Overall, an excellent exceptional experience at Carplex. I was undecided about making a decision on a car. I knew that I truly wanted a BMW, but could not make a decision between the 328i or 528i. Marcus was very patient and extremely knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision that was right for me!I bought a 328i (2007) for a great price with only 25k miles on it. It was hassle free as they know how to take care of all the paperwork. All what I needed to do is say which car I wanted and they took care of the rest.Marcus is very knowledgeable about the product and explained every bit of it during the test drive. It was a pleasant experience. If I buy another car in future, I would definitely go for bmw and specifically to Carplex.I will totally refer my friends to Carplex, for I know that they will get the same exceptional experience as I did.Thank you so much guys!
I bought a vehicle from this dealership, they are top of the line!! From personality to sales representation to prices, they were phenomenal. As soon as they heard of my approval I immediately received a phone call. I am truly amazed on how they put their skills to work. I would definitely refer someone to purchase a car from this dealer.
Excellent overall experience. Was apprehensive at first, but after I got to see the car and work out a great deal, I was so glad that I stopped in. They arent the biggest used car dealer in town, but their cars are clean and their prices are low. Give them a shot. You just might find the car you are looking for at a great price ... like I did! I paid for my car in cash, but it was good to know that they offered financing as well.
The best car buying experience ever, They made it so easy for me.traded in my old car for 2010 BMW 328 in great condition at the best price ever..and it comes with 3 months warranty. I love the fact that they dont pressure you. I highly recommend it to everyone A++ :)
First off - Sam is amazing and very amusing! My husband searched online and found the specific car he wanted at Carplex. I went with him and was looking at getting a new car too but I had requirements for interior, exterior, and so on. Most importantly I had a payment amount I wanted to be at. Sam worked to find cars that met my requirements and worked to get me the payment I needed also. I had a great experience and will recommend them to everyone.
This dealership might as well file for bankruptcy, they have the nastiest attitude and as a service member I would discourage any branch of the military service to do business with them. They have poor customer service, poor business ethics and they feel that having cars on the lot means that they are making a sale . They are dishonest and lack the experience of doing business in a customer friendly environment. Car gurus should separate themselves from the dealership if they would like to maintain a sound and credible referral service . Like I said they should go ahead and file for bankruptcy because of poor service and unethical behavior .
I wrote a review about 3 weeks ago when I initially brought my 2006 BMW 3 series that was great but after having my vehicle shut off on me on a major high while going to work and AC system not working on the hottest days in Florida was not what I was expecting. The issue that I was aware of from Markus the sale rep was that the passenger window on the driver side would not role down which (my husband) fixed was the only problem I was aware of, but after taking my car to Fields BMW and them telling me that the clutch was bad and that it would cost me $671.00 which I got no help paying even after only having my car for 3 weeks and having to pay my car note in about less then a day was the worst thing that can happen to someone that was thinking they where getting a great vehicle. I would not recommend no one to spend there hard working money just to spend more money fixing up a vehicle that should have had nothing wrong wit it in the first place.!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
I drove all the way from Tampa almost 2 hours to check out a Mercedes E350 . The vehicle was as described and better. Marcus the General Manager was delightful, and made my experience smooth...He got me a loan within minutes and an interest rate lower than my bank.. I am very satisfied with the car and Carplex.. I would highly recommend them.. Thank you again Marcus..
Just purchased a Lexus from Carplex. It was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience Ive ever had. They went above and beyond to help me through the process. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality pre-owned high end vehicle to stop by this dealership. They have prompt and friendly service, even delivered the car for me. It was a pleasure meeting everyone there. I took several of their business cards with me so that I can mention Carplex to my friends. Thanks guys, I love my new car!
Great car buying experience. I recently bought a BMW 535i from this dealership and I was well taken cared of. The car is absolutely fantastic, its been about 2 weeks and I still cant believe that its mine. Everything I wanted and for a price that I could not find anywhere, and I looked for about 2 months or so. Jacob and Sam seem to love cars as much as I do and were great to work with. So good in fact, that I took my wife there recently and guess what? Another AWESOME experience!!!! but I wont go into that now, Ill stick to mine :). I will edit this post if anything changes.Jacob, Sam, Thank you gentlemen! for making my car buying experience a nice and smooth one. Ill be back for my Telsa one day lol!
