This was my first experience with bubble tea, yes I know Im behind the times, but it was fantastic. So fantastic that I drove an additional 40 minutes just to have it again. The raspberry smoothies are delicious. Enjoy!

I love this place. Every time I make it to Madison I always make a stop! And sometimes I make special trips there just for a smoothie. Top notch friendly staff and always clean. Sometimes they can get a line and a little behind but it’s worth the late

I have never been to Sweet Kuppz before but my daughter is always saying how good their smoothies are. I was in Madison today so she took me there. The blueberry/raspberry smoothie was incredible!! The owners are extremely friendly too. I can’t wait to go back when I’m visiting my daughter. Highly recommend!!!

Although it was hard to find, it was worth it. Me and my parents have never tried bubble tea. So we came in with no idea what to do or order. But the guy was very friendly and let us taste test. Overall they were real friendly and patient with us. Totally recommend

Ordered a pumpkin spice and white chocolate frappe with coffee jellies and tapioca. Phenomenal products with a ton of options. Friendly and prompt service. A gem of a coffee and tea shop oddly tucked away.

I got a Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry Popping Boba, and it was really good!! The guy was really nice. I will definitely be coming here again. :)

I can only recommend!I went here years ago with a friend, and the prices, selection, and other goodies in this store (not just Bubble Tea!) are an absolute trip. Madison is lucky to have a store of this quality, this is normally something you find downtown in a decently-sized city. If youre nearby, definitely worth a trip for the tea and other tasty snacks (including little pastries if I remember correctly).

Amazing! My girlfriend and i were visiting clifty falls and decided to try this place out. The owner was extremely friendly and gave us tips on places to see around town! I got a mango tea with strawberry popping boba and my girlfriend got matcha tea. Both were extremely tasty. When we visit Madison again, we will definetly be back!

The Boba tea was delicious and they have a lot of other options where they provide other drinks like smoothies and ices. They also have snacks from Japan.

The owner and his wife are the sweetest people and I love this boba place. They have this cute little punch card and when you fill it up you get a free drink!

ONLY place in Southern IN that I can find Honeydew Smoothies with popping boba and let me tell you they are AMAZING! Perfect consistency, flavor and THE SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! We travel approximately 45 one way for these and during my pregnancy I craved these daily!!! Staff were aware of our travels and the times when I would send my husband after them, they’d have them packed in buckets of ice so they’d stay frozen until he made it home! 😍 I have never received such personalized service and I cried the moment u realized what had been done for me! I will continue to travel not only for the AMAZING drinks but for suburb staff and service!

There are so many good things I could say about this place. You are always greeted with a warm smile. The place is clean and organized. It is a very warm area that would be great for meeting with friends. They also have a ton of fun products from high end makeup to foreign snacks. I love, love, LOVE this place!!!!

The owners were crazy friendly and willing for us to try multiple items since bubble tea and milk tea was all new to us. Our kids loved the ice cream and my wife and I loved the tea. Everything was made with care. Each topping was put on top of the ice cream like the owner was making it for himself. It was actually pretty impressive. Although it wasn’t crazy cheap, I actually felt like we got our money’s worth, which is pretty rare for me when visiting any sort of a treat place like this. We will definitely go back when we visit Madison.

Came for a visit to this town for our anniversary. We are Tea lovers! This was on the back side of the park where we stayed and we really wanted to stop in. losed on Sunday? Really? The best day to visit for out of town customers and locals? Wish we could have made it inside.

The best Matcha Milk Tea + Boba I’ve had in my life, even beating out multiple shops in Chinatown, NYC. So many yummy flavors and options, including some shelves of delicious mochi & Japanese snacks! They have sweetest owners ever, 10/10 would recommend if you’re from Madison, or even out of town!

First of all, this place is cheap! $4 for a tea! Heck yeah. The vibe of this place was awesome. Clean, roomy building with cute tables/decor and a couch to sit on. Also room to sit outside. Great music was playing, TV was on. They also had some cool products you could buy. The actual tea was DELICIOUS! Owners were very kind and explained what each type of tea was which was helpful because I’d never had it before. I went with the “popping” boba tea. It was pretty unique. Great flavor. Finally some place different to go to! hope Madison keeps this place up!

Friendly staff, lots of variety, very tasty!Their drinks can come with a sealed lid you can take with you on the go and not worry about spilling in the car.They also have a small variety of various east Asian snacks for purchase.

I was here for my daughters birthday party and had no idea what to get or what half of the stuff on the menu was. The guy and girl working were an absolute joy. They gave me a sample of all kinds of drinks until I found something I enjoyed. The Pineapple, peach, mango smoothie was delicious and refreshing. Cant say enough good things about Ca and Anna!

I stopped by a while back with my sister. She raved about this place! I had an almond-coffee tea (IIRC) with coffee jellies, on par or better than what I get at home, made to order. The service was fast, the workers/owners were extremely nice, and the inside is a cozy little hangout. Ill definitely come back if Im in the area again.

The only place to find bobba tea, within an hour drive. They keep expanding drink selection and now carry hot drinks and ice cream. The drinks are good and the ice cream is super rich. They also carry asian snacks and trinkets. They will also give you a sample of anything so you dont buy something you dont like.
