I dropped off equipment today and the woman handed me back the plug and piece that the router sits in. I asked her if I could throw them in the trash barrel which was right behind her and she said no. She said they dont t throw wires away. So I left it on the ground on the side of the building because there were no trash barrels outside. Just stupid and rude.

Tries to solve my issue on the phone. Spent one hour did not get anything done. Drove down to Russell Cellular. Ladies greet me right away. Amanda listened and well understood my request. Problem was solved in 10 or 15 minutes. I would recommend her for your Verizon service need.

I was having problems activating my phone. The staff was not helpful. They treated me like a criminal because I didn’t have my PIN number.They kept on telling to call customer service. They explained how terrible Verizon customer service can be. They said, if I am lucky I might find the right person to help me.I ended up going to the Verizon store near downtown crossing. The staff there was amazing at helping me activate my phone. I was extremely relieved went when I left the store.

I had the absolute worst experience with this Verizon store. I originally came here to switch over from another carrier and to purchase new phones. They had a promotion where you would buy an Iphone and get one free, I bought two Iphones and was supposed to get the other two free. On top of that the sales rep promised us a free iPad with our promotion, never did he once mention that this would have to have a line activated through Verizon. He then proceeded to promise us that our monthly bill would be no more than $190 with the phones included. We were absolutely shocked to see that our first monthly payment was over $730 and every month, the bill was extremely high, close to $500. This sales rep completely lied and this Verizon stole our money. We then proceeded to start working with Michael, who is the manager, every month for close to 6 months we would come in with the same problem of our monthly bill being ridiculously high. We had to call corporate and they were not any help whatsoever. Because corporate would say one thing and the store would say another. They were never on the same page. The lowest they could get us was $350 for our monthly bill, after being promised $190, which was still absolutely insane. Im not sure if the original sales rep and district manager thought that because my parents were hispanic and could not speak English, that they could take advantage and steal from us. But thats exactly what it felt like. Although it was not the managers fault directly, he failed to fix his employees error. As well as the district manager. This store lies to its customers and steals their money, as this has happened to other people as well. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. At the end, we had to pay off all of the phones and what was left on the bill to go to another carrier because paying $350-$730 a month is insane for phone lines. This store is extremely unprofessional, I do not recommend to anyone.

This was the worst experience ever. I went in to reverse the update that was done on my friends phone WITHOUT my authorization. I am the one that is responsible for paying the bill. What gives Fransisco the right to let someone who is NOT authorized put an $800.00 phone on my account!!! He said that she told me that she pays you back for her charges...and he believed her. He doesnt even know her name..just let anyone come in and put charges on peoples account???? So watch out cuz apparently they will let anyone put charges on your account. Francisco was so rude when I asked how could this happen. He was anything but helpful.

Sales rep added a $200 “diamond accessory package” to my phone purchase without my knowledge or approval and when I asked what the charge was for he lied and said “taxes and setup fees”. I’d avoid this store as they are operated by a third party and Russell Celluar is clearly fine with employees taking in unsolicited and overpriced accessory packages for their commission.

*This is not a real verizon store* they are only in name but not in practice. Verizon wireless is *NOT* BBB accredited AND have a 1 star rating !!!!! (1.09 stars to be exact) out of hundreds of complaints and reviews.They have horrible service of which multiple employees have been sexist; one refusing to give a woman an iPhone because it would be too hard for her to use, another who openly chats with their girlfriend while helping you, incorrectly switching over your phone and not even giving you the charger that came in the box.Then they refuse to even attempt to make anything right, because why should they?The not my problem mentality, because why would they care when they use the name of a corporate monopoly offering few to no other options? When they can just play you off the real Verizon company whenever you complain? Then when you complain to real verizon they dont care either. They just get money and work on getting more, screwing customers because they can always get more.

I have a spa called Aura Beauty Lounge downtown Malden and having a Verizon store around the corner is very helpful. Avoid. This is not a corporate Verizon store and they offer inaccurate deals. Also, they misinformed me about the insurance, they told me I was required to have it for 30 days, not true. Overall, a lot of misleading info.

Basically, I went in because I tripped and my phone went flying. It was acting up and I figured I could get the insurance information at the Verizon store on the way home from work (I also wanted to look at the wireless headphones). Im helped out by a man who later identified himself as Sisco. He tells me insurance wont cover my phone(lie), that I dont have insurance (lie), that my deductible would be $400(lie), the Samsung s9+ was having software issues (lie) and that Im eligible for an upgrade and I should just get a new phone. I went with my gut and did not upgrade my phone. He said if I left Id lose my $300 credit(lie). I then called assurian paid $199 and my new samsung will arrive tomorrow.

First of all, one of the employees was not wearing a mask at all and the manager was unconcerned. A second employee was technically wearing one but it wasnt covering his face well/ fully.The first employee who tried to help me did not understand what I needed help with nor did he seem like he cared to figure it out. After talking to another employee, was told I needed to call the customer service to figure out the issue.I understand they cant do everything in store but I didnt appreciate the apathy towards customer service and, more importantly, public health and safety!