I initially had a good experience when buying the car from Marcus and Sam. But after the deal was done that experience changed very quickly. On my first day to work in my new BMW the car suddenly turned off on I4 and stated Drivetrain malfunction. I immediately dropped the car off at Fields BMW only to find out that the warranty they said I was getting wasnt all they said it to be.When buying this car I was told it was up to date on all service records but at Fields, the service advisor said the car was 20,000 miles past due on basic service.Marcus sold me the car with a missing lug-nut (on a 30k car, really???) every time I call they say Dont worry were taking care of it. and then I never hear from them. I am very nervous to find out what they have to say at Fields BMW..Be very careful when buying a car from this place!!! They will promise you everything most of which are lies. Like This car comes with 2 key fobs! Thats $500 value then you buy the car and they say My bad there is only 1 key fob, dont worry Ill get you another one. Lies!
Purchased a BMW X5 on January 14, 2017. Drive the vehicle for two days prior to going in a one week cruise. When I returned the back of the car dropped. Every road I drove on, it felt like I drove in a bumpy road it most felt like I was about to fly out of the car. I went back to them and informed them of this. In so many words I got, well you purchased a used car, what did you expect. Well I purchased a used car before and nothing like this happened in such a short period of time. The cost of the repair was almost 1700. I had to pay half . I guess they think I should ve ok with that. I must say I am fortunate to have the money. For all of you out here STAY AWAY. Jacob will come across nice, once you purchase he will have no time for you. Sam is your typical USED car guy. If you want something good, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....I continue to have issue after issue with this truck. Unfortunately I am not able to get out of my obligation at this time. My suggestion to you is to turn around and go to a better dealership
Buying my range rover from carplex was an amazing decision. The people who helped me were very helpful and kind. I wouldnt change anything about my experience.
I purchased my Infiniti G37 from Carplex, and had a great experience. Marko and Markus were a pleasure to work with. They made sure to explain all the fine details and answered any questions I had. The whole process went very smoothly. I drove 2 hours from out of town and it was well worth the trip. In no time I was driving my dream car home! I would recommend Carplex to anyone on the market for a car.
Thank you to Robbie and Sam for getting me into a 2010 Mercedes-Benz GLK350 4Matic. It was a quality product at a fair price that beat out comparable vehicles in the area. These guys stayed late and took their time to make sure every phase of the car-buying process was executed correctly. I would recommend Carplex to anyone looking for a good deal on a quality automobile.
I had a wonderful buying experience. However, I have not had my car for one year and it has been a NIGHTMARE. I have had to make multiple, expensive repairs, none of which the warranty covers because conveniently, everything that breaks is due to a component that is not covered. Now, the cars ENGINE needs to be replaced and GWC warranty will not pay for it. So basically I am making a car payment now for a car that is worthless and useless, and I will probably have to have it repossessed and file for bankruptcy. DO NOT BUY HERE AND DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY! THEY COVER NOTHING!!!
I was at the Carplex car dealer at Maitland today and their service was excellent without pressure. I went in for some questions and came out with a 2010 E350 Mercedes Benz. Thumbs up to the general manager Markus C, and also Marko, and Sam. They are great guys and I hope to work with them again.Elias A.
I brought BMW 528i 2008 by 14 months ago no problen Markus & Marco finding a good Financial for me better than my bank . I think I am gone be around there again bye another car.
Markus and Marko are the best, I showed up out of the blue and they made sure i got in the vehicle i fell in love with. These guys work really fast to make sure you can get on your way, I highly recommend CarPlex to anyone buying a car.
I don’t ever write reviews, the experience I had with CarPlex and the Owner Sam was one that is worth writing about. We went into his dealership; he was more than attentive to our needs. We ended up buying a Mercedes GL. He made sure that the vehicle was perfect for us to take home. If you’re in the market for a great price on a luxury vehicle, Go visit CarPlex! You will not regret it!!!
The Best Dealer In Town Sam Was A Great Guy TO Deal And He Made The Deal Easy And Im So Happy With The Car I will My Car Again Thanks.
