This place is horrible. the staff is extremely rude and very unorganized. i came in to exchange a shampoo that i bought the same day i came in with my friend. i showed the employee that it was definitely defected and was half way filled… the employee immediately denied it and said that’s how they usually come but that i’d be eligible for an exchange. A shampoo bottle does NOT come half way filled. I showed her the difference between the new bottle and the old bottle and she then agreed that this was defected. Once we go to the register she’s asking for my cosmo card (my friend had been kind enough to give me her card so i can purchase these items.) i didn’t have her card which was what the issue was solely based on. i explained to her multiple times that i wanted the same exact product.. it shouldn’t be an issue because i’m only asking for an exchange. she was extremely rude when i explained to her multiple times that they gave me this product, made me come all the way back for them to be extremely disrespectful and rude. that employee should not work in retail because she had no idea how to communicate in a kind manner. why would you even sell a half empty bottle to your customers?? This not only shows that the staff is extremely disrespectful but how the entire management is very unorganized… again i don’t understand why someone would sell half a bottle of shampoo… they seriously do not care about the problems they’ve caused.

I send my employees to the store and Tatiana Portillo has no education she needs to get fired. She treated my employees with poor manners, disrespectful attitude towards them. She has done this many times before. But when I went today she stole my card and wouldn’t give it back.
I was with my family and 2 employees were holding the door we thought they were being considerate but one of the employees standing at the door rushing out and yelled us because she hadn’t had her lunch break yet. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She yelled at us as if it was our fault for her not getting a break. We got there at 3:30 and she told us to come back at 4 and she also stayed they closed at 4. Never going back to that CosmoProf again.
Celia! If I could give you, I would give you a 5 star customer service award!! It would be for your knowledge, expertise and exceptional customer service. You WOULD BE THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER FOR 2 TO Hawaii. WHOMEVER hired you to do this job, I would like to say GREAT CHOIC .
The young lady working was very friendly. 4 stars because its constantly out of stock of the items I go in to purchase.

Helpful employees
Went to Manassas location, but the Woodbridge one is much larger. It has a larger selection. Not every brand they offer is of quality, but still better than most. Staff is very friendly at this location.

This happen on friday JUNE 15, 2018, the staff of this store was not helpful when I ask her where are the hair straightening cream? She didt show me where theyy located otherwise she asked to show her my cosmetology licensye before she helping me that . Is that the way she treated their customers in store, I am very disappointed with the way she did. I didt make a purchase yet why she asked for license before show customer somethings or asking some thing ........

My experience was very bad since, an employee of that establishment offended me and has no ethics to serve people, and this is the second time that she has treated me the worst. Her name is Tatiana Portillo. She is a Lady who has Socological problems. She needs to see a Doctor. She has emotional problems.
