Extremely helpful staff, reasonable prices, great selection. I really loved that they carried products for natural hair and a variety of oils like hemp, shea and coconut in addition to a weaves/wigs for when I want to rock protective styles. Plus, I just noticed they accept returns. Other beauty supply stores cater to us but then treat us poorly if we need to do an exchange. It was just refreshing to see that they value their customers. So happy I found them.

They deserve more recognition then theyve received. This family/staff are so warm welcoming and kind. They go above my expectations every time Ive shopped! Their prices you wont find better anywhere in Madison and to top it all off theyre Black Owned Phenomenal!

I just wanted to say that the customer service here is 5 star. I live on the West side and drive here now for my beauty supply needs. Theyre always helpful, friendly and the selection of products they offer are great.I went in last weekend looking for products straighten my hair after 3 years of natural and no heat. I love Savannahs! First its a black owned business in Madison, WI(very rare).Second the staff is so nice, kind and professional. If I want to try on 20 wigs and ask 100 questions I feel like I can without question. And third the products there are great quality and reasonable prices. I can get a nice wig for $30! This is now the only place I will shop for my hair products. Keep up the good work!

They was so helpful, and they tried their best to assist me in every way possible. The prices is a little higher than what I normally pay but Im from Chicago, so the prices are cheaper there anyways. Overall I love their services and their customer service. I will most definitely be returning back here.

I am greatful to finally have an African American beauty supply store on my side of town that has a friendly atmosphere. They are there for their customers needs wholeheartedly. Its not like the Chinese stores that are extremely rude and not customer focused. Savannah Beauty is top of the line and are always looking for suggestions when it comes to products to offer. I also like that they appeal to all nationalities. It is a something for everyone type of store.

I love this location! Im new to town and didn’t know it existed. I was pleasantly surprised to find a host of body skin care products and premium African american hair care products that I wasn’t even looking for. Always good to know I can get items same day and not rely on Amazon. The owner has really done her research when stocking up inventory and on top of that the products aren’t layered with dust like their competitor over on Washington. Nice knowing I won’t be putting a 5yr old product in my hair lol.

Has a lot of what I needed. Feels like a mom and pop kinda store. Guy who works there is really friendly and helpful. I got lots of products for my natural, kinky hair, including rollers and these flexi rods for rolling. They have all the shea moisture products and many I hadnt heard of. They also have castor oil.I didnt need it at the time but they also sell hair and wigs. Yeah. Its an all purpose mom and pop hair salon store located in a big outdoor shopping area.
