I went to this T-mobile shop trying to use my old i-phone to switch a better i-phone. I take off my phone case, they say is fully clear, no broken. But she give it to another worker, He illuminates the SIN card slot with the flashlight of his mobile phone told my there is a thing in the SIN card that tell you is this phone is got water damage or not, and then they say we cant trade in your phone.

I brought a phone into this location that I purchased on line and asked if they would be able to help me, the staff is all commission based so by helping me the person is potentially loosing money. The young man was still very happy to help me and needed to get all my information to help me activate my phone. I expected a big push on selling me other products upgrades on my existing account you know all the normal heavy pressure sales. Not at all this young man gave me the expected time it was going to take. He asked if while it was porting over if he could help another customer. While he was helping me and of course I said no problem. He never left me alone even while helping the other customer he continued to check the process and keep me updated on what was next. He suggested a screen protector that I was going to buy and went over the insurance options. I cant tell you how amazingly helpful this young man was.I absolutely forgot his name or I would have referred to him by name but he does have 2 little girls 8 months old and a 2 year old. He definitely deserves some sort of recognition and I will be buying lunch for him on Friday.Thanks for going above and beyond @t-mobile 04-07-2021

I went to TMobile 2 days ago to get a new line open and if youve read the previous review from a lady named Mariam please dont listen to her. This woman came to the store while I was working with Deni and proceeded to interrupt my whole transaction because she needed someone who could translate spanish and then she proceeded to give Deni problems and despite everything that was going on and the tension Deni maintained himself very professionally and kept a smile on his face throughout this woman disrespecting him and making others around uncomfortable. After the whole ordeal Deni still took great care of me and I couldnt be anymore thankful.

I didnt even go into the actual store- but I am so glad I didnt because I know that I spared myself from a nightmare of an experience. I called to ask a simple question, and the woman who answered was easily the rudest, most unprofessional, and unknowledgeable (!!) person I have ever spoken to on the phone. After mocking me, she proceeded to hang up on my call before I was finished, so I didnt get her name. I decided to go to another T-mobile instead. I was honestly appalled this place is even in business if theyre treating people like that. Do not go here, Im sure you will regret it.

I am hereby expressing my disappointment in relation to this company, specifically with this store in Malden (159 Center St) which I have always praised, until the moment of my great disappointment, when I needed it, I needed help with my cell phone.I am a customer of this store for more than 2 years, unfortunately I came to need support, which your staff (Tabhatta) denied me support, claiming that I could not help me. This episode happened on the 16th, at around 1:30 pm, she came to tell me that there was nothing she could do to help me, so I asked her for the password of the wi-fi, so that I could try to solve my problem myself, because even the internet of my cell phone was not working, but to my surprise, once again I was denied assistance, help with my device by the staff (Tabhatta) telling me that I could not pass on the stores wifi password, as per the regulation of the The store claims that in this pandemic season, due to the covid-19, they are prohibited from passing on this type of information.I was very sad and disappointed, and unable to understand, and solve my problem, which I didnt understand at all, because as the covid-19 can interfere in relation to the wi-fi password, I know that we must maintain social distance, use masks and alcohol -gel, but I never heard that Covid-19 can do any damage through a wi-fi password.I kindly ask you to clarify about the covid-19 in relation to the wi-fi password, and also how can I solve my problem, since your staff would refuse to help me. In the same day I went to another store in Medford, next to Regina`s Pizza, and there I could find a friendly guy who helped me and solved my problem 100% without any concerns, his name is Junior, i`d like to say thanks to Junior to be helpful and friendly and ask you guys to teach this girl Tabhatta how to treat well a customer.I await a reply.Sincerely,Nycolle.

The Laziest customer service..around 4:30pm on Saturday,11/28/2020. Ray, the gentleman of color was the CS who tried to deny service me as soon as I ask for an Upgrade. First he said, no you can not upgrade. Then i told him that I have upgraded one line at other tmobile store and it was fine. So he started to help me . He purposely find fault to not working with me by saying you phone screen had a scratch. there is no scratch on the phone.at that time i have no more time to waste so i just say you do not want to help me and i quickly stepped out without further wasting time.. i figured a comment on Google and yelp will guide the company better.. I went to a different store and they did the upgrade for my phone as smoothly as They could.. My day was oke. They are many tmobile store so i have no problem when one had bad Staff. i just have to let they read the comment on the internet which is more affective than trying to going st it with them in store.

Horrible customer service. I would have gave negative ratings.I’m sprint customer and asked for assistance regarding upgrading my devices and they told me to move over to tmobile first. Then they just neglected us and started help customers behind us. In the mean time, we were just started looking at iPhone 12. She told us to step back so we just walked out.Would move to Verizon or At&t but never T-mobile

Worst store manager ever. We had an issue with our new T-Mobile phone kept freezing during the set up process and the manager Ralph kicked my wife out of the store after a cashier tried to help her saying that we need to do that ourselves at home. He says it’s because of covid we can’t be in the store for hours. Since when does it take hours to help someone with a set up question and if that’s the case is T-Mobile selling phones and not helping u set them up? He was so rude don’t buy a phone from this store order it online or go to stoneham.

I had very bad experience today for purchase a new I phone, the sales person did not explain to me charges twenty dollars for upgrades fee. She said phone plus tax, she didn’t give me the receipt for charging amount and she asked me to electric sign the credit card. I signed it, then I realized that was some extra charges, I asked them to get refund because they did not explain to me all details and receipt before she asked me to electric sign. But they were annoying and ask me pay 50 dollars re-in store fee if I don’t buy the phone. I have been t Mobil customer for more than ten years so I was trusted this company with my former experiences. But after today’s experience, I will change my mind...these couple of sales person brought shame on he name of big company...I am sharing my experience that I hope you will be careful in future if you go this store...

