I was told when I ask for assistance that an associate would be with me in about 10 minutes! Fortunately about 5 minutes later a young lady walking down the aisle asked if she could help. I told her what I wanted, she went to the stock room, got it, checked me out, and carried the item to my car. Great young lady.

The Manassas Best Buy is the best in Northern Virginia. The manager Phil is one of the most helpful people you could ever meet. The staff is well-trained and knowledgeable and will help low tech people find what they need. Their Geek Squad can repair almost anything. This is the only Best Buy we ever go to now
This Manassas Best Buy store used to be exemplary, now it has faded in customer service. You have to walk around and seek for help in different departments. The employees tend to concentrate in some sections on the floor just chatting. Less supervisors on duty too! Lets hope they will improve.
Went to buy a Labtop for my fiancée but they were all not in stock. Will come back on the weekend. Our sale rep was very nice. showed us everything and explained which brand would suite better for her studies. Very friendly staff and clean as can be.
Found out some wonderful info from the guys at the door. They take electronics, laptops, hard drives, headsets, and some TVs (restrictions apply). However, the way I found out about this was a guy at the Salvation Army donation center pointed me there! Thank You!
This store is unfortunately chronically understaffed. It is extremely difficult to get assistance from an associate, whether you actually have questions or simply want to purchase an item that is stored in a locked cabinet. The worst part, however, is how indifferent store management seems to be about the issue. You may have luck ordering for pickup; however I would just recommend shopping elsewhere.
As a long-term customer, who has purchased many products over the years, it is time to CLOSE this location. It is filthy, has no inventory and poor customer support. Amazon is significantly better. When we go to a brick and mortar store (finally track down a representative) the answer shouldnt be can order that for you. Poor value, frustrating experience; however, at least there are better on-line options. Dont know how this store is still open; expect to see it close soon...

I went to try out a few laptops and ask questions. Looking at a picture online wont tell you that the keyboard keys are so wide that typing feels like playing octaves on a piano. Bullet dodged!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 2 gentlemen with big smiles I could see thru masks. I knew exactly what I came for and asked them to direct me where to go. Fernando took a look at my phone screen to see product sku and confirmed the product was in stock. He told me I could simply wait at the front while he went to fetch the item for me!! While waiting barely 5 minutes for Fernando to return with the product 2 other employees offered me assistance. Fernando arrived with the product and immediately took me to a cash register to check out. Ive NEVER received such superb VIP treatment from any retail store EVER! OUTSTANDING STAFF AND EXPERIENCE! Thank you Fernando and staff. I most definitely will shop best buy first before others because of my experience today. I offered Fernando $3 tip (part of my change) but he declined.
Went in to get a replacement charger for my mom and was in and out in less than 10mins.They asked me at the door what I needed help with and the guy took me right to it. Hopefully service stays this way. Was very satisfied.

It was good, it was my first time in this stote, and I was going to buy a clothing iron, and the one I wanted was priced wrong, so I wanted them to honor it but, they didnt. After talking with the manager he gave me a 10 percent discount, which I understand I guess but it would have been nice to have the priced honor it was just a difference of 25 dollars 💵 9

Browsing the computer section of the store, they have many options from different computer makers. Found a couple of laptop PCs I really liked left the store with lots of information to be able to more research on line. Employees were very attentive and were quick to approach me and offer help. The store was not crowded with plenty of room to safely distance myself from other shoppers.

The staff just want you to buy something. I went in to buy a laptop and told them what I was going to be using it for and what I needed. The lady sold me on the Lenovo Yoga C740. To find out later its the only laptop on Gods earth that doesnt have an ethernet port, or a CD Drive. OH! And it offers biometrics hello face, but the camera doesnt thats in the comp. Told the lady I was going to be working from home and some light gaming...she sold me a glorified tablet with windows! During the pandemic so returning it was a nightmare, and I ended up keeping it. Will never return there or any bestbuy. They hire anyone and all they do is push the upsale.In the end, its my fault. I should of done more research instead of trusting the techie people in computers at a best buy. Lessened learned.
Laptop wouldnt boot to HD, stick, or dvd, and instead of taking my money, they warned me in advance that if they couldnt boot to their USB stick that they couldnt fix it either. Saved me $100 for the same info. Appreciate their honesty.
A semi-empty store in which sellers cannot bring a thing from the warehouse, I knew that I needed, I did not need consultations and advice, I had to bring it from the warehouse as it is not on the shelf. nevertheless I had to wait 20 minutes

If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to get a Zagg screen protector replacement. They didnt have the protector in stock but could order it for me. It would take 24 days to come in and would be no cost except I had to surrender my cracked screen protector to them right away and then wait for the screen protector to arrive at my house. So, 24 days without a screen protector. Great customer service, Best Buy!!

