Issue with my GM Canyon was not resolved. Major component of my vehicle is malfunctioning. Creates distractions while driving. Vehicle is six weeks out of warranty and awaiting determination from service agreement on coverage. So far no response after one week. Service advisor stated part is on indefinite back order and is a nationwide issue with GM.
Gave it a 1 star because you can’t go any lower, where should I begin my wife and I went in to look at a Dodge Journey and we decided to try and buy it we got denied, I understand that but why on earth would you bring a car to show us that was the exact same price?? So we decided not to try our luck anymore as we already had a ding on our credit scores, we’ll to add insult to injury the proceeded to run our credit as hard inquiry’s without our permission and no I can’t get a hold of the sales manager or the financial person there. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there
This is the place to get a rental. Very reasonable prices and theres no mileage limit or extra charges per mile. Bobbi is in charge of this department and so easy to work with.Sh3 would go above and beyond, to ensure you are happy.

2020 Chevy Malibu 14k miles..Went there today for an oil change and tire rotation for my first interaction with them. I always hear the commercials of come in and experience the Chandler difference....The Chandler difference resulted in the service advisor coming to me to notify me that one of my tires was missing a weight and needed to be balanced. Now mind you I am there for a $65 oil change and rotation as I was quoted on the phone. She states that they need $60 to balance the wheel, one wheel.... a wheel that is already off the car from the rotation of the tires they are already working on. This is a 5 minute process tops plus the cost of weight. First I dont understand why this is something not covered by Chevy on their bumper to bumper 36K warranty as it isnt a wear item. Secondly I honestly hope this isnt the Chandler difference and people arent gullible enough to pay this ridiculous amount for this service or others I can only imagine are astronomically priced.

And I want to have a big thank you to whoever put the ceramic coating on my new truck I just picked it up and drove it first couple days and got it dirty cuz I live on a gravel road. But they detailed it and it is so nice I recommend you by the coating on a any vehicle even an older when I would think it would really help go Chandler Chevrolet thank you all.

This is the absolute worst dealership I haven’t ever done business with. Specifically the service department. Travis in service is an absolute scumbag that lies through his teeth. The mechanics apparently throw parts at vehicles until it’s fixed without properly diagnosing the real issues. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

Was having issues with my truck so I took it to chandler Cheverlot. Aside from having trouble with the warranty company not wanting to warranty the work. I could not get chandler Cheverlot to ever respond to any of my questions or concerns. They would not keep in touch with me to keep me updated on the progression of my truck, and to top it off their customer service is terrible. I would definitely not recommend having any work done by them on your vehicle.

Staff were quick and courteous. I left the Equinox around 11AM and got the text at 12PM that it was ready. They handled my brake concerns and left me a detailed note about what they found.

Fast forward 2 years after that and they got me into a car that I liked and wanted while getting me a decent interest rate for my credit score at the time. Took my car in for transmission repair. They had my car for a week called and told me it was fixed. My wife went and picked up the car and had to take it back the next day the problem had not been fixed. They charged my after market warranty 2,985 for the repair. They called me two days later and said that I would need 754 in parts or 3,000 for a new transmission the warranty would not pay a second time. I went in and talked to the owner who tried to get me to pay a second deductible. I refused to pay. He said they messed up and that he would take care of the bill no charge to me and that it would be done in a few days and that he would test drive the vehicle with me until I was satisfied it was good. One week later i called them and they said their truck had not delivered the parts. Another week still no parts from the warehouse. In all they had my vehicle in the shop for two and half months they called me and said my car was done. I went in to pick my car up no one test drove my vehicle with me. They charged my warranty company another 2,392 dollars i guess thats what he ment by they would take care of the bill for their mess up. The car had trouble starting and low tire light was on. Found later that night that my windshield wipers had oil on them and my low beam headlights were both out the front tires were at 20 psi. And the car would not start back up. Called them and told them what was going on and was told that it was a coincidence all that was wrong at one time the day i got my car back from them. They would not even come jump start my car even though they offer a 120 day peace of mind warranty which includes jump starts. They told me to jump start the vehicle my self or take the battery out of my other car and put it in that one. Got it running and had to spend 300 more dollars on parts the day after getting it out of the shop. In all I was lied to talked down to and my transmission that they said they replaced still has a loud whining sound while driving. I cant take it back to them in fear they may sabotage my vehicle further. I worry that the vehicle will break down and leave me and my family stranded. So much for my peace of mind.