Where to begin....I purchased a lemon from Carplex. They buy their cars from Auction. They will tell you that all of their cars go through an extensive check before auction but they are still sold at auction because other reputable dealers can not sell them on their lots. After I found out I had bought a lemon I called Carplex to see what they could do for me. They offered the repairs at cost...I found 4 problems with this car with in the first week I bought it. Transmission, A/C, Tire Pressure System, and the straw that broke the camels back the engine. If I were to add all of the repairs up it would have cost me well over $12,000-$14,000. After I just spent $17,200 on this 2009 Honda Accord EX-L. If you are considering purchasing a car from Carplex think to yourself, why does this dealership have all of these BMWs, Mercedes, and other high end cars on this lot....its because they are purchased from auction at the cheapest cost and sold high as great used cars. If you really must buy a car from here do your home work. Test drive the car for well over 30 minutes. Use all of the knobs, listen to the radio, use the A/C and heat and drive the thing like you already own it. I wish I did. Dont trust anything they say and use your own gut to determine if it is the right thing to buy. If the owner comes out just tell him to go back into his office. I told him I was involved in a car accident and I had used my breaks because I knew I was going to get hit. He laughed at me and told me never to press my breaks and to stop drinking!! Can you believe that? He had the nerve to insult me and accuse me of drinking while driving, while I was waiting to buy a car from him. I would never tell my worst enemy to buy a car from Carplex. Even after all of this I told them I was going to sell the car and they must of decided to just keep the money for the registration as I have yet to receive my cars registration. Shady, shady, shady. There are plenty of other dealerships out there. Save your time, money and frustration. And when you walk into the dealership and they say that the negative review about them is coming from a pain the butt customer, know that I called and tried to communicate with them respectfully. They got their money and that is all they care about.
This didnt even deserve a star worst Customer service you can possibly get they will reel you in with bait and switch and then get upset when you catch on to their little scam.. very dishonest . I repeat do not go to this dealer unprofessional and you will waste your time.
I saw a listing for a 2011 VW GTI from Carplex and I could already tell this dealership was better than most in town. The photos of the vehicles were great, the detail they go into on every car listing was above average, and most important, the employees were great. Ive dealt with a few larger dealerships before I came across Carplex, and none of the larger dealerships returned my calls, even when I applied online. In order to get in touch with them I had to constantly call and ask for my sales person, who usually just told me he will call me back soon. However, at Carplex I got a call the next day after submitting an online application. My sales person was Marko. He was honest, informative, and always returned my calls / e-mails within 30 minutes. Not to mention he never once pressured me into buying anything. I also dealt with Markus the sales manager, and he too was kind and really helped me get the car I wanted. What really shows that Carplex is better than the rest of these dealerships, is that they actually continue to provide amazing customer service even after you purchase the car. Every other dealership i went to treated me poorly after they got my money. I will most definitely come back to Carplex for my next car, and Im already recommending people to try them.
Bought a 335i back then with 100k warranty that doesnt exist. Marcus was a cool guy but he doesnt keep his end of the deal. 10 miles of fuel when picked up, worn out tires, valve cover gasket was also cracked and was leaking oil with a terrible smell. I asked him to fix my rear turning light, he always promised to but told me to take it to BMW because it was under warranty and when I called they said it wasnt so I had to pay for that out of pocket as well. Check the car thoroughly before you buy. Finally got rid of the car today and went to an honest dealership. Originally I gave him 5 stars because he was pretty cool and asked me to. I thought all was well with car until I found out and havent edited this till now.
Best dealership experience ive had I purchased a VW CC, Marko and Markus very professional on knowledgeable staff. They treat you as house guest sometimes i forgot i was even at a dealership, they dont pressure you into anything and make sure you get the best deal possible. They will show the current car fax and not an old one when the car had like 5 miles on it. They have a lot of luxury cars here and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a great affordable car.
I bought a 2009 BMW X5 from the owner, Sam, at Carplex FL in Maitland. Although you wont be wowed with a state of the art dealer complex, the ultimate goal of receiving a quality vehicle at a great price (CarGurus pricing speaks for itself) was achieved. Sam runs a small and lean operation which translates to cheaper vehicles from reduced overhead costs. Sam is also a straight shooter and immediately pointed out any cosmetic flaws I should be aware of on each vehicle. If you are in the market for a used luxury vehicle, I highly recommend stopping in to Carplex in Maitland, FL and speaking with Sam.