Where do I begin?Matt took care of me. The problem is, they tech support from Verizon were next to useless. Matt spent a lot of time to take care of my issue. He did everything he could to upgrade my line but tech support needed to be involved to get it fixed.We spent 40 mins on with the first tech support and I don’t think he listened to anything Matt said. Matt said to active the line ASAP, not next billing cycle. The tech support activated it for next billing cycle. Matt had to ask again and again to get it straight but tech support just didn’t understand. Finally after 5 times, the tech support guy got it right so we had to wait for it to activate. While waiting, tech support hung up. 2nd tech support took a little bit to understand but got it working for us after 20 minutes.During this process, Matt knew exactly what needed to be done and explained it to the tech support what needed to be done but tech support isn’t the greatest.Also there was a line out the door and Matt was multitasking helping me, tech support, and customers to bring the line down.

They absolutely do not care about the customers wants or needs. Too busy trying to up-sell to more expensive phones. Only advise I can give is to pay close attention to the sales pitch, or go somewhere else. Misleading sales tactics used to prey on uneducated consumers. They should be ashamed of themselves. I cannot remember the last time I got so angry at a sales person. I Will never go back.

I needed a new 5G sim. I called before coming in and asked if it would be free after another retail location said it was $5 at a retailer thats not Verizon official. They said explicitly theyd take care of me and its free. I went in and they tried charging me $30. Ignoring that absurd price, they lied. Its free down in Saugus (official store). Find another store to deal with.

The guy giving me service was wearing a mask, but the other employee was only wearing a mask part of the time, and when he was wearing a mask it was almost never over his nose. This was the second Verizon store I went to today, and at the first one of the employees was also not wearing a mask. Again, the employee who helped me was great and was wearing a mask, but as a company you need to do better

I purchased an IPHONE 11 pro 2 days ago at the Verizon store in Malden MA and experienced a problem with all of my calls being extremely broken up and unable to understand. I also was receiving text messages and voicemails over an hour after they were sent. I brought the phone back today and was told that it was a SIM card issue. They changed the SIM card and the problem DID NOT go away. I was asked if I wanted to replace the phone and I told them, I did. Can you believe that I was told that if I wanted the same phone, I would have to pay a $50 RESTOCKING FEE for a defective phone that I paid over $1,000 for 2 days earlier. In what world does that make any sense at all??? They sold me a defective phone and demanded that I accept a different phone as a replacement if I did not agree to pay the restocking fee. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! That is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Extremely clean store with everything you need. I picked up a new cable box. Very easy. Call Verizon first and they will have everything ready for you. They sell phones as well. Tough location surrounded by dumps. Difficult to look good where they are but its beautiful inside. Close your eyes until you get inside. It might help.

Terrible customer service. Put things on my mothers account that she never requested that cost her money and sold us on extra accessories we did not need and werent even the right ones for the phone. Another refused to take back those wrong products and we are stuck eating $60 for them. They didnt even sync the iPhone correctly. No idea what theyre doing garbage service dont go.Update 9/17/20In store to return accessory we were given instead of just refunding us for the open screen protector they gave us. I can hear the salespeople telling customers different things than they told me about activation fees and are doing the same thing with customers as they did with us: slipping an extra $17 protection on the phone and acting like its part of the normal plan. While I write this, a guy figured that out and just stormed out mid-transaction as the salesman tries to save the sale by frantically offering a discount.

The female staff in the store just kept chatting with the other staff while serving us. We asked about the installation fee and router, which are reasonable questions while setting internet up. She just ignored us the whole time and kept chatting with other staff, without answering our questions at all. Even we asked a second time, she answered saying, “I don’t know...” To be honest, what do you actually know if you don’t know the router compitability. Awful experience, would never come to this store in the future.

It is not easy to love the cable store, but this one is staffed with really nice people who care about you. I have been to this store a couple times in the past month and the ladies who were working there were knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. The parking is off street and free.Fios is easily the best entertainment value out there. It is nice to know that when you need to return, buy or exchange hardware that there is such a pleasant place to go!

They don’t know how Verizon going. They told me it is buy one get one free. How ever, after I buy it and I ask Verizon customer service. They said it is buy one get one 700 off!!! I went there for nearly 5 times in 2 week! They even not mention about it! They only care about how much money they earned but push you to death!!! Will never go there! I went to this store maybe a month ago. I had lost my iphone xr and needed to buy a new one. I knew it was going to be pricey because I didnt have insurance on my phone but I was shocked when I walked in and was told it would be almost $950 to replace my phone. I wasnt asking for the latest model and I wasnt even looking to get the iphone XR model that had the most memory. When I had originally purchased my phone from the back bay store it was $250 less than the price quoted to me when I visited. I dont understand how a year after my original purchase, the price could have risen $250. When I tried to explain this they said, each store makes their own prices, try going back to back bay. Terrible customer service, and terrible business model. I sincerely hope you go out of business.

Terrible customer service and the worst part is they don’t care. Instead of just disconnecting my service they disconnected the service of the person moving in. After being on the phone with support for an hour they said the store screwed up the transaction. I would not give a single star since the staff in the store terminated my internet service by mistake when I dropped off the Fios router. We just installed our own router and would like the staff to cancel the rental fee upon receiving the Fios router. However, they terminated the service completely. It took us over one hour communicating with the technique support line to get the internet back. It turned out we needed to place a new order and went through everything (filling information, making sure the rate, etc.) We called to complain the mistake, however, the person answered the call was really rude and inpatient. Hope the store manager know who was responsible of this and make sure this never happens again.
