The staff are pretty helpful, and its a good place to sell and buy clothing. Is there another store in Huntsville/Madison? At times it can be overcrowded with customers and clothing. Maybe if the store was a bit larger, it would be easier to view available products. Wish they were able to give a little more for items that are in good condition as well.

Store is packed full of variety, so anticipate a long visit and plan ahead. It was our first visit, but Alecia and Karmen explained how the store worked, where everything was, fitting rooms, return policy, and even how some clothing was meant to fit. It was such a friendly experience, and a shame I couldnt see it all. Ill just have to stop by next time!My only concern is the quality of some of the clothing, I think they probably go for less than that price in the original store. Just know what youre looking at and its fine.

I am not one for reviews, but an employee Hannah, was beyond unpleasant. I brought up a coupon I had received a message for, and she said the system didn’t have one for me, and the message must have been expired. I reiterated the dates the message said it was good for, (Friday (2/26) - Sunday (2/28), and she gave me my total and refused to acknowledge the message. I don’t mind paying full price, $10 will not make a difference to me, but poor customer service from rude teenagers will. I have been in customer service for years, and simply using a card machine and rarely hanging up clothes is barely a task. She was more worried about grouping up with her friends talking, and ignoring customers than doing her bare-minimum job.

I didn’t sell much but anything was better than nothing at all, plus the girl was all by herself but very sweet and advised me that my things might work better at Plato’s Closet next door and she was correct, I sold more there. I did find a lot of things to buy though and it was very well organized! My only complaint is to the managers; you need to have more staff on a busy Friday instead of leaving one girl to run the whole store. Last Friday is when I went and the girl was very sweet and helpful and got my stuff processed a lot quicker than she originally told me she could and I bought several things too. Will definitely be back!

Clothes were great prices good some employees were friendly but Hannah at the register was rude. I made a friendly joke about a promo they were having because I would have gotten another shirt, but she ignored me. She placed my receipt on the table didnt tell me to sign it, it was my first Time here so I didnt realize the pens were flowers so I folded the receipt to put in my purse and she hastily said I need that back I told her she didnt give me a pen and all her friends behind the counter became quite, which then made my experience akward. She then with attitude threw my bag on the counter.

Love this place, I travel from Florence,Al just to shop here.

Waste of time to sell. Was offered $12 for a Tiffany&Co bracelet. Was told my Louis Vuitton Bag is fake lol. The authentication service being used is a joke.Somebody clearly has no education on LV.Brand name cloth not taken as the paper said out of style but the store is full with Grandma style tops.Never again. Rather sell in Facebook groups.

Style Encore is a fantastic store run by the most amazing people. I always find a great selection of nice and clean clothes as gifts for my friends and family. I always tell people to go here and the friendly staff will help them with all their needs!

Don’t waste your time if you are trying to sell. Carefully selected only brands they claim to take under parameters stated on website. It took an hour and a half for them to pick 3 of the approximately 20 I took. Left with $13. I can donate the clothes and get tax write off worth more than that. I personally won’t go back. They were very nice and except for double the wait time they told me, the employees were nice. Just waste of time in my opinion. The items they had in there were more worn and lesser quality than what I took. I can earn $13 doing something else.

I was delighted to see a very reasonable rate for used Frye boots, sadly none were my size. They were especially cheap compared to Plato’s Closet. The staff was very friendly and they have a wide selection of clothing as well.

My first time trying to sell. What a waste of time. Took them an hour and a half to go thru my clothes. They didnt take anything. Most of the junk they were selling didnt look as good as mine. Also they are really overpricing used stuff. There was a pair of Kate Spade sandals for $20 that you can buy brand new for $30.

Its a consignment store for ladies. I tend to find higher quality brands and items here than somewhere like Platos Closet.

Dont waste your time there trying to sell clothes. Went there on 9/7/18 trying to sell some articles, NO LUCK --- They did buy anything--Didnt even look at them --said they did. But I could tell by the way I set the article on the counter & the bag was never open...... I seen clothes on racks that didnt look as good as the ones I had & some they just bought from other customer that they were prices..... Wont be back.....Also the employees were not very friendly......Very dis-satisfied person......

Ive sold to them plent of times and done pretty good money wise brought stuff in on 11/23/18 sum stuff with tags still on they will lowball you on stuff you bring in and they will sell it way high in there store for more than they offer you beware cause they will lowball you i brought in brand new coach camo print reversable tote wit wallet still had tags on them moral of story you can take their offer amount or decline
