Naz was extremely helpful and immediately brought out two pairs of shoes I wanted to look at - he didn’t even need the serials as his knowledge of their inventory was spot on. Made a purchase and couldn’t be happier - will be back for more pairs.

Always a good vibe when you go to champs very helpful and friendly staff great selection of shoes and clothing I definitely recommend this place and definitely practice social distancing and have someone monitoring how many people come in and out of the store so it doesnt get to crowded

Friendly staff, but thats about it. Store associates need more training on operating there POS systems or policies. Also Champs online and Champs stores should be able to process the same customer requests whether their order was online or in-store. I dont think I will ever order from Champs again.

Was a very good experience would chose the west side over the east side. They were a little under staffed. But they were amazing service on getting my shoes ordered

My boyfriend went to Champs in West Towne Mall to pick up a pair of shoes. The size we needed was not currently stocked at their location. So, some employees went on to help my boyfriend order the shoes in the right size to be delivered. Long story short, there was a mistake in the process of ordering the shoes, and it was going to result in the shoes being sent to another location across town. One of the employees, and possibly the manager (? not sure) went out of his way immediately, without hesitation, to drive across town and pick up the shoes himself to deliver them back. He took time out of his day, gas from his own vehicle, and managed to keep the most amazing attitude through the stressful holiday shopping season, to fix a slight error in hopes to make our lives easier and get my son the shoes he so badly wanted. I am entirely grateful for this guy, and what he did for us that day. His name is Zach.
