Yeah I dont think they have been letting the public know that this is now closed off of the Alfa Romeo brand. I have been past there a number of times recently and the Alfa badging and vehicles have been removed. I reached out to them as I was initially interested in the Stelvio and the website boasts Alfa Romeo yet as if its a featured brand there but sadly it is not. There was a tan Stelvio that didnt have a sold sticker but was on their lot yet, but no one ever got back to me and the nearest other dealer is now Milwaukee so it is probably for the best...

Much better than my Russ Darrow east experience. After I inspected the vehicle, the sales rep took my concerns seriously, and made an honest effort to resolve them, even replacing the tires on the vehicle for free, since they were on the verge of needing to be replaced.

Be cautious buying from Don Miller. I bought an Alfa 5 months ago and last week they decided to close the dealership down and will no longer service my vehicle. And there are 2 recalls on the car so I am left with driving to Milwaukee to get work done on it. No phone call, no messages about the closing. Just found out when I called to schedule an oil change that they could not fit me into their schedule before they are done selling Alfa’s. And they still list them for sale on the website. Really a poorly run business. Not customer focused.

Just bought a Alfa Romeo Giulia ti Lusso..what a great experience! Keith, Mitch and Dan were awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure whatsoever. I got a great APR too! The Giulia is a real head Turner. Great car and great dealership. I highly recommend A+

Erik and Keith were among the best salesmen we have ever experienced. We were offered a strong value for our trade and all promises were timely kept. The car was cleaned for us for the test drive and there was no pressure or bashing other brands we were considering. The delivery process was extremely efficient (the finance manager was amazing too, the best we have had in terms of being pleasant, efficient, etc; he even found us a better rate after contacting our bank) and all our questions were answered. After a nightmare buying experience in IL recently, our faith has been restored with our experience with Don Miller. We are experienced car buyers and fully recommend Don Miller to everyone! We also love our Fiat 124 Spider and fully recommend it if you are looking for a Miata, Mini or even a Boxster.

I had a great experience at Don Miller FIAT. Keith was so kind and helpful and really took the time to walk me through all of my options. I test drove cars at over a dozen dealerships, and this place was my favorite by far.

I don’t generally leave reviews unless something is super amazing or not amazing at all. That being said the Sales person was nice and helpful. But the sales process was sub par. I have a newer vehicle (less than 3 urs old) that I have been looking at trading I have had a few dealers look at it and they generally look at KBB or NADA so that is what I anticipated. However DM came in considerably lower than both nada and KBB (15-20 percent lower). Reason the closest dealer with a vehicle like mine was priced lower. Just one data point. However in the next breath I was told they would love to have my vehicle they sell a lot of them. I was told to come back in a year when I owed less, which had nothing to do with the deal. I wasn’t asking for the pay off amount I had cash to bring to the deal. I would have walked away if I owned my car outright. But the price on the car I was looking at was solid, I was told they could sell it at auction and lose 1500 so the best they could do was maybe an extra 1000. I thought getting an Alfa was a bit of risk when the closest Alfa dealer is now over 50 miles away. Lesson learned the first time no need for a follow up in a year, basic math and common sense supported by a basic internet search tell me that I will get the same results, a low offer compared to the industry standard for my vehicle but not theirs.

Purchased my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia ti Lusso new from Don Miller Alfa Romeo FIAT of Madison. Keith and Mitch were great to work with...friendly and professional. The car now has been driven 5000 miles and I have not experienced even a single defect since I drove it out of the showroom. It is the most fun-to-drive car I have ever owned.(Fast Forward to 2020)I have now owned this great car for 2+ years and have never had a thing go wrong with it. However Don Miller has discontinued the Madison Alfa Romeo dealership, understandably for business reasons. When I called to make an appointment for my 10,000-mile service I was rudely told We dont sell those anymore. Youll have to find someone else to service it period. No apology; nothing, not even a letter announcing the closing of the Alfa dealership or a thank you for having been a customer. What a shoddy organization! In fairness to Alfa Romeos US Headquarters in Michigan, they helped me by offering to pick up my car in Madison give me a loaner car, service it in Milwaukee and deliver it back to me. They agreed to do this during the period of my Warranty for items covered by warranty, including applicable oil changes. With regard to the rude treatment I received when I called for a service appointment at Don Miller, suffice it to say I would NEVER buy another vehicle from them nor would I recommend them to my friends.
