Incredibly unprofessional and out of line what just happened to my fiance here at this CVS location in Malden. We live close by and frequent this store almost daily. Ive noticed a few new faces and im not sure if they need to be retrained or are just lacking in the customer service department. My fiance entered the store and was immediately followed around the store. The lady behind the checkout counter actually left a customer she was helping to do this. After he had chosen a few items and asked them if he was doing something wrong she continued to stalk him him now with the manager she grabbed on the way. She then had the audacity to ask outloud in the store with no discretion at all how was the peeps cereal you stole yesterday?. First things first he did not go to CVS yesterday, secondly we do not know what or eat PEEPS cereal, and thirdly how dare you accused someone publicaly of something they didnt do. Get your facts straight and learn some customer service skills. The woman with the purple hair and the manager who allowed her to do this should be ashamed. Now I know my fiance will never go back and I am very much so considering the same. You lost 2 loyal customers who spend money there multiple times a week. Have some respect next time and the decency to recognize someone and be certain before putting business like that out there for anyones sake.

Says online they close at 11pm but when I showed up at 10pm the employees were locking up and leaving

Rude staff member absolutely not concerned with good customer service. Customer centric policy is a myth at this specific CVS store.

Arrived at 10:24 they were closed drove a long way

Were always out of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, and whole milk & even 2% milk. I had seen JLab Pro Bluetooth headphones 4/sale in the store on one day. Went back not even 2/days later & there were gone. The sales reps., had no idea what I was talking about, or even cared about what I was talking about/looking for.I really wanted those specific headphones. Had been looking 4/a few days. Oh well! Walmart here I come!

Pharmacy manager (Katie) is useless and rude. Sends us a confirmation for a vaccine appointment, then tells us you cant get the vaccine.

Great store and pharmacy.

Good location and always friendly service. BUT this morning when I wanna return something I just bought and I didn’t use it. The lady asked me did I used it. I said no. Her attitude is soooooooo rude. And I can heard she said used in a very low key. I feel very bad about that.

Great place and nice people except theres one Indian looking women who works in the pharmacy. (I myself Indian. So not being racial here). I can clearly say hers is the final word in her family... I didnt like the fact she gave me uncalled for advise on more than one occasion for a mistake I did not make. She could definitely use some PR. She seems to be running around and working very aggressively though.

Worst CVS ever. RUDE cash register woman. They never re-stock, prices are messed up. Pharmacy is good though.

They have everything you need

Its a good place to go if you are looking for needed things .its like a local drug/grocery store and has good deals.

The general manager, Sarah is so wonderful. She knows the store in and out and seems to always be there. Whenever I need help she is always available. Even though there are closer stores, the Malden CVS is the only CVS for me.

The worst store in the region, its totally abandoned by the employees all the time that I went, and all those machine services do not work well, the employee are not properly trained to serve the customer. Today I went to print some photos, the employee there said that I could return later to get the pict, ad for some reason the machine had not printed at that time, but would work next. when I return hours later to pick up the other employee told me the machine to print the time it is already broken for days ago. They made me waist my time Im so disappointI went in the morning to take photos, the official who was forced to appear told me to send the photos that the machine would print later, and when I came back to get the other official said that the machine was already totally broken before.

Always fully stocked and neat.Friendly staff.