I visited this location today to purchase the Hydrow machine because the wait directly from Hydrow itself is 4-6 weeks. Right now its $200 off through Hydrow, but this location price matched and is delivering it THIS Thursday! Thats right - in TWO days! I couldnt be happier with my overall experience. I also opened a Best Buy credit card to get the 10% cash back and I was in and out within 20 minutes of walking through the door. Theyre super short staffed right now and their customer service is still top notch.
Nothing but issues at this store and Geek squad is a joke and isnt able to help with the issues I signed up AND PAID FOR!!!! Calling the store to speak to a manager is a run around as they will instruct you to come to the store. Here we are back and forth to the store and on the on hold with Geek squad for over 30mins only to hear they cant help once again for the service WE PAID FOR!!!! They try to give you the sale price instead of what the item is worth when they have no resolution which puts us out $400 what a rip off!!!
Very little selection at the Manassas Best Buy, hardly anything in stock. Employees were very professional and friendly, they apologized profusely for not having much stuff.

The store has a great deal of various electronics. The prices on some of their goods is a little more than other retailers, but the variety and quality of products is better in areas of sound, display, and entertainment. Staff at this location were helpful and courteous.
I only gave it one star because 0 wasn’t a possibility. Manager Marcus didn’t know how a corporate policy works. Was forced to go to another store that follows corporate policy and understands how to treat customers.

I picked up a printer at this location using curbside. Once I checked in on the app during the weekend, they came out quickly. The Sterling location is way slower. I was there for over two hours picking up something at that location. I would recommend curbside in Manassas.

Prices of items posted were far from correct and staff just shrugged and walked off rather than reconcile the posted priced. The difference at the register was well in my favor. The item was stocked with two different prices on the shelf. Also, cashier questioned whether I recited my phone number correctly. Pretty shabby service for a place that bombards customers with offers of assistance.

Best buy used to be the place to go for any technology, recently I went in there for an ethernet cable and it seemed pretty bearin. I got the impression they dont keep much in stock and their staff was a little overzealous.

Just went to this Best Buy because it was one of the only ones who had the Mavic Pro drone in stock.People were super nice and they even let me talk to their drone loving sales guy to get some pointers.I was in and out and got everything I needed. Plus a 30 day return window for being a prime member with them!

Used to appreciate shopping at Best Buy 2002-2010. Staff changes like baby diapers. I liked the early 2000s item display. Best Buy can be radical when they change their the locations of items on display.I bought a Chinese Item from Best Buy this year that costed me some $120. I never knew how to operate this bluetooth technology. It turns out the item was malfunctioned from the get go. When connected to my phone it went berserk and you cant operate it.Sadly I came to return it on the 15th day. No refund. Keep selling your Chinese Garbage Items. Never shopping at this place again.
Worst customer service experience. I returned online purchased items at the store, waited for a month never received refun for around $400. I went back to store to discuss the isuue, the staff and manger acted as if it was my mistake that they didnt return my item. Somehow they managed to charge me twice for same time. Forget about any politeness, they were simply rude and dismissive.Had another encounter where sales person messed up my return again. Another staff came to “supposedly” correct the mistake. Instead he treated like it is our mistake again that they messed up our return. They were saying this cant be reversed and tried to force the gift card instead if actual return. The bestbuy store in Manassas Sudley need to work on better technical and behavior training of their staff. They wasted more than 1 hour for a simple return. Very bad attitude will avoid it for any significant purchase in future.

Well I go to my local Beat Buy at least once a week, I think its depending what time you come into the store is what kind of service you get, during the morning, noon and half of the afternoon the associated comes to ask if you need help but after 6pm or 7pm you needed to hunting them for help but in general you find someone. Another story is in the cellular phones section, you can see between 4 to 8 associates and no one trying to talk or seeing you until someone tells you to sit and wait, and good luck you to you, can see the associates behind another ones doing nothing but no one is available for you; of course you need to wait and been very patient (I am), when finally you get help take long time but in the end you get the help, my recommendation is going the earliest you can and if you go to the cellular station go with a lot of free time and deep breath while you waiting.This time I went to seeing the new Samsung Galaxy 10... by the way no one associate approach to me.Now any time I need to buy something I order online and pick it up at the store like this I save time, headache, and I dont bother anyone asking where is this item and I have time to walk around the store traying to hunt a good deal in open boxes items.The store is up to date and clean.
This store has electronics, appliances, music, phones, and computers. It was clean, had decent sells, and the staff was very courteous but not pushy. I didnt see the price I wanted in any items that day, but have purchased items from here in the past.

Stay away! worse experience ever at a best buy....so many issues using a coupon from their site for a watch. had us waiting two hours just to tell us the coupon will work soon but its not valid yet and they would call us when we could use it (cannot make this stuff up) of course they never called and we eventually got to use the coupon but I believe it was the employees fault.....but it was from their site. then bought a tablet online today and it was supposed to be ready for pickup within an hour. no call or text or anything and they wouldnt answer the phone. . .on hold for forever and the order still says preparing for pick up hours later. there are other best buys around. I would avoid this one.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. What a terrible experience. In order to pick up an item I spent multiple thousands of dollars on, I apparently have to download an app for curbside pickup. There is nothing in the designated parking spots concerning this. When I am forced to go into the store, I’m told that the phone number to their store doesn’t actually connect to the store, and instead connects to Woodbridge, VA. What an absolute experience.
