I highly recommend this dealership to anyone trying to buy a car locally. Fare prices. There were several issues that occurred with my vehicle within the first few days of owning it. The first issue was the gear shifter kept jamming. The dealership fixed with no issues. The other was an unknown issue. Which I took care of myself. Its a used vehicle and issues will occur. Overall my experience has been nothing but positive with this place.

I recently bought a vehicle from Malden Auto Brokers and my experience was superb to say the least. I flew from out of state and they went out of their way to pick me up at the airport, they removed a window tint as I requested, and even set up everything for handling the bill of sale, he even filled up the tank for my car. They were very upfront and honest. Owner and wife were very friendly and attentive. I have never flew out of state to buy a car from a dealer but they made the experience very straight forward and pleasant. All dealers should mimic their professionalism.

Never again bad service all around since I got my car it had issues call them up telling them about the problem and they never contact me back so I drove back there with the car cause I still had warranty and finally they took the car to fix the problem it had but they took a month with the car and never called me back finally I call and got my car back still with the same problem even other issues so called them again and they gave me the run around till my warranty was over to tell me that now I had to pay dont fall for there tricks they dont care about there customers

Actually the food was not bad. But unfortunately the waiter was so so terrible. Because its Chinese restaurant. So I couldnt understand the menu. So I had seen photos on the website and ordered spicy food from the waiter. But I got different non spicy foods two times. I complained about it. But the waiter did just behind mixed only the spicy sauce by himself and called it new food. I could see its not new one for me and taste was terrible. Because the waiter made the food. I waste whole foods. I ruined my lunch with my girlfriend. And there are two kinds of food size small and large. I ordered small size. But they said i cant order small size. Because the small size is for lunch menu. I asked what time finished lunch menu? He said just 12PM. Its time was 1pm. There is no information in the menu about lunch and dinner. you can find only small and large. There are no words. The service was terrible!!!!!!!! The food taste is fading because of the service. I never recommend this place.

My husband and I went to several different dealer-ships before we found this one. We went to several big-known dealers, and those dealers didnt treat us half as good as Auto Brokers did. As soon as we pulled up, the owner came and shook our hands and treated us extremely well. They had several cars that my husband had an eye on until he chose to buy a cargo van. Himara, the finance manager, was extremely nice and did everything she possibly could to meet our needs. I saw organization, teamwork and most importantly honesty. I am definitely coming back here for our next car!

Wow poor customer service. I found them through cargurus. Came down unannounced. The car show no dents on the picture. He said dont worry Ill bring to the body shop. Then I test drove the lady who helped didnt ask for my license. I drove and did run good. So I said okay Ill take it with the dent and asked for a discount. The owner said $150. Seriously. Stay away they are doing illegal business and they have no papers.

Horrible place stay away. Called three days ahead of time left my name number and what time i was coming by. called the day of to confirm because it was a 45 minute drive away from me, got my kid and pregnant wife loaded up and drove all the way over there. first thing i noticed other than lack of parking was lack of service the only person there had both his ear buds in and ignored us until i fallowed him into the office and asked to see the car. i went and waited out by the car while he brought the keys out said nothing and walked off again messing with his phone. after 15 minute of waiting i went back into the office to ask for a test drive and give him my licsence had everyone in the car and thats when he came out and told me the car had already been SOLD!!!!! he then tried to get me to give him my information again and wanted me to leave a deposite if another car like that came in. i dont know what kind of place they got running there but if you want service and not as my 6 year old said as we left a big waste of time never mind all the gas and traffic. car buying can really stick but these people bring it to a whole new level.

Thy are poor customer service. My interest rate is 750 they try put me in 10.99 interest rate when i can get into 1.99. Please stay away all they after is your money they dont care how much you be pay.
