I came in for my first oil change and tire rotation on Wednesday. It was the day after I had a 14 hour day as a nurse. When I went to pick up my car, there was some confusion because my husband thought he had prepaid and I didn’t have my credit card. The gentleman was super nice and we talked about wearing a face mask...I said that I was used to it because I was a nurse...not thinking anything about it. I called my husband who had just dropped me off to bring my credit card... next thing I know.. this gentleman said.. I have this.. you are a nurse.: he had no idea about my previous day... and, fortunately, I can pay that bill... but, the sentiment behind it was life affirming and I thank you! I will definitely be paying this forward

Amazing service. Quick and friendly. Best car service I have ever experienced to the point where it doesnt even feel like a car place. The waiting area is also really nice.

Called to arrange service and had to leave a message and number so they could call back. Did not call back that day or the next day. Called again two days later and was told I could not get an appointment until the middle of October (this was the last week in August). Either Subaru is not as reliable as advertised or Don Millers service is not.