My husband and I went to T-Mobile today to make the switch from Verizon; Deni was SO helpful and we had a great time while he helped us choose the right plan for our phones. I really want to highlight Denis phenomenal approach to customer service here because he made the whole trip worth it. This is normally an experience that, with any other phone service provider, would be like watching paint dry for two hours. Deni was attentive, informative, and hilarious, while also assisting other customers and being very personable. I also have to say that all of the other T-Mobile staff members I met were also really awesome and helpful. Thank you for a great experience, were forever grateful!

Worst customer service ever. Since I come in into the store, they didnt said anything. No biggie. I was looking to buy two phones. After they checked their inventory, and didn’t found the phone.They never offered me to contact the nearest location to check their inventory and simply decided to ignore me.I was there, the next person arrived to pay his rent and the manager told to his rep to start to help the next per son and to ignore me.

My grandma recently visited this store and was asking questions regarding an account. She had an issue because the account was under someone who was ill and she needed her own. The gentlemen at the store told her she needed her id so she went to go retrieve it. They eventually told her due to fact that it’s under someone else’s name they could do nothing to help. She left to go back to her car but she came back because she didn’t feel as though they understood what she was asking for. Instead of letting her in they BARRICADED the door and told her you were already here 3 times you can’t come in here no more. BAsically shouting at her to leave and that she had no business here. Last time I checked you can enter a store as many times as you want. Mind you this an old elderly women.So I called the store and demanded an explanation because my grandma has never had a problem at any store in her life. I asked to to speak to the manager and wow just wow was he rude and belligerent. I was quite shocked at his responses and how he was speaking to me, especially if he is the stores manager. I corrected him on his etiquette because I wasn’t tolerating any disrespect. He ended up apologizing for what happened to my grandma and the way he was speaking to me and said if we were to come in he would help us out. However, I will not forget the fact that he refused to give me employee first names so that I could make a formal report of what happened which is fishy to me because first names are allowed to be given out.The next day I take my grandma to the store so that we could figure it out and was met with a long line which we waited patiently in. Dan said he would be with us as soon as possible. Yet, he would shout from different parts of the room “what exactly are you here for” “what do you need”. Which we would reply “account issues”. There was no need for us to state the privacy of our account to the whole store. We get as though we could wait our turn. He then asked us an hour in the same question and I went into a little detail. He stated that he heard the problem and that he can’t do anything and that we have to wait til the store manager comes in. When I asked him when was that. HE REFUSED TO TELL ME. He stated that he can’t give me that information and that I would have to call everyday and see if he’s in. YOU HONESTLY HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever gotten. This store needs a completely makeover with their employees or at least some training in customer service.

Everyone at this store is well knowledged on their job and make sure customers leave educated on their own plans & phones!! I was helped by Deni & he was by far my favorite! I went to the newly opened T-mobile store today. If you live in Malden long enough, it is the old Boston Market Restaurant plaza, or the same plaza where B of A is. The customer rep name is Ben, he showed NO interest to help the customer other than opening new services. I went to the store to get help of closing one line out of my 6 lines family plan. The line was open only for two months. Ive asked to switch the SIM card between the two numbers. He said NO, he cant help. He said, he cant do it in store, this is newly opened store, they only sell t-mobile one plan, any old plan he cant touch. you have to call the customer service line yourself. Ive also asked can I cancel the line, he said the same, call the customer service line. I said, why cant you call from your local store, he said, if i call from my mobile, it will be faster. It make no sense. I understand i can simply dial 611 to reach the customer rep. But if i dont want, at least T-mobile store personnel should be able to help. And he refused. Ive asked his name, he said his name is Ben. And refused to tell he last name. Avoid that store at all possible. Visit the one in Wellington station. Thats the place where i usually go before the malden one opened.

Came in to pay me bill and figure out why it was higher than usual. The representative was very helpful and spent some time trying to figure it out, it seemed as if I was getting charged for some plus feature the manager came out and the guy helping me explained the situation and the manager was kind enough to credit my account back so I wouldn’t have to deal with calling customer service

Finally some help,, from staff that acted totally professional. Staff that wasnt concerned about foot traffic through the door.. Because apparently, every person walking through the door should be an prospective sales.. So if you wanted to walk around an browse you were discouraged...Apparently if 100 people walked through the door.. And 5 people made a purchase.. Their performance is poor.Which means they are penalized..So on T-Mobile Tues there would be a sales rep posted at the entrance outside questioning you why you were coming in the store.this was the first time that staff were not clowning around with one another..True Professionalism....They actually focused on the custmers.. The reps didnt offer personal suggestions Tmobile didnt coverFor example, In the past staff suggested that I download an app that wouldve blown my manufacturer warranty up..Note, Ive been dealing with wireless since they were first put on the market..Plus a techie since the commodore computers..Which meant that I knew enough to inform the Rep.. Of the following..1) If T-Mobile knew that you were recommending, not only using apps that arent verified as T-Mobile property.. But are completely illegal..Im sure you wouldnt be standing here.I think you understandThen to push you to take on services that you arent asking for.. While running your bill up..Then give out their personal wireless numbers and tell you to call them directly..both on an off hours..In others the store reps had no control..Now Im not sure if those reps werent working..or they cleaned house..I can say..The same Rep came to my rescue before was still there.. Hopefully he was promoted..
