Love this place, they helped me out multiple times when they didnt have to. First they serviced my truck and fixed all of its issues. Great pricing, fast turn around and the owner was a very nice guy, helpful and genuine. I came back for inspection and again they fixed what needed to be fixed before easing VA inspection. There is never a big line for oil changes and the guys always clean up the vehicle real nice after any work. Very satisfying to know that they arent trying to RIP me off. 100/100.

Spoke with someone named Sammi on their facebook page/messenger. Was in desperate need of a place to help me pass inspection and emissions. They were great at getting me in, right now I am waiting for them to call me to pick up and hopefully all goes well, but Assad who was the mechanic, was so nice and understanding and reasonable. Will only use him for all vehicle needs for now on.

This place has a Real Mechanic, not just a guy who changes your oil and pretends he knows about cars... These guys at City Auto are Professionals who knows about cars very well. They are very very fair on their pricing. I have had friends go to dealerships and compare quotes and save half the price at City Auto. Ask for Assad who is the Manager since this place opened! Very bad experience..... Asad charged me $1,000 for nothing!

Im new in town and google ratings steered me toward City Automotive for a safety/emission check. Very glad I went there. Asad is very knowledgeable and friendly. I let the rear brakes go too far, and they were in need of pad replacement. The price was fair and the work was done quickly while I waited. I will be back for future checks/repairs. I would highly recommend City Automotive.

This place is a ripe off, they charged me 215 dollars . For a battery holder, buffing my headlights and two side markers and a power steering fluid . And on top of that they scratched my driver side door. Dont come here unless you what to get ripped off.
