I had Ashley and she did an absolute amazing job on my hair! Going from natural blonde to a darker shade was scary, but she was very understanding of what I was looking for and hit the mark perfectly!

Ashley is amazing. Im not one who looks forward to getting my hair done. (Maybe its the time it takes...idk.) However, getting my hair done with Ashley is relaxing and I actually like going. She takes time to listen to you and really goes out of her way to make you feel important.The space its self is open and modern, well decorated and comfortable. Its not a large salon, which is great. When you walk in, its like walking into a friends place, warm and inviting.I highly recommend Ashley.

Ive been getting my hair cut and colored here for about a year and a half now. I can be challenging-- I have some unique hair issues that make it harder to give me a good cut-- and I want something new almost every time I come in. Sonya does such a great job, and I really trust her with my hair.

Curly heads, Ashley will be your hero!! I cannot say enough about my haircut with her. I have very ringlet/corkscrew-like curls, and I usually walk into salons with a lot of dread. Unfortunately, there are a lot of stylists out there that do a fantastic job with straight hair but have no clue how to cut or style curly hair. In the past, Ive really just gone in to get it cut (half the time even that ends up a mess...) knowing Ill walk out a fuzzball but can just restyle it when I get home. Ashley was very knowledgeable and gave not only the best haircut Ive ever had, but styled my hair just beautifully. I was even able to wear it without redoing it the next morning, which as other curlies know is saying something. Baci itself is a very cute little place, loved the products they use, and the pricing is VERY reasonable. Basically, Ill never be able to leave Madison now that Ive found Ashley and Baci. ;)

Ariel is so good he just gives you total confidence . Really nice to find someone that skilled at what they do. Hes obviously an expert and a true artist.

This review applies only to Ariel, not any of the other stylists. I honestly wanted to have a positive experience here considering some of the reviews that I read. Even after being severely disappointed with the first hair cut (I basically was given a mullet, but was convinced to give it a try), I continued to book appointments because I know that it takes some time to get a sense of what a client wants. I even pointed out the things that I liked about his subsequent haircuts, all the while explaining what didnt work, thinking that he probably wouldnt do a good job if he felt criticized. I feel like he explains what he wants to do in a way that makes you think you are going to walk out with an amazing hair style, but there were so many screw-ups and times when he obviously didnt listen to what I was asking for (which is his biggest problem, in my opinion, because a stylist should be nothing if not a good listener). I do not think he is worth the price he demands. He is mildly better than the stylists you find at the mall, but I dont think that is saying very much. I will continue my search for a great stylist elsewhere.

Ashley does an amazing bayalage! I am a natural brunette but love being blonde and she gives me that amazing natural look. She threw in an olaplex treatment because my hair needed it, she didnt tell me til the end and didnt charge me. She just genuinely cared about my hair and said, I needed it!. Just goes to show she cares alot about her clients.
