Great place to go to if you need a starter or alternator rebuilt. I had brought a 24 volt starter in for a old square body of mine and the gentleman there knew exactly what I needed and got it to me in a very timely manor. Ill definitely be sending people to this business and Ill be going back myself.

His diagnostic skills got me through a difficult-to-resolve charging/wiring issue in my classic car that had left me stumped. Great work and support from a great guy. Steve is the best. He can fix almost any auto starter, alternator or generator, and in most cases while you wait. Shop is not the neatest, but can be easily overlooked when considering his skill and prices and turnaround time.

Very bad customer service. This guy has no idea how to talk or deal with people. Rude and bad from the beginning, he claimed he only accept cash since his credit card machine is not available so have to go to bank to get him cash.. Simply and nicely I asked him to fix the alternator I bought from him. he kept saying the alternator is in good shape and charging properly .. After I gave up with this guy ( Steve) I had to go another alternator and electrical shop in Manassas where they found the alternator I bought from Central Alternator is bad ... Its proved by just installing new one and was working as it should be ... I called Central station nicely asking him just to fix the bad alternator or replace it but he hanged up with me after he went very mouthy and nasty on the phone.... Again Steve its good to learn how you talk and respect people if you could.

Always accommodating and very friendly. I always enjoyed dropping off and picking up orders. He will fix it otherwise it is beyond repair.

Terrible customer service. Been waiting on my alternator for a month now. I keep calling Stephen and he keeps stringing me along and making excuses. The guy claims he’s busy as if no one else is busy. Steven appears to know allot about his business, but he has a poor way of handling the orders he receives and accepts. Had he told me no he couldn’t do the work because he’s too busy that would have been acceptable. Taking the work on and poor delivery is bad and what is worse that doesn’t help when you have a disabled car.
