A Rare Find: Honest Shop with Quality Service & Competitive Pricing.Been helped by this shop since December 2017, and happy to see them grow and improve ever since then.Nate and Kenny are true professionals and a huge asset to the community. They do not BS around you, and are truly great human beings that you would want to be friends with. The best part is that they will be transparent with you regarding every parts of the process, especially, when they are not sure about the issue/solution. This is not like some other part changers in town who call themselves as mechanics.

Nate has done several repair in all 3 of our vehicles, his services are affordable and he does an excellent job. No need to look anywhere else or overpay anywhere else, highly recommend him. I have also recommended him to my friends and everyone agrees he is really good.

What I love about this place is that the they will always suggest only the most urgent repairs that are needed, unlike a number of other places that would suggest you to do ton of repairs on your car even if they are not really needed. Such honesty is often missing from businesses these days. If you are looking to get an honest, inexpensive repair to your car, this is the place to go.

Nate is great mechanic. Attitude and skills. I took a pre owned car which I just purchased to him. I explained to him the need to get it inspected quickly. He did inspect it very early in the morning, and called me to let me know about it’s condition. He charged me very little which definitely less than the value of his time and I appreciate that a lot. My friend gave me good referral!

I have known Nate for over 15 years, but lost track of him shortly after he stopped working for a well-known national auto repair chain around 10 years ago.I was finally able to catch up to him 2 weeks ago and found that he has his own shop now. I had an issue with my 01 Tahoe that he fixed quickly...and without trying to sell me any unnecessary services or overcharge for the repair or parts.I had my Acura break down 3 days after Nate fixed my Tahoe. The Acura dealer tried to charge me almost $1100 to replace an alternator and battery for my car. I worked with Nate and got the same work done for less than half of what the dealer wanted.Nate has always been known to look out for the customers needs first above all else. He has been that way ever since I met him way back when, and I will be taking all of my vehicles to him from now on when they have problems. I am so happy that I caught up with him.I highly recommend NRG auto repair!

Ill never go to another mechanic as long as I live in the Madison area. Nate and his guys have the best prices around (replaced 2 wheel bearings for me for about half the price of big chain autocare places) and do great work. He wont try to squeeze you for anything either. If you need to get a hold of him you can call or text and hes very responsive. I cant recommend this place enough. If youre having car problems, this is the first place I would go.

It looks like my car was leaking. I drive to NRG and have my car examined quickly and professionally. Luckily there was no leaking. It was a nice experience there! I will get maintenance for my car here in future.

Can be hard to get in here because hes so busy, but hes only busy because hes the best around. Take your vehicle here and youll get good service at a fair price.
