Bustling place. 4 stars seems appropriate. I drove quite a way to see a car they had listed for weeks. I prefer to go to a dealership where the used cars are supper clean. These cars are a couple steps down from dealer stock though it seemed to be a marketable place.

Be very careful if your buying a car from this dealership. Sold a car that did not pass Inspection for emissions and rotted tires. Still trying to get all money back from the sale. Had to get the attorney generals office involved. Personally I would not recommend buying anything from this dealer.

They were super cooperative and helped me get the best experience there could be. No complaints here.

I purchased a 2002 Mustang convertible. I was told that it had no major mechanical or electrical issues. Once I took possession, I found that the car needed a new radiator, front splash guard, new PVC valve, valve rocker arm and gasket, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs and wires, pinion seal, diff cover, and a fuel service kit. That was a very expensive repair job on a car that was supposed to be in good mechanical and electrical condition. The convertible latches were missing the proper fastening hardware. Was not told that the car had no sun visors! All of these repairs totaled over 1500 dollars.The good part was that they delivered the car to me 70-80 mile from the dealership. Oh, that cost me too. They were less than honest about the preparation on the car and these were items that a buyer could not detect upon inspection, but any trained mechanic could have detected. Do they use trained mechanics? Less than satisfied with the honesty of this organization. Would not buy from them again.

THIS COULD’VE ENDED WORSE!While I was test driving a car it died and the steering wheel locked up mid test in the road. I had just gotten off of route 1 and on my way back. Luckily, that did not happen on route 1. I called and told them what happened and they sent someone. He tried jumping it and it said it wasn’t a problem with the battery so we left the car on the road by dairy maid and my gf and I rode back to the dealership with him. The only reason there is two stars is because someone came to us fairly fast. This was a 2013 Infiniti g37x with 57km being sold for 15k with major alignment issues, in need of a new belt(loud), and clearly battery issues.

Awful experience. Fulfilled none of their promises, ton of frivolous fees. Did not honor agreed upon price for the car.

Under no circumstances should you ever consider buying a car at this place. If I could give it no stars I would. Just to scratch the surface they have terrible customer service and they sell bad cars knowingly. When you purchase a car from them they will put an inspection sticker on the car for you even if the car is in terrible condition and would never pass inspection any where else. They say the car is fine and mechanically sound but the mechanics they have there barley know how to change breaks and they will lie to you. When you try and get a refund for the bad car that they just sold you they don’t give you all the money back because somewhere in the contract that they make you sign they keep $1,000 no matter what so be very careful before doing anything with them. If at all possible stay as far away from this place as you can. I’m very surprised this place is still in business and implore you to find a vehicle elsewhere.

They kept their word and quickly refunded my deposit after they could not meet my delivery timeline. They let me have my mechanic inspect the car which you should alway be done before you buy a car. The dealer does not always know the condition of the cars they buy! - Review #1 of X - 9/16/21 - MY INITIAL EXPERIENCE ONLY, MORE TO COME - (4 STARS ACCEPTABLE, MOSTLY GOOD, NOT GREAT or TERRIBLE) - I will log my total experience with Prestige as each step is taken. This review is for the AGREEMENT EXPERIENCE ONLY with DASTIN (Sales) and ALEX (Finance) on yesterday, 9/15/21 2007 VW EOS. Dastin took me to the car located at an offsite lot. CONDITION: Front seat torn - Dastin agreed to repair. One headlight was not working. Dastin was great to allow me to take the car for 2 hours to get inspected. My independent mechanic identified the following: Oil Pan leak, rear brakes need rotors and pads, shocks leak and need replaced. See attached. Estimated $1300 in repairs. ALEX and DASTIN committed in writing (attached) to make all repairs within 5 or so days. ALEX offered to discount the price by $495 and make all repairs. I agreed to buy the car ONLY IF all repairs are made to my satisfaction. I placed a fully refundable deposit of $500. ALEX assured me the deposit will be refunded if all repairs are not completed to my satisfaction. The deposit and agreement terms are in writing on the We Owe form (attached). ALEX and DASTIN were very professional, we will see if they keep their word. One problem I noticed is that I did not take delivery of the vehicle yet the We Owe form showed delivery of 9/15/21. LESSON: MAKE SURE THE DELIVERY DATE IS CORRECT. I will contact ALEX and DASTIN to make the correction so the 30-day MA lemon law starts on the actual date that I take delivery. I will let you know if ALEX and DASTIN are honest and corrects the delivery date. The experience was as expected, 4 stars. My only concern is that the service bay area looked chaotic. I WILL UPDATE AND IF THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS NOT GREAT, I WILL GIVE THEM 1 STAR in my final review.REVIEW #2 9/22/21 - Car not delivered, agreed upon repairs not complete. Its been 6+ days since the purchase agreement, not ideal. Alex has provided excellent follow-up, almost immediately to my email. Alex offered to fully refund the deposit if the delay is too long, which is under consideration. More to come...

