I was at dealership looking at 2017 terrain stock a2048 and was interested in talking to sales went inside and their were 4 people sitting in the office 1 woman 3 men and finance guy in other office and not one person greeted me and I waited 5 plus minutes before i left i guess they dont want to sell cars Ill go elsewhere i guess. I was a motivated buyer also

Outstanding customer service, friendly staff and great selection of New and Used cars. The service department here is top notch and they always are looking out for your best interests to keep you safe on the road. The sales department is great as well! I needed out of a lease and didnt have many options, but Kyle Fitzgerald was able to not only get me out of a less than ideal situation with my lease, but he got me into an amazing car that I couldnt be happier with. Its okay. The staff are friendly. Service has usually been reasonable in terms of wait times. Its weird that they dont run your car through a car wash when you have it in for service.

Amazing staff! The knowledge, kindness and teamwork from both the Oshkosh and Madison locations. Brian Chicoine is fabulous to work with as always! Dave Dysinger was instrumental in helping us work with Tony, the sales manager at the Madison location and Chris Licht in service in Madison when we had issues with our vehicle on the road. Everyone played an essential role in helping us, and we are extremely thankful for their kindness, generosity and understanding!

My overall experience with Chevy Bergstrom has been horrible. I bought my used chevy at the Middleton store and was told to test drive it around a specific perimeter. I bought the used chevy and after a day I heard clunk noises. I brought the car in and was told of the issue and that I had to pay $1,300 to have the car fixed. The repairs included bad tires all four, sway link bars. I was given a lemon that needed to be fixed before driving and driving my father a disabled Vietnam Vet Purple Heart who served our country proudly under these conditions. I had to reach the General Manager Tom to get this resolved. I took the car back and I thought that Bergrstrom had resolved the matter. But I had to take the car back three more times it looked like they were putting on a band aid that would come right off only to go back again. The middleton shop was not doing a good job so I went to the Madison shop to see if at that location they could diagnose the klunk and finally they did but that I had to pay up. I stressed that I will not pay for their mistake. I bought an $8000 used chevy that should not have been sold to the public due to safety issues and repairs. Today I was ignored and ridiculed by the manager after I spoke to other customers about my experience and he got upset and told me to act like an adult in front of his staff and customers. It felt like I was at a bar and the manager was a bouncer trying to kick me out. I have season tickets to the Packers and Aaron Rodgers works with Bergstrom so next game ill tell Rodgers that Bergstrom does not care. God Bless

While I like Cherlott I think that their diagnosis is way off. I had two major diagnostic, one on my 2004 Chevey express, that will not start, they kept my vehicle for 3 days and couldnt find the solution, thanks to youtube, they showed me the answer, it was $40.00 fix dealer recomanded new engine

Where to begin.... I was interested in a vehicle and called at 9:30am to make sure the vehicle was there and available. They said it was and would have it ready to test drive when I got there. I got there, drove it and decided I wanted to pursue said vehicle. They appraised my vehicle (2013 Silverado all star edition with 34,xxx miles) and came in with their first offer at several thousand less than what jelly blue book said trade in value was. I felt insulted right away and felt like leaving and I should have. After arguing and fighting tooth and nail to get something respectable for my trade I filled out the credit application. Turned it in and wait, and waited. Then at around 2:45 pm ( meaning I had been there since just after 10am) they said they could not sell me the vehicle due to the fact someone put a deposit down that morning between 8 am and 9 am... before I even called to see if it was available. Therefore wasting 5 hours of my time. The sales guy I was talking to, Dan, said he was going to send me a gift card to make up for my time. It’s been a week and still nothing. They repeatedly lied to my face and wasted my time and insulted me. I ended up going across the street to kayser ford and they treated me great. I ended up with a fantastic vehicle and did better on my trade with no arguing. Brought the vehicle home on Wednesday and they said they were sending me a gift card as a thank you for business... received that already. So bergstrom has no excuse other than terrible customer service and wretched business practices.

Had work done. Work was done. Several weeks later my car began displaying symptoms of a well known issue (sticky steering) that is under a special warranty for my car. Instead of going that route considering an alignment was already done several weeks ago as well as a suspension check my advisor asked me so you want to come in for more work? No. Also their service manager told me that if I switched to a transmission fluid that was not Dexron approved (going to Amsoil which meets and exceeds Dexron standards) my powertrain warranty would be voided on my transmission. Look into Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Will not be returning.Oh and they reset my TPMs to a lower than needed tire pressure. Obviously have zero experience with unique cars.
