This place is a rip off they dont fix anything. They never give you a answer on anything .My car has been giving problems since I got it .It took me a month to get the car because they where fixing it up so I wouldnt have any problems with it and it broke down on the highway a month later and been giving me problems ever since nobody can give a straight answer took it to a real mechanic and they said this car has so many problems so now Im stuck with a car payment for a car I cant even drive.plllleeeaaasssseee stay away from these crooks.I usually dont do reviews but on these guys I had to so beware of the slick talking because these guys are the worst I repeat the worst in there industry

I purchased a 2012 from here through Francisco. From the moment I started looking at the vehicles here I knew this place was not like normal Buy Here Pay Here dealerships. They are a no pressure dealership. You walk around and look at the vehicles they have and once you find one you like, go into the office and ask for a sales associate. I dealt with Francisco, and he is extremely well manner and professional. I was originally looking at an Acura TSX Sportwagen, and he gave me the keys to test drive it. I was surprised he didnt want to come along for the ride. He just took a copy of my license and sent me on my way. I like the car a lot and was doing some research on it after i left the lot. As I was leaving I saw a 2012 Volvo XC70 wagon. I inquired about that vehicle too and researched it as well. We all know that Honda and Volvo both make reliable vehicles so I had my work cut out for me to figure out which vehicle I would like more. During this entire process, Francisco did not call me or contact me with out me contacting him first. As everyone knows dealing with dealerships, they bombard you with phone calls and emails, and try to get you to buy a vehicle before you leave the lot. Well not this dealership and I greatly appreciate it that as it allowed me to look at other Volvo XC70s and dealerships. I went with Orlando Car Deals on the fact they worked with me on financing, and are very close to my house, before I purchased the vehicle I asked if they would do the brakes and they said yes, I also had them replaced my serpentine belt as that was due. Then after 3 weeks my battery died completely and they replaced that for me. This was a great help to me as this would had easily cost me a few thousand dollars in repair bills. The only thing I did was get an alignment as they didnt have a machine to do it, and bought some nice tires for it. This is a great dealership for anyone looking to buy a good vehicle. The sales manager is Marshall, and Brody is the front desk clerk who takes care of the customers after purchasing a vehicle. Marshall works very hard to get you financing for the vehicle you wish to purchase, and Brody takes care of any issues you may have with the vehicle. They have a full mechanic shop on site with well trained mechanics. I wish I knew the mechanic that worked on my Volvo as he was very good and extremely nice. I can honestly not say enough about this dealership and how great it is dealing with them.

Santos was absolutely amazing. After dealing with Kia, 3 buy here pay here and a credit car dealership. I was relieved from stress because I don’t have credit at all first time financing a car. But I drove off the lot less than an hour not only did Santo put my 6 children and i in an incredible car he went above and beyond. He called around for quotes for insurance companies. I was skeptical of the place based on the bad reviews all saying the cars are all broken down. I did it anyways and the 1st night i had problems. I was mad at myself. They stepped up and sent my car to get fixed and gave me 3 different loaner cars until mine was done. Each loaner car broke down but they work hard to make things right.UPDATEafter being 22 days past due on my monthly payment i woke up to my car being repossessed. No letter, email or phone call.I called 11 days after having my car took to get it back and was told no by them. They said i had 10 days not 11I was told thats how they do it and if i want the car back i needed to make my payment plus a 50 late charge and 250 repo fee.I put 2500 down and made 3 500 payments. They are crooks and buyer beware! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE

I got in contact with them because I was interested in a vehicle I saw online and after speaking to the guy and giving him a little bit of my information he let me know that I should probably shop around for a loan and even gave me some suggestions rather than telling me I should come in there because his rates would be higher. His honesty is what led me to do some more research and find my current vehicle. He told me straight up that if he never heard from me again to leave him a good review so thats exactly what Im doing. Its people like this that make the car buying experience less stressful and Im truly grateful for the honesty he provided. I have been a Customer to this Dealership for about a year and have waited to be able to give an accurate and honest feedback to this Company on not only their customer service but also on the Vehicle that I have purchased from them back in April of last year. I purchased my lovely Mazda 6 2010 from William who was an amazing salesman and was able to make it happen for me I was excited because this was my very first car purchase. The process was smooth and easy and i was out of there with my new car in no time. Now after having my lovely new vehicle for about 3ish weeks I’ve noticed there had what seemed to be like an issue with the passenger side wheel because the car would take more to the right i thought maybe it would need an alignment but it was actually the tire. Now I did bring my car back to them and explained the situation they were very quick to go ahead and have their “tire expert” take a look at my wheels. After about 40 min I was told all they did was fill em up a little bit more but that the tires themselves were actually ok, so I said ok! Take there word for it. Now after that I was still continuing to have this issue so as a last resort i took it into Discount Tire and was told that the wheel from the passenger side was actually so messed up from damage on the side that if I would of driven on it any longer it could of caused me a huge problem so I ended up changing 3 of the 4 tires the car originally came with. This was only the tip of the iceberg with the car. I noticed after sometime that the windshield actually had 3 cracks in it lol, I didn’t notice it at first of course because i was worried about everything else when buying the car (first time buyer problems) anyway I also mentioned that to someone and it seemed like they just brushed it off luckily my Insurance was able to get that covered for me so I replaced the windshield at ease. Now also there was an issue with the dash looking like it was actually melting? I had pieces of the dash and black smudge all over my drivers wheel from it so I googled this issue after some research I learned that my car specifically had THREE recalls the airbags and as well as the melting dashboard.. luckily I was able to take my car into the Mazda dealership and had that repaired at no cost to me, another error they failed to let me know or just didn’t bother to look into. Now here we are year 2020 and realistically it has not been that long since I’ve owned my car and it has broken down now 7 times this year during the pandemic which makes matters worse. I took it in to Pep Boys for a new Battery and that seemed to fix the issue since my car always wouldn’t start. After the new battery again it wouldn’t start after a couple weeks so then I was advise to go ahead and take it in for a new Alternator which Marshall the owner agreed to get done for me at a very reasonable price, prior to me already spending 360 dollars at Sheelers Auto in Apopka for fixing a major coolant leak that was causing my car to overheat. Once I got the call to come finally pick up my vehicle from the shop at the Dealership I signed my paperwork paid the $300 for the fix got my keys and went to my car to my surprise once again.. did not start. Lol now this made no sense to me my car was being fixed getting the new alternator put in and it didn’t start? Which led me to believe no one took the time to actually double check my car knowing the issues I have been having.. so I marched right back inside to the front desk and i wish I would of caught that young mans name up front that just seemed to always give me an attitude as if I’m bothering him and told him my car STILL IS NOT STARTING!!! we quickly went to go grab one of the mechanics and came to look at it to then come back inside and tell me “the last guy that worked on your car seems like he didn’t charge your battery” are you kidding me! I was absolutely beyond INFURIATED at this point and was told i had to wait an hour for a full charge. After that i took my car IMMEDIATELY back to pep boys where my original battery was installed

I’ve had so many lemons in my short life and dealt with so many shady dealers but let me just say, this place gave me some hope! Santos got me into a car that fits my style for a great down payment! I’m not big on what the full price is, as long as it lasts through the payments, twice that. And thankfully Santos got me into the most reliable car I’ve ever had. I’m so satisfied, I’ve told my friends about it. I had plan on paying cash with no financing and the salesperson would not let us test drive a vehicle without a credit application. You cannot say that everyone is approved when not everyone is approved. I wasnt approved. Im a college graduate with a full-time job (been with the company almost 3 years), and no bad credit, just slowly building credit. And no matter what they tell you, they do pull a hard credit check (I have credit monitoring). That alone has prevented me from having the ability to go somewhere else to make a better car purchase. Not really a big picture way of doing business considering my age and how many cars I will likely buy in my lifetime.

Orlando Car Deals tried to make this deal work for both parties. We corrected all the issues she had with the car even though the car was purchased As/is. We paid for a new set of tires, mounting and balance, offered to pay for an oil change. Then when the car experienced an issue with the power steering hose that was just replace by Pep Boys we had the car towed back to Pep Boys and repaired at no cost to the customer. Understanding her wanting to return the car we also tried to make that work. This negative review caused me to reconsider unwinding the deal and continuing to help her. I realized no matter what we do she is going to be ungrateful and feel entitled to a full refund. You get what you give and in this case I have given enough. Thats just perry Orlando Car Deals. After reading the story aired on Channel 9, I would not do business with you guys solely based on the managers statement and not the customers review. I feel that is unprofessional and unlike a professional business decision based on the managers statement. Show some empathy. It should not be an eye for an eye. Do whats right and you will be rewarded.

Worst experience EVER!!!! Horrible service I’m so upset with my purchase I just purchased a vehicle test drove it and was told ok let’s go call your insurance company and let’s get the vehicle. So I did I purchased the vehicle now the same day the car stopped on me while I was driving none the less it is roach infested I’m so disgusted with my purchase. We had a horrible weather and it did nothing but rain when I got into the vehicle I had leaks everywhere coming from the roof I’m so disappointed with myself for letting them take advantage of me with buying a vehicle I knew nothing about. I had to give a star so I put 1 if there wasn’t any stars I can write down I would put that instead. Just being honest. 🧐😔

