I have been a client since 2008 and I think that my appointments top each other every time! The latest jewel has been the new line of Divine Images hair care products! My favorite right now is the heat protectant serum. It is light and smells amazing! I usually use it between appointments to keep me as fresh as I was when I left the shop! You have to try it because you won’t be sorry!!

I initially came to Shannon natural and asked her for a perm. About a month later, my hair started to thin and shed badly. We thought it was the perm, because my hair had done this before with previous stylists and perms. She started to give me protein treatments, but it would only help with shedding for like a day. Eventually she was like, what if its female pattern baldness? I was like whats that? She explained it to me and said she knew how to treat it. She had been certified in helping women with hair loss!! This was the first for me. Since this had happened before, no one had diagnosed me or showed me how to fix it, so I would just do weaves and go natural again, then try a perm again. It was a cycle. Fast forward to now. I have been in the hair loss loss treatment plan for 2.5 months. She took before pics and she takes them monthly so we can SEE the progress. Im excited and soo grateful that she took the time to learn this skill bc its life changing. Shannon has no problem with me asking questions about the products and process as I am very inquisitive. She doesnt get offended, neither does she view it as me challenging her knowledge or expertise, and I love that bc I just genuinely want to know. As a young person in my 30s, I want the freedom to wear my own hair with weaves and wigs just being optional. Shannon and God are making that a reality for me. I cant thank them enough. Shes stuck with me 🙂

Shannon is THE best hair doctor. A lot of times beauticians can either take care of your hair and NOT style or can style but NOT take care of your hair. Shannon can do BOTH!!! She can make your hair grow, heck, she made the hair on my wig grow LOL!!! (inside joke).... ....but seriously, for your hair care needs, shes your lady!
