We drove all the way to this tractor supply from Bedford because the Bedford Tractor Supply didnt have what we needed and this one did!We love our Bedford Tractor Supply, but sometimes they sell out of things we need very fast so we have to take the drive and go to the store.Everyone is very nice and helpful here just like they are at ours.

I love this store. I only live a couple of miles away from it and it’s my go to for everything. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I visit this story at least once a month and always receive the best and most friendly service. Staff will carry heavy items to your car for you, if the line is long a manager will assist with a hand-held check out device, and if they do not have a product you are looking for, they will order it for you.

Horrible treatment Everytime I go in.

Tractor supply is a great chain. They have lots of product, excellent programs, (like chickens, in the store or by mail), and reasonable prices. This particular store always seems a little off to me. The plants outside are dried up on spring, the chicks areon the way, the manager actually asked me why I wasnt at home instead of buying at his store.... I think the staff needs to care a little more.

It s pretty easy to get help from an employee while youre shopping. Plus they also continuously have a large supply of useful discounted items on an isle on the far left wall of the store. And in the spring they also sell some baby chickens. And who doesnt love a little fluffy peeper. Though I wouldnt recommend the bantams they can be hard to round back up if you let them free range and they can also be really loud.

Extremely helpful customer service reps. Store is so nicely laid out so you can easily find what you are looking for. Prices are awesome too. Dont forget to look for their clearance deals when there. Definitely a place to go!

My mom and I have been trying to get a hold of them multiple times and nobody would answer they would let it ring and eventually hung up don’t recommend calling them for asking if they have anything.

I went in to buy a safe. I was informed they had 1 left but they had dropped it. I was assured there was no damage, so I went ahead and purchased. I inboxed it in the bed of my truck and saw a small dent/scrape on the top left. No big deal so my buddy and I went ahead and moved it into the house. Come to find out when I opened the door the top locking bolt is bent and it will not engage properly. Very disappointed.

The casher was nice she helped me do a layaway on a kayak. Will for sure do more business with that store

I like their selection but they shld adjust their prices. Everything is pretty expensive and Ive found the same its elsewhere for cheaper. I do appreciate that they sell clothing items and boots and such..just wish prices were better.

I stopped by here to get a pair of gloves. they had a decent selection in my size and I found a pair that was on sale so that was a bonus. The staff were super friendly and check-out was quick.

Was sold a safe told to bring trailer around back to load up then was told they don’t have it after I had paid and moved the truck and trailer around back. They didn’t seem to care either.

Went in to get some things for my new puppies and every question I had or needing help with anything they were all so kind to help.

The employees are very kind and welcoming. My only issue was chosing who to get to assist me when so many people were trying to help me. The variety of products is amazing and if they dont have an item they are willing to order it.

Im not a farmer. I cant tell the difference between baby ducks and baby chicks. I HATE camouflage and think it should be outlawed unless hunting. But this store is FUN! And CLEAN!!My kids like to ride on the mowers and love when the baby whatevers come in the spring.Their dog food is super cheap! Oh! And you can get, like, get medications, and treat the mangy cat that gets in the garbage! He must have circles around his eyes because he has worms...

I went to get a tire and rh we salesman tied me into a fully assembled wheel. Woohoo!Except when I tried to put it on the axle was a different size.

For the first time, I ordered what I needed via the Tractor Supply website which in this case was a roll of fencing, some t-stakes, a post to hang a gate, clips, staples & a lighter wire netting, & paid for it online the night before from the comfort of my home. I told them my store - the Madison Heights store & they said itd be ready the next day. Holy moly? It was! The whole order was together by the next morning. A REALLY pleasant young man put the stuff in my truck right after I showed my confirmation email on my phone & ID lickity split. It was funny cause Id planned on it taking forever & I had my elderly mom in the truck for a Dr appt I was taking her to, but it went so fast getting my order that we got to her appt an hour too early!Nothing in life usually goes so easy, fast & correct but this did. Ill be ordering all my farm store needs like this with you guys from now on. Yall rock!