My daughter bought a BIG LEMON from this dealership. I wish she would’ve told me before she sign that agreement. The car she bought has been nothing but mechanical headache. She’s wasted time and money . She lost two weeks of pay from work dealing with this car and dealership. Today on her way to work her brakes started to fail . The pads and rotors are in dire need to be changed . She bought this BIG LEMON only two months ago and it’s constantly giving her problems . So if you’re going to buy at the Lemon dealership have someone that’s knowledgeable with cars cause they say their cars are inspected and that’s all bull . Whatever car they sell do your homework on it . My next step is the media

Man..my girl gotta a dodge (charger) from this place. Smh..it looks good, sounds good until you turn it or hit a bumps and the smell of burning fluid along with humming and grunting noise...I dunno. Not complaining we knew coming in what was what. But damn just googling what it possibly can be pr ranging $600 - $1100 depending where I take it. As a single mother working and going to school full time, it’s a struggle financially and time wise to pay for things as many of us know. I purchased a vehicle back in Sept/Oct. 2018 from Orlando Car deals with only a little bit of money to offer and in desperation because we all know how it is commuting with Lynx! (YUCK.) Santos was the salesman & was super nice and helpful the entire time. I came to them with the price of the car they wanted down, fees for tags and got the insurance set up. I drove off with my Red Baby the same day happy as ever. I was making payments on time consecutively up until I suddenly had to move and bills got a little tighter. With that being said, my payments haven’t been on time as I would like but they always work with me. You call them and let them know, they’ll do anything they can to help you! Times got really tough and my car got repo’d April/May 2019. (after they were in constant contact trying to find a way to save me from having it taken.) I, of course, was devastated but again, they worked with me and I got my car back within I want to say a day or 2 after the fact. I have run into a few issues mechanical wise and they’re quick to get you in and fixed. My car broke down June 2019 and I had to have it towed through my insurance to my home (I pretend like I’m in Fast n Furious and my shifter gear thingy mcbob broke 😬). I called Marshall and explained to him what happened, Steve came, towed it and they fixed it that same day! Unfortunate situations happen all the time and we stress ourselves out trying to figure out how we’re going to pay this and that but if you’re just upfront and honest with people, they will work with you. Trust me! I am forever grateful for Orlando Car Deals I couldn’t do it without them so thank you for everything!! 👍🏼

5/24/2018.I am so very disappointed in how I was misled by GARY. I came into the dealership with the intent to purchase a car. I shared everything with him about my background and GARY shared how much I would qualify for. HE told me I was approved and good to GO!On the day that I was coming in to purchase my car GARY changed the story, I just paid $66.00 for a cab to get to the dealership and NOW he has to wait for bank approval!!REALLY? So I explain to him that based on our first conversation, I am on my way!Once I get there not only did the PRICE change on the car, BUT once I get into the 2008 Lexus, the check engine light was on and the car was making a LOUD noise!!GARY tried to pretend that he hadnt seen the check engine light previous when he had shared that he had driven the car home several times. Come on, are you serious!! I asked if he could call the owner to give me a loaner car until today while they fixed or put me into another car better, his RUDE remark was, this is a dealership, we dont do that!! REALLY, but the dealership lets the employees drive the cars home everyday?? But, you wouldnt offer the same service to a BUYING customer!!So, at that point I am stuck because I have no ride home and not about to purchase a car in that condition!! GARY argues with me that it is LATE and I dont have to be desperate and just take the car!! NO empathy or compassion whatsoever! He basically kicked me out of the dealership and I had to walk home because I didnt have any more money for cab fare. I believe that if I wasnt a African american WOMAN he would not have treated me that way!!I would NEVER recommend this shady & unprofessional place to my WORSE enemy!!

First I was very excited to do business with Orlando car Deals after speaking to John on the phone! I explained to him my situation and he told me he was willing to work with me! I arrived and John was a total different person. He spoke to me very nasty and when I asked to speak to the boss! The boss too was very nasty towards me! I felt like they where treated like I was nothing! They were very rude towards me because I was a young Black female and lied on me a to me! Still through it all I remained calm and respectful and he said I was yelling! If you dont have a million dollars in your pocket they will treat you like your nothing!

Santos answered and after explaining my situation he put me on hold and had a chat with his boss and came back and told me as long as everything comes back as I explained that I would be approved 100%. Orlando Car Deals is the best and I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend going there!!! My husband and I were looking for a 2nd car and were frustrated with other dealerships. We went on October 11 and worked with Will ( he is fantastic!!!) and drove away with a 2014 Chrysler 200 the same day. Will really gave his all to make sure we were happy!!! I drove 2 hours from Clearwater to look at a car. It was everything promised and more than I expected. Make sure to ask for Gary. Please stay away from Orlando car deals I finance a impala ss it was a lemon when drove it off lot ran good next when drive engine light came on oil leak like crazy valve cover gasket leaking had to replace to radiator hose my coolant fan wasn’t working I’m sorry that not how u sell a car .