So I recently Bought my Xterra from this dealership. I did what anyone would and bring it to a separate mechanic. They found some minor things and when I brought this to the attention they said they would fix it. They honored that and it was fixed when I picked the car upThe only reason I couldnt give them a 5 is for 2 reason. I had to wait for addition steps such as inspections passed the time that they knew I was support to arrive days in advanced. And Second was the car was not washed before hand. To give them credit, it was extremely clean on the inside.These are small issues and dont interfere with the product there delivering to much but there suggestions Id recommend fixing.They had a large selections of modded cars which is cool too if thats something your interested in but dont want to go threw private sales.I will change this review if anything comes up in the next few months

Wow I’m not surprised to see so many bad reviews and bad experiences with this dealer. I’m glad that I was not the only one that got ripped off by Alex and I will be using some of these reviews when I take him to court.On April 16th I bought a 2013 Mercedes ML350 from them and that same day the check engine light turned on and car lost power. I brought the car back to dealer and was able to pick up the car again on May 1st but was told that there was still some work/sensor that needed to be changed and I needed to go back and on May 8th I went back and had the work done. On May 17th the low fuel engine light started blinking so I took the car to Valvoline and was told the car had less than 2 quarts of oil and there was oil leak and that I needed to take the car to the mechanic immediately and they took many pictures of sent it to me. I contacted Alex and he insisted that I take care of the problem myself and I refused because I had only been in possession of the car for 2 weeks. He finally agreed for me to drop of the car and he would take it to the mechanic. As of today I still don’t have my car and found out on May 26th the mechanic contacted him with the diagnostic and repair costs and he declined to make repair and told mechanic to hold the car. I have all paper work in hand to prove and I’m in process of suing this scam of a dealer. Please save yourself from headache and stress and save your money and buy from a trustworthy dealer.

Went to look at a Subaru that had been sitting for over 4 months. Thank goodness it wasnt raining, car had tires with dangerously worn tread. A handful of other issues became apparent when test driving, so I brought it to my mechanic for a pre-sale inspection. My mechanic listed a few other things theyd need to do to make it road ready. I came back to chat with Alex, and he accused my mechanic of lying and would barely budge on price. I walked, then noticed they raised the price on the car the next day. I guarantee theres still the same issues with it, too.May be worth it if they happen to get a good vehicle from auction, but dont expect them to work with you when they have a problem car. Theyd rather let cars sit in the lot and rust out than work on a deal with customers.

Went to see a vehicle had appointment that was made on a Sunday. When I got there Monday found cars with spares and flats. The vehicle I was looking at would not start and had low tires and rusted rotors from sitting. Very disappointed when asked why was told how can they maintain over 100 vehicles that sit on the lot.

Literally watching people use cans of cheap spray paint to paint to paint HUGE sections of cars. Nothing but rust and a waste of time. Dont bother.

Place is a joke, I was on their website looking at what appeared to be a perfect condition, flawless paint vehicle. I called them up and asked about it and was told to come by and take it for a drive, its a beautiful car. Upon arriving the car was scratched, dented, dinged on every panel and the interior was dismantled. I asked the dealer about the car and simply said It needs work, shrugged me off and walked back into the office as he was clearly to busy to talk.All in all, waste of time, the cars in the photos are not the cars on the lot.

If you want to buy a car and have problems with it, then go there and buy one. I went to go look at their 06 4runner currently advertised on their site for 12500 with 130k miles on it and the frame is trash. They filled it with foam and spray painted over it. Super illegal and unsafe. If anyone is looking for a quality vehicle, check out driven auto in Hudson NH. They are professional and super helpful

Real bad they take forever to register your car

Disappointing. Arrived preapproved for the purchase, drove a distance, took the vehicle for a test drive only to be told that another person placed a deposit online for the vehicle while test driving. Told that I would receive a call Monday to sort things out and to make arrangements for my mechanic to look at it. Called 3 times tbrought out the day for an update only to be told that the vehicle was purchased and no longer available. Not good business practice and will not do business with this company again.

Bought a volvo from them at the end of July. to start...... both rear tires had slow leaks in them, and the car started shaking at highway speeds within a month. Then head gasket went at the end of September. Im past the Lemon Law time frame and now the car needs an engine swap. These guys push a lot of cheap used cars with little to no care about the buyer leaving the lot in a safe reliable vehicle. I would stay away from them and buy a car from a trusted mechanic in the area (plenty of options). I literally just lit $5000 on fire because I decided to trust Prestige . You have been warned, if this happens to you after reading this review its your own fault.

That is good place for used cars

Let me just make clear that this rating is based on the way the dealer is run. My sales person Manuel was great! Very helpful and took the time to test drive and show me car. Based on the vehicle condition and high mileage I gave my sales person an offer. He ran it by the owner who declined and didnt take the time to call me to discuss my offer and work out some kind of deal with that particular car or another one like it. I think the management of this establishement should reach out to potential buyers to avoid losing a customer/sales.

