I generally maintain my vehicles myself but when my 28,000 mile Expedition stopped blowing cold, Ryan at Peacock got a new evaporator installed within a week, still under manufacturer warranty. And we had a good discussion about the notorious cam phaser issue with these Fords so Ill be back to Peacock when that day comes. Now if only someone could explain how such a new vehicle could have an evaporator leak. Ugh. So far so good Peacock! Thanks Ryan!

Jose Cespedes did an excellent job showing us the Lincoln we came to see. He explained all of the technology and options on the car. We felt very comfortable and he gave us many opportunities to ask our questions. He made sure we had transportation to get some lunch while our new car was being detailed. Jason helped us with the financing and everything went very easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend Peacock Ford!

I’ve been going to Peacock since it was Don Reid, bought one of my previous Ford Focus from here.I’m not the guy to set appointments, I was able to drive in and Tom was able to fit me into the week’s schedule, for Oil Change, Tire Rotation, 4 Wheel rotor Turn, brake and coolant flush.The shuttle service was great and the driver was awesome. I recently purchased a very well kept F150 from a good friend. He highly recommended the service advisor he had used for over 10 years, Lyman. The level of customer service at this dealership has always been 5 star for me since beginning to work with them this year. I feel that the quality of work they do in their shop is first class and comes with a 2 year guarantee. But I want to especially recognize Lyman for the way he worked with me through the whole process of a more serious repair. Lyman is very knowledgeable and worked closely with me every step of the way. He communicated with me regularly during the process through phone, text and email and went out of his way to explain details and offer options rather than try to sell me on a solution. I called 10 days in advance to have my F250 Diesel looked at due to a Fuel Pressure Low message. Upon arriving at the dealership on the morning of my appointment, 7:30 on the 7th, I was told that they would get to it when they could get to it due to having only one diesel mechanic. When I asked then what was the purpose of having an appointment I was told - dont know - but do you want to leave it or not? Didnt have a choice due to the message and the engine light on. Then had to call everyday to get an update. Finally after a week - my appointment was fulfilled..

I met a gentleman the day before who told me,, You bring your car in here,, leave it all day an I will make sure it gets fixed. My car, a 2019 Edge ST had used a tank of gas in 160 miles and through on the check engine light.I went in the am and met Heather, I had no appointment, she couldnt figure out who I spoke to. Who would dare tell me that they would fix my car; then her coworker realized it was her boss the Service Manager,Everyone stepped up to help this lost sole from NY, to fix my vehicle and get back home.I will be forever grateful for Heather and Peacock Ford.I was in Florida visiting my son and daughter in law at their new house. You know that part when you buy the car and the finance guy or the “manager” sits you down and tries to hard sell you a bunch of stuff; but you really just want to leave and go get stuck in traffic in your new car?DIdn’t happen. I went into Peacock as my ford fusion was giving me a check brake warning. It was about $150 to get a brake diagnostic done to identify the problem and the test came up inconclusive. Kind of a tough situation to bring it in, pay for a test and not get anything fixed or a specific problem identified -That being said, customer service and the technicians walked me through all of the potential problems and what the costs would be to fix them in the event that I needed to bring it back in. They told me that I wouldn’t need to pay for a diagnostic again if these brake problems came back up and i particularly appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me to replace a part that they weren’t 100% sure I needed fixed.Thanks for the great service!

I tried calling the service department multiple times for over 5 hours and no one answered. I then called the sales department twice and explained no one was answering in service so the person was able to set me up an appointment for an oil change. I arrived at the scheduled time and waited for over 2 hours without them doing anything. They only started doing the oil change after I went and complained. Not one other customer came in during those 2 hours I was waiting. I will never go here again

My great experience began over the phone with Emanuel Perez who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Upon arriving at the dealership to look at a specific truck, it was clear that they wanted our business. The truck was pulled up front and ready for a test drive. The whole process was very efficient and Emanuel was very personal and thorough. The Finance Manager, Jason, was very pleasant & we never felt like we were getting jerked around. I’ve purchased about 20 cars over the years and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Was in & out with a new truck (and had a trade-in) in under 2 1/2 hours! Highly recommend!

It was the easiest purchase of a vehicle that I ever experience. The finance manager was great he worked hard to get me the best deal in the best interest rate from different banks even my own bank. Horrible dealership! Our Bumper to Bumper Ford Warranty is a joke. Most problems are not covered? Bumper to Bumper? Also we were not told at buying the Warranty that there is a $100 deductible each issue. Example; a tail light went out and they were going to replace the whole defective assembly. $250.00 ($100 deductible) and still not sure it was covered. I researched the part $64 and it took 20 minutes to replace. Brake sensor $47 part but $100 deductible. We had that done but never again. We were robbed of the cost of the Joke Warranty. Buyer beware. No Covid-19 safety either. My wifes service appointment took 2.5 hours. The customer care car wash is always down, what a joke. Did I mention this is a Horrible Dealership?

I brought my car in for a 7:30 am appointment for a Ford recall. I was told that it would take an hour to repair and I would receive a call. Almost 3 hours later, I called them. The man said that they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have the part. When I made the appointment, they told me they did! After waiting on hold, I was informed that the part was actually there and the tech was working on my car at that moment. I went to pick up my car and had to WAIT again for the job to be done. Needless to say I was not impressed with the service I received.

Terrible communication! My truck sat for a week waiting to be worked on and was told it may be another week before it would even be touched. After several days with no updates I tried calling in to find out what was going on. It took 2 days and 6-8 calls to get thru to a person. Then was given some information and told I would get a call back and never got one. Pulled my truck out and took it to a different dealership and got much better service and communication!

I generally dont like dealerships. You can usually get the same service, if not better service from independent service places (especially for trucks). Peacock Ford is the exception to the rule. They have fixed what other dealerships have messed up, and been more than helpful on many occasions. They they greet you with Welcome as you walk through the door, you will quickly feel that they mean it.

Nicole and Peacock Ford have been a pleasure to deal with ever since we purchased out expedition. The assistant with having non-warranty dents fixed at a great price by one of there vendors was awesome. The repairs to the 3 dents you would only notice if you looked close and I told you where to look. I could not ask for better for the speed and value at which they got it fixed. The vendor does amazing work and I would use again in a heartbeat (having kids I probably will have too lol). Took a 2017 Ford Edge in for an engine diagnosis, paid ~$150 to hear that my head gasket was bad and I needed a whole engine replacement.What is it, Ford? Do you admit that my 2.0L Ecoboost is faulty, or are you sticking to the story that its a head gasket replacement that will cost me ~$7,500 to fix? Either version of the story does not make me believe that a four year old vehicle should require an almost $8k repair, after you issued a TSB about the fault.My tech/advisor did nothing other than give me my vehicle back after the (additional) day it took to dell me I needed an expensive repair. The only redeeming factor was the additional tech that told me I might want to contact Ford Corporate to address the long block failure and how close I was to being outside of my powertrain warranty.Shame on you, Ford. My four year old vehicle should not require a new motor to function. Id have better luck biking to work at this rate.
