to handle customer service
They keep calling me and many other people trying to get us a free estimate. WHY DO THEY HAVE MY UNLISTED NUMBER?! I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST! When they do call, they either dont say anything, or go into a long winded thing about their services. When you say no, they hang up.

Wish I would have read these reviews before hiring them... had insulation blown into my attic causing lighting to short circuit about 4 days later. $750 emergency electrical repairs resulted. Such a deal... now I am in the process of getting legal help!
Got a call from them out of the blue telling me they would be in my area and could give me a quote and when I told them I didn’t own a house he got pissed and hung up. 10/10 customer service.
