Great book store and not only a book store but a place to sit down and read your favorite book, magazine or go grab a bite to eat or a coffee at Starbucks and in the mall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I’ve asked about books that weren’t in stock and they are very knowledgeable about ordering and checking back stock. They have pretty good sales and a very wide variety of selection. I will be returning to purchase and/or just sitting, reading and relaxing with a latte!!!!!

Barnes & Noble book store offers so much more than just books. This store offers a full service Blue-Ray and DVD store. Also, you can buy certain movie and cable television memorabilia. Tons of Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Dragon Ball Z, Star Wars, Star Trek, and so much more. They have spots in the store where you can sit down and read if you want to, or you can go get a cup of coffee or cappuccino at their little cafe. They also sell excellent cookies. I really enjoy stopping here.

You guys ever clean the bathroom? Toilet bowl looks like its never been touched, just disgusting. The store is always in great shape in the way its displayed that i expected the same from the restroom. This is the first Barnes and Noble store that Ive been to where the bathroom was gross. Please clean it and make it as presentable as the rest of the store.

Your standard Barnes & Noble. Nothing crazy special. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Bathrooms are normally cleaner then the malls bathrooms. If they dont have something in store they can normally order it for you.

I love books, so I am biased. But the store was well stocked, and very clean. The restrooms were also clean. Helpful employees. The in store Starbucks was also very good.

Always a favorite place to stop at when near the East Towne Mall. Usually have what Im looking for or willing to get what I need ordered and shipped to my home. Staff is very helpful, happy to help locate items or answer questions.

Barnes and noble is one of my favorite places to relax. This location is very clean and quiet. Also, the Starbucks inside is clean as well. If you love books, go there.

My daughter was in line in front of me the ONLY open register was by the door. I was standing a bit behind my daughter waiting to buy my books. There one person came up behind me. But still just the closest to the door register was open. Some guy went behind the registers told me I HAD to go to the line they made using tables. So I and the guy behind me walked all the way to the other end to be in line and the guy that said that just walks away. Leaving us standing there now as far away from the only open register there was! Why!? Open a register if you are going to tell a line of 2 people to walk to the far end. Dont tell them to walk all that just to get to the same spot they were just at. Literally the most pointless thing ever. I would understand if there was a long line. But myself and 1 person is not going to create register chaos. 🙄

Yes, I do feel guilty not shopping locally. However, this bookstore has all the books I could dream about and I dont have to think ahead (like when you have to order from local, smaller bookstores), I just walk in a buy them! If you are like me and enjoy massive book hauls, and getting 10% off by using your mothers BN membership discount, this is the place for you.

I love book stores and just walking around, B&N doesnt disappoint. A little too pricey though.

I only gave it 4 stars because its not as large as some other B&N locations, and its not a locally owned bookstore. But its a pleasant and well-run place to browse, the selection is quite good, and the cafe is nice enough to enjoy a coffee or treat in and relax.

If Tai Lopez taught me anything, it is knowledge and Lamborghini and you can get one of those things here.

A smallish but nice barnes and noble. Store was clean, bathroom was not. They were also doing something with a loudly beeping scissor lift. But overall, a normal barnes and noble experience.

They didnt have the book I was looking for but ordered it for me to be shipped directly to my home and showed me similar books. They also had a kids pride collection which is amazing and even ordered in a book that I recommend they add.

I love being able to still shop for actual BOOKS still and BN allows us this option. I cant find all the books Id like and that forces me right back to Amazon but then again, I suppose it is 2021

One of the simple pleasures of life is visiting Barnes and Noble. I make it a point to make a purchase when I visit a brick-and-mortar store as to help them.I love to drink Starbucks coffee and read magazines were there too!

This is a classic book store. It can get a little expensive, due to the fact that everything looks so interesting. Not only do they offer books, but movies and toys as well! The movies have especially great deals, in my opinion

I love Barnes & Noble and I hope they never close shop here. I love browsing the books and finding just what I need to read. Theres nothing like a hard cover or soft cover book to add to your library collection.I also love that this store has a Starbucks connected to it so you can get coffee and a snack as you relax with your new book. Get yourself a hot mocha lattè with double espresso and extra whipped cream..yummm.

Nice clean store. Great place to shop for a book.

Starbucks is a connected business to this and I tried to order a few different drinks and couldnt because they didnt have the ingredients. Sucks when you dont get a chance to go to one much and then when you do they cant make the only drink you want.

Staff offered to help us immediately, answered a few questions about inventory and egiftcards. Veeery friendly and knowledgable. Also the cafe and kids section are kept in great shape. Overall a fine B&N store!!

I called to set up curbside pickup, but was put on hold for about 20 minutes. I ended up hanging up and going inside. I had great and fast customer service inside the store. I guess I wont do curbside again.

Great book store with a huge selection of holiday gifts for everyone. In todays 2020 pandemic Covid19 situation the store is requiring everyone to mask up.My attached photos are of key areas of the store at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. Notice the good social distancing and huge selection of books and toys including Legos, TY, Harry Potter and so many others.My wife also said the bathroom wasnt too bad!! Thanks you Barnes&Noble

Fast and friendly staff with a very clean facility. The selection of books has something new for everyone. Connected to the mall and inclusive cafe. It is in a nice location close to main roads and highways.

Barnes and Nobles is surprisingly an awesome place to shop for toys and crafts as well as books. It is really enjoyable to have tea and a scone in the coffee shop.

Favorite place to take my son for book seating is limited to 30 mins.

Always happy to go the this location. Well kept and never hard to get help finding something, staffs always helpful and knowledgeable on most of the items they sell. The cafe can be underwhelming at times but understaffed stores often are.

The lady at the checkout counter was SO nice, and they pointed me in the direction of Edgar Allen Poe. I love barnes and noble because it is my go-to modern library vibe.

Where can I start. First of all the last whipped off the extra whipped cream with her bear hands. Secondly I asked for a caramel frappe she said they didn’t sell that anymore, then as I was waiting for my drink another lady order a caramel frappe and all the sudden the now sell the product. Lastly I asked for lite on ice for my drink and when I got my drink back my whole cup was filled up with ice. Ohh and the berries tasted awful. I DO NOT recommend coming to this Starbucks.

Nice to get benefit with cashiers initiative. Price competetive on lps with Amazon. On site Starbucks is nice too. Great book/magazine selection. Worth the trip when at the East Towne Mall.

You can buy real books here. Not just e-books. They also have a big childrens section and the Music is great.
