I called this particular location because it is close to where I will be moving. I have contacted a few other companies and my questions were not answered, and the customer service was extremely rude. When I called this location I spoke to Lindsey. Not only was this young lady able to answer all my questions, she also was more than happy to. When I say Fantastic customer service I mean it. If you need a storage unit, speak to Lindsey!!!

I absolutely loved working with June and Katelyn I came from 1800 self storage which I loved but they didnt have a size big enough to accommodate my business reluctantly I decided to try the Madison heights public storage. The girls were truly a joy. June worked very hard to earn my business which I could appreciate. They worked to get me a deal that made sense for my business and were personable which ultimately won me over. The facility is clean which is important to me and they have a large variety of unit sizes. So far Im happy with my choice and look forward to our business relationship.

I came in to get a quote for a small unit and was greeted with great customer service. Ryder was very excellent with explaining all the different units and prices. He had absolutely no problem breaking down everything to me and helped me pick out the perfect unit and insurance. I will most definitely be recommending this location and handsome employee. Great service from Joy. She walked me to 2 units to compare sizes, as I was not sure how big of a unit I needed. She made the whole process very easy.

They gave me a different new key, saying they had work cement work n front of my storage locker. No sign if any work, same old concrete. Upon opening my locker, things had been rummaged through and rearranged.Do not store any thing of value there!Its not private, theyll lo8k through your stuff after hours.

I switched to this storage company to get a larger storage unit circumstances over I think I was just trying to figure out a way to minimize amount of things I needed to store. They raise the rent every 6 months, Ive needed a stopper repair since Ive arrived and Ive just given up hope that it will happen its affordably priced and has a wide selection of units but I feel like there benefits stop there

I probably shouldnt include my opinion however I would like to say THANK YOU to the lady at the front desk at the 13 Mile Public Storage location. In the times we live people rarely remember we are human beings who might be going through stuff. My mother could only sit in the car and cry at how nice the lady was, and that means a lot. Our family is going through a very difficult time and we have to move due to the death of my father. We have had to sell the majority of our belongings to even stay afloat. Thank you to the manager for your kind words and just overall being a great human being.

Terri was great. She showed me everything I need, was very knowledgeable about the units and answered all my questions.

Security is good. When Public Storage took over from Michigan Storage they had the carpeting removed and the floors sanded. There was no notification to renters so that extra protection could be done. Everything is covered in thick dust. When I complained at the office I got a sorry and a shoulder shrug. I would think that if a payment notification is emailed that an email blast could have been done warning of the mess that was going to happen.
