Ordered a $49 edible arrangement with decadent strawberries and got a bunch of grapes with no notice or communication or price discount. The platter was great and fresh. But a primary ingredient not available the business should of communicated it to the customer.

I had the last minute idea to send our daughter at UW-Madison an end of sophomore year celebratory arrangement. It was delivered within an HOUR of ordering! She said it was delicious and fresh - totally made her day! Thanks Edible Arrangements! Would highly recommend!

Ordering was straightforward, simple and fast--and I love that I could get next-day delivery without a ridiculous charge. The fruit arrived as pictured on the site (and to the delight of the receiver), midday--and from ordering to delivery, there were no hiccups. I especially like how you can add on additional fruit, to customize your bouquet.

Had a small problem with the delivery that was managed very quickly by the store owner & to my full satisfaction. The recipient was very happy with her gift!!!

Was really looking forward to this edible arrangement for our anniversary but it never came. I was checking all day on the status of the order through there tracking system and said it was out for delivery but waited tell after 9pm that night for it to come but never did. I have tried to contact the store multiple times and even waited on hold for over 10+ minutes and no one would answer the phone. I also left a comment on the website to just cancel my order and refund me the money because the day has already past and is no good anymore. I wish the business would have called me or told me that they wouldnt be able to delivery my order but no call or notification. Very disappointed in the customer service of this business. My fiancé was disappointed since we waited all night and was looking forward to having a nice dessert to top of the night.

I received one of their Just for You arrangements in November for my anniversary from my boyfriend. :)I do not like melon, so I was very excited to see there wasnt any included. The arrangement consisted of plain strawberries, milk chocolate covered strawberries with white chocolate drizzle, pineapple shaped like flowers and red grapes.The quality of the fruit was wonderful, strawberries and pineapple were perfect ripeness. They tasted very fresh. The red grapes were very large and round. Those were a little soft, but that could be the variety, they looked fresh to me.I didnt catch the male delivery drivers name, but he was great. Knew where he was going and was very pleasant.Overall the products are a little expensive, buy you pay for the quality and the fun experience when eating or sharing with others. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this location.

Edible Arrangements in Madison responded immediately and delivered my order a few hours later (same day). Everyone said the chocolate covered strawberries were excellent and they were enjoyed by everyone. I called from Massachusetts and knew nothing about this store in Madison. Fortunately everything was perfect and I highly recommend them!

Best chocolate dipped fruit I have ever had! Presentation of fruit is amazing, 7 day delivery (even holidays) and customer service is outstanding! Tip is to call the store direct, they will take good care of you either way I am sure but they really seem to go the extra mile when I call in directly.

Ordered the strawberries with a foil balloon. Was delivered without the balloon. Told they will have to call me back at a later time and see about getting me a refund. The balloon was a big part of the Valentines gift. Very disappointing. :(

Overall disappointing. I had a simple request, I asked for a photo of the card to be texted or emailed to me. The lady working said she could but would rather not and then did not.
