I drove an hour for one $1.99, they weren’t officially open but they kindly let me make a purchase. The new store literally has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Run of the mill, Asian owned and operated, bodega style beauty supply. They do have a large selection of products, hair and wigs, which is probably why theyre popular and have been there for so long.

Customer service is really rude. I was at the counter waiting to see a product behind the glass and the black lady with glasses and short haircut didn’t acknowledge me as she prioritized her non-business related call. When I finally received service, I wanted to read the product details for the hot tool I planned to purchase and she acted as if she had to read it for me. Isn’t my fault the woman doesn’t have any hair, any style, hence doesn’t understand that some people want to make sure they’re getting the right thing before they purchase a $50. Got home and the tool doesn’t even heat up. I now go to Savannnah’s.

Great service n products

I think people miss the point of this store. It’s not like they are in Chicago, it’s the closest thing you can get up here though. The customer service might not be 5-Star all the time but the products and selection are great for the town they are located in. You have to appreciate it when you come from that stand point and if you are there during the day you usually get good service too. I’m there regularly if I cant order what I need online.

Love this place employees are most the helpful folks around. They dont pretend to be scientists but will help you in any way they can. I lost all my hair due to an illness some time ago and they are a big help with my wig purchases. It was hard until I got their help.The store carries a large variety of hair, products, and many other things you would look for in a shop like this. My only spot for hair care.

Service: The owners are Korean and own a few shops, they are male, don’t know the products well and are the business end (ordering, finance, etc) of the shop, though they are often in the shop and hands on. There is often a Korean lady behind the counter, Joan, who is a total sweetheart. All you have to do is talk to her - she’s a dear. And the ladies who work the floor are WONDERFUL, so obviously the one reviewer complaining must have been a “problem customer”. They always ask about my family (my mom has Cancer) and I hear them giving advise to other customers and asking about their families. They know the products quite well, granted they haven’t tried ALL the ones in the store themselves (SHOCKING!) They are simply darlings with great customer service and they always jump to help when they see someone who may be in need of it.You can shop elsewhere and spend more money on worse product sold by people who have no idea what the black hair industry is about or what wigs are which kind, etc... but that’s your choice.I’ll stick with these ladies.

Customer service is mediocre could be better because the employees do not know the product features or benefits. The employees also do not know the customer needs. They should understand the product benefits to its customers better. Also, greet customers upon arriving and exiting the store.

Nadine is always there n shes great. If u need hair asap n cant wait in time for hair to come in the mail this is where u need to go!

They have almost anything you would need, weave, anti-itch for your scalp, hair care, makeup, everything. Only downside is the hours and the lady who runs it doesnt speak english the best, but otherwise, great place.

My girlfriend bought 4 wigs. She is very happy with them. She got great service, and prices.

Worst customer service on the planet..the owners are stand offish and the two ladies working the floor are so rude and their attitudes are off putting!! I shop here all the time because its a convenient stop for me but I know better than to expect any type of decent customer service when I go there.

I have to purchase an hair store of my own

The woman who works there is the sweetest and most awesome person ever. Allthough the coustomer service could use some improvment. I really like the products they have there. I live a few blocks away from it and we go there all the time. My daughter loves looking st the wigs and we have a great time there

Beware of some Synthetic hair being sold as 100% human hair, especially Aliexpress pineapple wave. Very poor quality expensive hair do not buy....