Great people.Honest and good deals.
Were very happy repeat buyers, originally buying a 2008 BMW 335i back in 2012 (and still driving her today). We came back and purchased a very like-new 2012 Infiniti G37 still under the original factory warranty at an extremely good price. They know their cars, dont pressure you into just buying something and overall just make the process so much easier. Weve been looking at their inventory for a while and missed a beautiful 2011 black on black BMW X5 and black 2010 Range Rover, my advice is if youre interested dont wait. The Infiniti we bought didnt even have pictures on the site yet before we swooped it up. Even if you miss the car you wanted, theyll have another one youll want even more soon. Well be back when Im ready to upgrade the 335i. :)
Exellent Service and Good Quality Vehicles at a good price.:)
I have never been more pleased and happy with a car dealership before. Not only was Marko kind and willing to work with my tight and strict budget, he continued to work and would not stop until he made sure I was able to get into the car that i fell in love with. Marko and the rest of staff at carplex were so kind and willing to help me. Each of the staff members help make sure i drove off with my new car. I could not be more happy with my purchase and will be recommending carplex to all my family and friends!!!!!!
I just went and brought my Infiniti G37 at Carplex and what a GREAT experience. They werent pushy sales men and got me out of the car I was upset down on & into my favorite car at a great price. They have a small staff but have a soild grip of product knowledge, and working with Markcus and Marko felt as if they were working for me instead of trying to get the best deal for their own pockets....If you want to buy a used luxury car there isnt a better place to go!
If you are considering purchasing an automobile from this dealership, first understand you are being lied to and then take it to a mechanic for a full and extensive check. I purchased a 2008 BMW 328i with 62K miles in December 2013. They told me it still was under the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty and anything that broke would be fixed, which was a lie. I drove it and was happy with the overall look and quality. Then I made the mistake of purchasing it.On the forth day I had the car an engine coil in the 1st cylinder went bad. I took it to fields and they told me not only was the Certified Pre-Owned warranty expired but they had found $2,500 of recommended repairs. Carplex ended up paying for the dead coil and the tensioner belt during the incident.I have had my car for a little over 3 months and have put 3,500 miles on it. Here are the additional repairs I have had to do...so far:1) Replace rear passenger side window regulator2) Replace engine coil in cylinder #23) Replace engine coil in cylinder #54) Replace all spark plugs5) Replace rubber trim above windshield6) Replace axillary water pumpAll in all there has been a combined $1,500 in repairs to this car in the first 90 days, not to mention it has been in the shop a combined 8 days. If I had the Fields dealership do the repairs it would have been triple that. The product they were selling me was misrepresented and I was lied. When given the list of items the dealership recommended for repair 4 days after I purchased the car they still haggled with me and were not will to repair everything even though they had lied about the Certified Pre-Owned designation.Just because the brands they carry are high end, doesnt mean the service you get is going to be high end. Be prepared to add an additional $2-$5K in repair costs to the list price of the car.
Purchased a 328xi, great experience, great car! Recommended!
Staff is very friendly and do whatthey can to get you into that new car!! Very pleased
Originally I felt like I was getting a pretty good deal on the Land Rover LR3 that I purchased there. The fuel gauge showed that it was on empty and the sales rep and owner said that they would fix that for me prior to the deal being done. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and waited for the car to be ready for me to pick it up. They then said that the repair was going to be more than they thought it was going to be and that they were going to have to charge me another $500 after I had already signed all of the purchase paperwork. It seemed pretty shady and messed up after they had told me they would have that taken care of and then make me pay extra but I didnt have much choice at that point so I said fine. 6 months later, the same issue has occurred and the dealership is trying to pawn me off on the repair people that he took it to. They said it wouldnt be under warranty anymore which I thought was odd since Sam from Carplex told me they put in a brand new Fuel Tank. I was then told by the repair shop that Sam had them put a used fuel tank in. Bait and switch, well done Carplex! Dont ever buy a car from these guys. Next step, better business bureau.
Inaccurate/false information provided about the car. Sales rep very unprofessional.
Don bought a Black Chevy pickup!
I’ve never been myself but I see nice and newer cars there I’ll be getting my next car from there
They have cars you can buy them