DO NOT buy at this DEALER they sold me a car with a USED TRANSMISSION from another car it was not the original. The first day i took it out i left lying on the road and the delaer told me that the transmission had a 30 day guarantee and they did not want to pay the Transmission of the car, the truth is, I do not recommend them very badly, as they sold me a damaged car, now I have to spend more money to repair it, the truth does not buy here or make sure you go to another mechanic before buying because even the mechanic that they have there works for them they do not determine the truth if the car is bad or not. very bad experience😠😠

My boyfriend and I went in to look at a car he has been dreaming about for years and we went in nervous, we’ve never bought a car before let alone finance one. Dont go here. The second you show any interest in a car online they start spamming you with texts and emails. Then you show up to check out their inventory in person and they have no idea what theyre doing!! They dont even let you test drive a car until youre preapproved like whats the point?? They told me it would take a day to get back to me (I live 45 mins away) and the second I get back home theyre asking me to come back for a test drive because I was preapproved.. on top of all that they said I wouldnt be able to pick it up for 3-5 days! Trash dealership dont trust these scumbags with your money.

Went there today to speak to someone about a car I wanted and the guy who was wearing the pink shirt, young looking kid, was so stand offish it was like he didn’t even want to talk to us, we go inside to ask a question and it was like he was rushing I won’t going here if ppl can look at you in the eye and make you feel welcome, make you feel like you want to buy a car there instead of looking else where. I recently purchased a Maserati from Prestige. When I was about to buy I was about to go on vacation...and so was my salesperson, Tony. I had paid a small deposit and Prestige held the car for me for a full TWO weeks, and the Finance Manager Alex - who took over for Tony during his vacation - then researched at least FOUR financiers to get the best APR for me. I got an extremely low interest rate and terms that saved me about $100/month. And realizing I had a big road trip planned, Alex fast-tracked everything. Prestiges style was no pressure and I believe I got a very fair price. I can’t say enough good things about Alex, Tony and the Prestige experience!

If I could do it all over again, I would not purchase a vehicle from this establishment. I am from NH, so this was an out-of-state purchase. We were promised 80% new tires, all 4 the same, and promised the vehicle would pass MA inspection. I called 2 days ahead of time to make sure the tires were changed (one had a screw in it, and there were 2 tires in the front different from the tires in the back). I was told the car was currently being worked on and tires being changed. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we had to wait almost 2 hours for them to fix the tires. The tires were the same old tires, all they did was rotate them left to right. The screw was still in the tire! All they did was shine it up with some cleaner. The vehicle failed NH inspection. I asked a few different mechanics, and all said it would most certainly had failed MA inspection. I would not recommend this establishment. I was lied to numerous times. The cost to fix the vehicle was more than it actually cost to purchase. I feel word games were played on us. When I called to inform that the vehicle had failed inspection, I was basically told oh well. Not acceptable.

Came here to buy a car for school and commute. Was able to find all information on their website easily with details. The whole process was smooth, Dustin and Alex made everything everything easy.I wasnt able to talk down the price too much, but I still thought the price was good and within my budget, and they tried to work with my proposed amount. Overall a great experience!

We were interested in a Toyota Sequoia. Called them and stopped by the same day. Be aware tho: some of their cars have to be delivered from a Peabody lot. So make sure the car is there before you came. Overall the car is nice, after a short test-drive we made our deposit (09/15/2018). At the same time we pointed out some issues they need to deal with before we pay full. Couple days later, when we picked up the car (09/20/2018), it is super clean inside and out, and seems like in a ready to go condition, so we drove it home.However, when we later had our local mechanic check out the car (09/21/2018), several problems surfaced: due to its age and salt in MA, the undercarriage suffers from rust a lot (especially with the exhaust muffler) and the TPMS is missing. Called them to fix the issue and dropped of the car one day later (09/22/2018). They responded promptly and now the car is completely good to go (09/27/2018). Luis had made the whole process simple and quick, no matter purchase or repair. He always kept me informed about what’s been going with the car. Will recommend this place to my friends!

Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and They offered me with a great deal on my new (used) car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. Also mr Manuel really knows cars well, you wont find a better used car and good salesman dealer than this location !!!

Datsan was very helpful in showing me the selection of cars they have and answer any questions I had.However, their cars run a little expensive for the miles theyre sold at. This was the first dealership I visited and was convinced that they had the best price. Luckily, I looked around and found much better deals both in terms of cost and milage with other dealerships in and around the city.Theyre usually busy and so Id add at least an hour worth of wait to a trip to Prestige. They have 2 (or 3) car lots and so Im sure their choices are plenty.In short, good starting place for a search but would recommend looking around before agreeing to anything if you have the time.Also, I know cars come with a 30 day warranty however they will NOT fix any issue with your car before you buy it even if you put down a deposit. They promise to fix it after you buy the car but I dont see why any sane buyer would buy a car knowing its malfunction/not working aptly.

Best experience I have ever had buying a used car, hands down. They are knowledgeable and helpful. And quick! The process was so fast and painless, I am still shocked. The prices are among the lowest you can find in Massachusetts. They went far beyond what could reasonably be expected to make sure I was happy with my new (used) Prius. The gentle treated me with lots of care.They showed me the car that I came to see .They let me look at the car from front to end and they treated me with lots of respect. They answered all my question and more. They were really nice with the process. They made me feel like part of the prestige family.
