My Galaxy Note 9 was $320 - very close to the lowest price I found. The phone was in excellent condition, and they had another Note 9 on hand. They included an USB C cable and charger. And they had 3 different cases for the phone - I did not bu0 one, but they were decent.The store: I thought the phones on display looked good and seemed to be a good variety. There was a tech guru plus 3 other people in the store (the previous store I visited was a one-man operation). Everybody was polite and helpful.10 days later, I had locked myself out of my phone and could not remember the pattern I had entered in as an experiment. I always used face or fingerprint. But once locked, I could only use pattern.Tech guru got past that screen. I lost apps and contacts, but I had a functional phone again. No charge (he spent 30-45 minutes).I dont like the policy of no money back, only a swap. But I felt comfortable enough to accept it. And I wish I did not need to drive 26 miles!

My go-to store for all my cellphone needs, from cases to screen protectors. The staff is extremely knowledgeable; it always amazes me how quickly and neatly they can place the screen protectors. Some will say you can find these things on Amazon or elsewhere online, and I agree. However, their kindness and expertise are worth the effort, and the prices are very affordable. I have been here three times to change my screen protectors, which are of the best quality Ive ever seen, but not childproof. I will keep coming here and highly recommend you give it a try.

So I went to this store to upgrade my phone. They had a beautiful galaxy s10 plus and I was so happy to get it. But then when transferring my data over I should have noticed they werent great with the products they were selling cause she didnt know how to log out of any of the gmail accounts or certain other apps . Then after I bought she told me she couldnt transfer my service over cause its metro and I had to go to a store and wouldnt have a working phone until I went to metro. I was aggravated but ok. So I went to metro and ended up having to pay for something I always had done at the phone store . Fine. Right away I noticed my service connection wasnt working. So I ended up going to metro 5 more times, calling metro for help and contacting Samsung to see if they could help me. I was informed by a worker at metro that they most likely sold me a phone with in internal damage or it was a international phone that would always have the connection problems. I brought the phone back within the 14 day warranty period to return it. And was instantly given attitude when they realized I was returning a phone. Not once was I told there would be a restocking fee of 20% until I got there to return it. The sign they have for informing their customers is pushed off to the side and not in view. So they wanted me to pay to restock a phone that not only had connection issues, but would burn your hand constantly and speaker phone didnt work correctly. The attitude from them is ridiculous. And their products are scratched damaged and no good . I never will return there for my future phone purchases because I dont trust them or their products*** response to owners message***Hello!Let me clarify a couple things for you! I mentioned the restocking fee and never spoke about having to pay the 20% or not, my point is and was you sold me a phone that was broken so I should have never been made to pay a fee at all. What phone was I offered as a replacement? I was not offered anything but a free glass protector next time I came in. The part about not knowing how to log out of certain things was to vocalize the point of not knowing about devices, I told the employee a few times to just wipe the phone clean and leave it at that, Also I did not ask her to activate a service for me but to simply transfer my phones service to the new device, which can and has been done before. And was done 20 minutes before I went in to return the broken phone to your store by the other phone store I got a working nice phone from in replace of the broken device. I tried numerous different ways to have the phone looked at and fixed and it couldnt be, I even contacted and worked with a Samsung agent and was told it was a lost cause. If you are going to try and turn and blame me for everything which is what your response insinuates, your wrong for doing so. I was excited when I bought the phone and was treated great, but I guess its all about money with you, cause once I returned a broken phone your company sold me, I am now to blame and wrong somehow. The part you say any company would charge a restocking fee, i agree with but not when the customer explains and tells you the phone not only does not hold a service (couldnt even call 911), speaker phone didnt work, and it would heat up so bad it burned my hand, oh and the charger you offer with the phone is cheaply made and was frayed and broken, couldnt even be used. My final words to you are good luck with everything and stop responding to customers rudely and trying to flip the blame on them.

Had to get something close to the S9 I used to have so I figured I would give them a try. I am on a S8 that I purchased from them and its in fantastic shape. My only tick here is that they didnt exactly tell me that it used to be a display phone. Overall fantastic experience and really decent pricing. Would go again!

If you find the price on Facebook and it ends up being cheaper than what they have in the store as long as you screenshot it with proof that it’s one of theirs - they honor that price. Meaning the service is great, the phone is working 100% fine and they absolutely don’t mind you checking out the phone’s IMEI number. I’m glad I got my phone there - extra perk is their address lol.

SCREEN BAD QUALITY...Please take my review with grain of salt...I got my iPhone X screen fixed here for $150, 4 days ago. The screen stop working after it fell on the carpet while I was SITTING. There was no crack, no physical damage that can be seen. I brought it back to the shop and they immediately told me that I dropped it and told me that they dont give warranties on physical damage (which Ill admit, they did tell me this when I got the phone fixed). I dont blame them for not refunding me, but the reason I write this is because I believe that the screens they use are VERY BAD quality. When I first received my phone back, I noticed that the 3D force touch was no longer working. The screen is not meant for normal use, any slight bump and the screen will break. They even told me they saw this happen multiple times and thats why they wont refund me. Fixing the phone is relatively cheap, but in this situation, you get the value of what youre paying.

Ive dealt with these people for 4 phones, each and every time ive been taken care of well, i had a problem with one phone from them and they replaced it immediately with no questions asked. very reputable business.

Will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! Bought and UNBLOCKED PHONE from them to find out a couple days ago that it was BLOCKED!!! When I wanted to change to AT&T. Went back to the store and they tried to say that they sold me an unblocked when clearly it was locked to T-mobile! They did nothing to help, pretty much told me I was on my own. T-mobile couldnt even unlock my phone themselves, they told me to speak to the store where I bought it from. No clue where they get these phones from!! Stop misleading your customers!

They sold me a device that after a two days wasnt working I went to the store and had another device but after a few days, this one that was broken as the first. I tried to have my money back but they didnt give because on the warranty was saying only fourteen days to change a broken device but the decide didnt recognize the SIM card.Since the mal functioning came with the device, they only offered to fix. I dont recommend the service at all. I lost my money and had to buy a new device in another store thats actually working since then.
