BUYER BEWARE! anything you buy WILL NOT BE DELIVERED FOR 8 MONTHS TO A YEAR. You can call as many time as you want and they will do nothing for you. They have delayed my delivery 4 times already. Bought my furniture September of last year and still dont have it. Only bought a couch and dining room set. This company will sell you anything in the store and will promise you delivery in 4 months but that is an absolute lie. THEY CALLED ME AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE DELIVERED at the end of March and it was a complete lie. I still have nothing, if you call and ask they tell you to wait. If you think youre getting a discount buying here ask yourself if it is worth waiting a year for your furniture.

Today I had the privilege to look around the store here at Malden, MA. The gentleman Gilson was super patient with us and offered us many options to look at. He didn’t hesitate to provide us with details on the furniture and options of delivery/pick-up. He was absolutely kind and has a great sense of how to do his job right ! I would recommend this store and especially to see Gilson himself . Great customer service and beautiful varieties of house furniture. I hope many people would take their time to come and visit the next time they need to do some shopping. Thank you Gilson for the great service and help !

My furniture was purchased on 07/18/19 and are the moment 08/29/19 the store did not deliver everything that was purchased, at no time was careful to contact me to explain what really happened, let alone give me a definite delivery date, they contacted me to offer me a $ 50 gift card (to be used on my next purchase) which will be very difficult to happen! if I deleted my last comment about the store here in google reviews! that is! concern only with the brand image! but with the end consumer !?

I went to Sweet Home Furniture in the Malden location today to look for a new sectional sofa. The store is new, it just opened a couple of days ago. I was very impressed with the wide variety of furniture they had. Chris, the salesman was very helpful, kind and friendly when ringing me up. I couldnt decide at some point because there just too many options. Chris even showed me the stores online stock. Many thanks for his kindness and help. I loved the store and Im so happy with the purchase I made. I deffenatly recommended the Malden location to anybody whos looking for new furniture. I will be coming back to furnish the rest of my home.

I bought a sofa set at this store, I paid for a 3-year warranty, the first year my sofa started to loosen the seam, I contacted the insurance company and nothing they say I have to look for the store Hague behind varies and nothing these people dont works with honesty I never buy again and I do not advise anyone to buy in that store.

The furniture in the store is beautiful, the employee Gilson is great but the carrier is terrible ... I’ve never seen a carrier as incompetent as this one, but I’ve had other customers backing over and the Manager does nothing to help… I could be steadfast with them or change carriers, so customers do not lose out and do not get angry.