Friendly staff that was knowledgeable, made the visit tolerable. The prices hurt. They wanted $100 for a key fob that I bought online for $10 with shipping. Then charged me $70 to pair it with my car. A price was the same regardless of where I got it from. If you dont want to travel to get to a different dealer, you better have a big wallet.

We use them for tires and to service vehicles as well, always in and out quick. I have recommended them to at least 3 others that have bought from them as well. Would recommend them to anyone.

What a great dealership to work with! After having a terrible experience working with another dealer on basically the same truck at the same price, I was leery to make another 2 hour drive after we had already to terms on numbers. The last time it was a total lie and they tried to take advantage of me. This was the complete opposite. Justin my sales person worked really hard to get me into the truck that I wanted and even convinced them to give me more for my trade than they offered originally. Tim, the finance manager was really good and efficient and you could tell that they both cared about me and getting me into the truck that I wanted. I should up at close on a Friday after driving 2 hours from indy and no one was even annoyed that they had to stay late, they truly just wanted to help a customer. There were several sales people still working and they were all very nice and willing to help with anything. I have worked in many dealerships and been in the industry for years, I would recommend that if Chandler has a vehicle that you want to make the drive and give them the business, you wont regret it. I cant speak for all the sales reps but ask for Justin, he went above and beyond for me!
Top service, Leeann took great care of us, and helped get us out of a bad lease from another dealer. They worked with us over six months, numerous visits and phone calls, no pressure to buy something we didnt want or couldnt afford. We plan to be back for future vehicle purchases!

WHEN I FINALLY GAVE UP AND LEFT WITHOUT A WORD. I DID BUY MY NEW CAR FROM THE TOYOTA DEALERSHIP DOWN THE ROAD ONLY A WEEK LATER. IF YOU HAVE GOOD LUCK THERE IM HAPPY FOR YOU. I DID NOT.

In MAY 2013, I was prepping to deploy to Afghanistan and needed to get ABS worked on, where my initial complaint was the breaking system was not functioning like it should. Understand that when a dealership does a 26 point inspection, its to find more stuff that could go wrong with your vehicle so they can get more work/pay out of the customer. They found a bearing in the water pump was failing, but was still running with no engine temps rising - but I replaced to be sure, a $90 flashing of my computer system, which I did not authorize, but apparently needed to be done since the transfer case was failing, the front hub and bearing assembly was failing - basically, its a wonder my Trail Blazer was even moving. This bill was $1,140. Twenty days later, as i was driving, the right front axle actuator failed and came apart. This vehicle was used on the interstate and around town - either Chevy builds crap vehicles - or something was going on in this garage??? After that was replaced once the mechanic removed the front differential, the service was completed with a $1,364 bill. Over $2,500 in work. Today, I had to get the same front shaft replaced that was under warranty at Big-O Tire because I was too afraid to take it back to the dealership for warranty work - where the same was done for $269 that included a front alignment as well.That dealership just added on a bunch of front building work to make it appear more professional - I however, have my doubts. When I returned from Afghanistan, my brand new battery was dead because someone at that dealership messed with my headlight selection. Nice! I suggest that if you need work to take it to Big-O, Millers Automotive, or the new guy that just moved in next to the National Guard Armory. There are several choices where these people will not rake you over the finanical coals like Chandler did me - and apparently others from reading the other 2 reviews.
Service department personnel were knowledgeable and very friendly. The dealership was very clean and inviting. The service was completed within the time promised. Will definitely return.

Took my truck in for an oil change. Price was the same as one at Walmart which shocked me. I would much rather get my truck serviced at a dealership but always thought it would cost a lot more money. It was even 10-15 dollars cheaper than the price I got from the dealership I bought my truck from. Will definitely be getting oil changed there from now on.

