SOLUTION: glass jar with shaker cover and cap.Stained shower curtain with pockets? Washed it in warm water and bleach. Still stained. FOUND THEM at BBB!Back brush short handle for small gym locker - BBB. Long handle for home - BBB.Keurig home, single serve Keurig for travel - BBB.Lingerie bags to hold cloth face masks in washing machine -BBB.❤❤❤❤❤BBB❤❤❤❤❤

Great place to find any household item you need

Went for what I thought was gonna be a quick pick up order.. first the website crashed so it said I could not check in online. I went into the store and had to wait 15 minutes behind 1 person because they put the exchange/return desk at the same desk as pick up, they also only had ONE person at the desk to assist. Disappointing.

My experience was fine until I got to the register. The cashier was snarky and her attitude left a lot to be desired. Whats ironic is I told someone else about my experience and they knew exactly which cashier I was referring to. A lesson in general customer service is needed.

Went in for pots and pans had questions and staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Check out was fast and easy.

Black Buyers BewareMy husband went to pick up our order from our wedding registry remaining items. He hasnt been in the store before and tried to exit the wrong way. The manager then followed him and demanded to see his receipt multiple times even though she was there when he picked it up from the help/pick up desk. I dont know how anyone could think he was stealing a PREPAID PICK UP order. This was a wedding gift we purchased for ourselves using gift money. This was our biggest purchase ever made as a couple.My husband was clearly profiled, and possibly racially profiled. He immediately returned the item (knife set) to get a refund. After getting married on Saturday, this was such an ugly thing to happen after such a happy weekend. We will never buy anything at this Bed Bath and Beyond again. And possibly never again.

Items in incorrect places, only 1 staff member available for assistance, and most of the stock that should be available after checking the website is not available in store. Waste of time to come here in person. Simply order online.

I love this store because of the broad range of products they carry for the home. Also, when purchasing items on a gift registry they let you wrap those items before leaving the store. The wrapping materials include everything from tissue paper to boxes or bags. Its really nice to leave the store ready to give your gift(s).

Someone suggested I try to find heavy forks there they are expensive but I found what I wanted

Love this store. It is awesome you can use multiple coupons. I find everything I need for home organization as well as all sorts of household items.

I just purchased a vacuum at the East BB&B. I was taken aback when the cashier was one step away from being openly hostile. No welcome, no thank you- not even a have a good day. This is the first time this has happened at the store, but itll be the last. With many stores to choose from, Id rather go somewhere Im treated with respect.

I was checking out and the clerk asked me if I found everything. I was looking for a shower curtain with pockets and didnt see any. He was so helpful in pointing them out. I had overlooked them. So, tongue in cheek, seeing the BB&B gift cards at checkout, I asked if they also had other gift cards. They have a pretty good variety.I love OXO kitchen tools and was looking for a creamer. OXO salad cruet is PERFECT! Plastic. Screw off top with a spout that seals.I always go to BB&B for unusual products. Next purchase: a lighted, possibly wall-mount, telescoping arm, make-up mirror.

Terrible store doesnt honor any deals that are CLEARLY LABELED. Manager didnt seem to care and go read the sign either.. Made some lazy excuses on some stuff is excluded. Sign CLEARLY STATES what is excluded. Go somewhere else

Great selection, reasonable prices! Whatever one beeds for the kitchen, bedroom or bath, it can be found here. The store is spotless, including the mens room. There is plenty of parking. Only the extremely slow checkout process was a big negative. Otherwise, a good experience.

So many helpful tools to make life a little easier. Staff always answer my questions and take me directly to the product in looking for. Customer service is also accommodating.

When it comes to things for the kitchen or bathroom, and even bedroom, for the most part, if they dont have it here, you either dont really want it, or you dont really need it. The wall of kitchen gadgets from Oxo Good Grips, all by itself, is worth the trip. You have no idea what all is there until youve looked over the selection. Customer service is great if you can grab a sales associate, but the store is really big. Parking has never been a problem for me, and the location is convenient.

Quick trip for 2 rugs.

My fiance and I recently registered for our wedding here. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They let us scan on our own for awhile and would poo in to see if we had questions along the way. They offered very helpful information on specific products and gave us helpful tips in what to register for in general. It was a very pleasant experience

Went on a Sunday in the afternoon and it was absolutely crazy in there. I went back to make a return in the middle of the week in the morning and it was by far less busy. All of the employees that I interacted with were awesome, friendly, and helpful.

The selection was sparse and left more to be desired. The staff seemed tired and uninterested. Not exactly rude but just over the place/job. The store was cluttered and not easy to navigate. Nothing super interesting or inspiring. I remember this chain used to be unique and fun. Now it is kind of dull.

Products are mostly unnecessary or unnecessarily ornate. Smells like artificial fragrance. I only go there to use a coupon for Sodastream refills.

Went to go use the coupon at checkout via the phone and the site would not return a bar code for the discount. The cashier told me to come back when it worked for an adjustment. Not good customer service.
