I can compare going back a return customer to being that of seeing family. They’re professional and quite good at what they do. I’m 22 and this is the 5th vehicle I have purchased at a dealership. They are also the third dealership I have bought from. By FAR is the best. They are honest and very helpful people. Memory is the best finance manger I have dealt with. She makes sure you understand everything you’re getting into. It’s hard to find people to trust at a dealership but you can when you arrive here. My next purchases will for sure be here! I dont think we were there two hours before we were riding home in a truck. Not only did they keep in contact prior to the truck I wanted arrived to the lot, they also called promptly once it arrived. No issue sale. Highly recommended.

I bought my Toyota on July 23,2021. Hunter was car salesman, and he was nice, professional and proficient. We discovered that the touchscreen was going out, they had someone call me in about 10 minutes to get it fixed next week at no cost to me. I will give another review regarding my touchscreen. This car buying experience was much less stressful and less confusing about all of the fees. I enjoyed my experience at CIA Autoplex. Absolutely no pressure for the sale and answered any question with a solid answer or by referring to someone with more experience in that area. Financing options were great with very low rates. We went in just looking and came out with an excellent vehicle for our family.

I purchased a vehicle AS/IS - No Warranty. About two weeks after purchase, the air conditioner compressor went out. I contacted the dealership, who directed me to their preferred repair shop. The compressor was replaced within one day at no charge to me. That is how you take care of customers!

They were both very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process, which did not take nearly as long as I expected, even though I live in a different state. Josh, Darien and young lady have been very cooperative. They granted me the out of door price and answered ALL of my questions without haggling. They were pretty light on the negotiation of document fees and base price but may be willing to negotiate more if one chooses financing with them. I would probably offer a 3.5 if it was available, however Im feeling generous.

I dont generally write reviews, but I have to say this. I was not able to get the vehicle I really liked from there and that was only because my financing institution does not finance for private dealerships. Otherwise the car on my driveway would definitely have had their decal on the back of it. These people are very honest and hustle free. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with them and never rushed to make a deal like I was anywhere else. They did everything possible to help me and not to just sell me a car. And when it did not work out they were still very nice and friendly. If youre in the market for a vehicle you must stop by this place, and trust me you will not regret it. Especially if you talk to Ken. Hes a great salesman that would do anything to help. Good luck guys and I will definitely be back.

They have a unique set up and a easy to navigate website. I always check here when someone I know is shopping for a car just to see if they have anything in their budget. You honestly can’t beat the price. So I’d say your biggest concern would be the banks. So when I was looking for a car the sales person I had was very kind and kelp his word with me being with out a car I was getting things done over the phone he answered all my questions talked to me about my budget and help me understand that you want to get what you can afford not what you want at the moment if you can’t afford it. At the time they had a few thing I like that was in budget. Though I didn’t buy from here the experience was still a great one and I appreciated the help they gave even while I was just looking.

The manger had the audacity to lecture me on the words that I was using in our conversation but yet, didnt care about the fact that I had to take care of the situation at hand by myself . I had to send several emails to get a response back from them. When you pay $4,000 for an extended warranty and you only have the vehicle for a year, then by GOD! I want my money back!!! I will never darken the door steps of this car dealership again!First off, If you say the warranty cost $2,300 then I apologize for the $4,000. I was under the impression that it cost $4,000. Now I am going to call you out for the berating several people comment. You are correct though about me calling several times.The only time I lost my temper was the day that we spoke on the phone. Also, I only talked to two different people including you about this matter. Also, on 12/7/2020 (I have copies of all of the emails if you need to see them.)I emailed over all of the paperwork that was needed to start the process of canceling my extended warranty. I called ASC on 12/17 to see how everything was going and I was told by them that they had not received anything from CIA about canceling my extended warranty. So I took it upon myself to cancel the warranty while speaking with the young woman with ASC. So after the first of the year, I emailed a CIA employee and asked them did they receive the paperwork from ASC. I never got a response. So I waited a couple of days and then decided to call and see if that person was still working there. Magically after I made that phone call I received an email from that person. That is also the same day that we spoke on the phone. Now referring back to my ratings of other businesses. A business should be held to the same standards as everyone else and if you cant take criticism then maybe you shouldnt offer a service to the public. And I dont appreciate you portraying me as this person who just looks to give businesses bad reviews. I have only given about five total reviews all together. But like you said I wish you guys nothing but the best. Have a great day!

I bought a vehicle from here in May. It was missing a part on the inside part of the driver door. Part of the deal was to provide that part to me, which states on the Owe Customer statement form. They sent the wrong part. Now, its August and I still havent received that part.The car salesman said this is a non negotiable place. The prices are set to the lowest deals. So, you cant negotiate prices with them.When I got home I noticed the car key was cracked, the car had scratches and a dent in the lower front. I dont know how I missed that... But, make sure to fully examine the vehicle before purchasing.

My wife and I recently looked at some vehicles at CIA Madison after her finding a a couple she liked. Joe was our salesman he was super nice and very professional. Apparently thier business model is no negotiating. We made them am offer and maybe expected a counter. A few hrs later the manager called and explained that the pricing was based on the market value at the time that he was unable to move any on the price. I understand gold and silver but used cars?I noticed there are a few dealerships that do the same thing. Many of the cars were pricey with no warranty. I would think this would leave room for at least a little negotiation. Definitely a different generation I guess. Even if they knocked $500 off the price, I would have gotten some kind of deal. I do realize business has to make money though. Still would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car, no pressure sales as long as you want to pay sticker price.
