Standard College bookstore experience with a nice layout.

Understaffed, not able to handle pressure, not at all friendly. I hope I never have to go back.

Very unhappy about my experience here. I was told by my Instructor that I could go in and purchase the books I needed and when I got there they said they didn’t have them and I needed to purchase them online. Then I told them I was told I could get them in person and they finally actually looked for the books and I was able to purchase them. Kelsey had a attitude and I did not like the way she handled the situation at all. Very disrespectful.

The bookstore is a complete rip off they will not allow you to return anything once its open even if it breaks immediately after purchase the staff is extreamly rude and stand offish i have been a student at madison college for two years and almost everytime i buy from the store it breaks soon after. This bookstore is a scam only use it to rent your text books they are complete waste of space and an embarrassment of the entirety of the human race.

Very helpful! Come to them with the code for your books or title of it as it shows in Blackboard and they can help you find your books quicker!

I was extremely impressed with how well the bookstore staff handled the large number of students renting texts.

Terrible service, rude staff, feel like trash whenever you walk out of the store. So best of luck if you want to go here