BUYER BEWARE !!!they will not negotiate on prices on anything!!!And their service department is a total ripoff and scam artist. Took a 2015 chevy traverse in for transmission problems they Diagnosed the problem and contacted me a couple of days later. I had extended service contract that covered powertrain and the repairs were approved for $1700.00 i had to pay a $100.00 deductible A week later went to get the car and withwi 2 miles of receiving the car the transmission was doing the exact same thing so I took it back to the dealership. And waited another week and no return call from the dealership after many attempts and voicemail messages left. So went to the dealership and asked to speak to the owner Gary Chandler. Went into Garys office and informed him whats going on and he went to the service department and came back and told us that the transmission requires another $700 in parts and another $1500 In labor to fix the transmission that they Supposedly fixed the first time. The dealership tried to bill the extended warranty company again!! And expected me to pay another $100 deductible I told Gary no! I already paid and the warranty company already paid for their diagnosis. Gary then told me he would order the parts and fix the transmission at no cost and the car would be ready within 2 days. Well thats been over 2 weeks ago I have called gary and he keeps saying that he cant get the parts to fix the transmission thats in 1000 pieces in his shop this is totally unacceptable. I looked and every local parts store has the parts in stock to fix the transmission. Chandler Chevrolet has had my car for over a month now and still dont know when it will be done.Im contacting my attorney about this situation and the BBB and local news channel about this situation. This whole situation is a total scam and shows how this dealership is a scam artist so BUYER BEWARE!!!PLENTY OF OTHER HONEST DEALERS TO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS !!!
The Hanover College Athletic Dept. has used Chandler Chevrolet for vehicle rentals for the past few years. Weve rented autos and vans. Chandler has been very cooperative in our dealings. From delivery to billing we have had no problems with them. I work primarily with April Ferguson in rentals and she is a delight to work with and very accommodating.
The employees were friendly and helpful. They did excellent work in the body shop. My car looked like it did when I first took it off the lot new.
Very poor customer service I bought a $40000 truck from them have had it a month has been in two different shops 5 time for multiple issues 1 issue they refuse to fix told me its not their problem they wasnt fixing it I dont recommend anybody buy a vehicle from here they are shady they told me theyre diesel tech wasnt any good and sent me to another shop because they wasnt sure how to fix it I will never get another vehicle here again

Found truck on their website talked to their salesman on a Friday said it was getting a motor installed be back Monday could get more photos then. Didn’t here back called on Tuesday he said wouldn’t be till Friday asked if motor would come with warranty said he would check with general manager called him back later next day said still waiting on general manager for info. Later in week he contacted said it only had 3 month warranty was just a used motor they were putting in. Truck didn’t get there Friday but Saturday he said they got it back and it ran great but had to wait for keys to get photos. Finally got photos on Monday after showing all this interest and waiting week and half price went up six thousand dollars. Why they couldn’t tell me this a week and half ago? It’s a shame I wanted the truck but that’s not a good way to do business. Price went up on their website but doesn’t say anything about a motor swap.

I had been looking for a new Chevy 4x4 truck with 6.2 liter motor. I contacted Tim Taylor who I had bought trucks from in the past.I told Tim what I was looking for and was aware it may be hard to find. Within a few hours Tim called me and told me he had located the truck I wanted. We did the deal on the phone and that was it.I drove from Muncie to Madison to get my new truck. I knew when I walked in the doors of Chandlers show room and was greeted like I was an old friend I was in the right place. Everything in my experience with Tim and the Chandler team was well worth the drive from Muncie. I not only found the best truck ( that I love to drive ) I ever owned, but received TOP dollar for my trade in. I needed a drive shaft for my 2004 Colorado unfortunately only they were the only dealer to have it, since I live in Louisville its a long haul! So I bought it anyway not only it worked and was cheaper new than rebuilding it the salesman TEX was very kind, and met me at his house very close to Louisville so I wouldnt have to drive all that way!!! The parts department was also very helpful and meeting me was their original idea!! I would now think of them as my first choice when I purchase a new truck!! Customer service goes a long way. I start a new 2nd job on Monday and was fearful that I wouldnt be able to make it but my truck is good to go now no worries thanks to CHANDLER CHEVROLET and their awsome staff!!!!

I’ve always tried to support local businesses, especially this car dealership.I had my truck towed in because it needed a new fuel filter housing and after the $60 diagnostic, I was told I needed a new fuel filter housing and new air filter. So I agreed to pay for those three things, the fuel filter housing, air filter, and diagnostic. After the problem had been fixed and I had received a call saying it was fixed, I was told that my ECM had been flashed and the delete that was in there to accommodate the after-market exhaust that the previous owner had installed and that this dealership was well aware of, considering they sold me the vehicle 2 years ago, was erased. I was told it was my fault that I hadn’t told them I had the delete on the ECM, but any service repairman that has worked on these trucks would see this exhaust as after-market and should know to ask if there is a delete in the ECM. On top of it, they have refused to reimburse me the almost $500 additional I had to pay to get the ECM reset so the truck functions properly saying it was my fault for not telling them. But I never asked them to flash my ECM, nor did they ask if they could or if I had my ECM tool in the truck.I’m very disappointed with this small-town, “customer-first” business that refused to acknowledge they did work on a vehicle without getting it approved with the customer. When that work messed up the vehicle, it was blamed on me. All in all, it cost me over $1000 to have my truck fixed when it should have been a little more than half.
